Using OAuth instead of having to setup an App Password allowing for multiple accounts on one client. Much more affordable than alternatives and much nicer UI.

Not super clear on the recommendations for the number of warmup emails sent or clear messaging on having unlimited warming in the pricing page.

We send large amounts of email using Google Workspace and know how important warming is. We used WarmupInbox before but it is a pain in the ass. Comparatively, Instantly is at least 10x better.

I really love the ease of use with this platform for email marketing. It's a powerhouse! The customer service is also super fast and helpful.

Nowadays so many softwares make big claims about what they offer. Charging ridiculous amounts without much results. Instantly however goes and beyond in the space. From their email services to their lead finder program, they over deliver. The AI features are industry standard and compatible to my needs.

The seamless automated function is unmatched. I run 2 businesses at the moment, and Instantly's features allow me to get more productive work done in a matter of 1 hour, bypassing the need to hire multiple people.

Time management and Cold Emailing.

Two things that really stood out were customer service and the ease of use. The app,ication was perfectly built and there were a lot of articles of how to efficiently use the application right on their website so it was all really helpful

I think the mobile version can be scaledup a bit. It has all the features but if the functionality can be improved to scheduling a campaign from the mobile then that can be a greatvalue ad. Over all a great app though

The most worrying factor for any email marketing campaign is to beot being marked as spam. the warmup email feature is great and it gradually increased the number of email warmups ensuring that we are not marked as spam. More emails intp inboxes is more opportunity to connect withthe audience.

Instantly is an easy to use service that is cheaper than most services out there. The customer service is helpful should you stumble across any issues along the way. I use the software frequently and there are a number of features that Instantly has that can help you with your marketing campaigns. The sofware is easy to implement with your email domains and website and integrates well with most CRMs out there. I give them an A+ for their software, training, and customer service.

There are no downsides that I can see at the moment.

Instantly is solving the problem of sending mass emails out using multiple email domains to ensure deliverability. I also love the warm up feature to increase each email domains health score.

I would like to highly recommend instantaly.ai, it is the best platform for cold email marketing. If I were an investor I would put money on them - they work like a start-up at the highest level there is.

I love that they continously (almost weekly) add new features and they a great customisations of randomised email copy. Customer support is great. Very user-friendly. They have a geat knowledge base.

The feature I lack is that I can't edit the name of custom fields once they are added. Not a big issue though.

All mails get send out properly, so many setting making email dreams come true! There is no " wen cant send" ! We never had this high opening rates with our newsletter Marketing! Setup of the MAil accounts was also easier then we thought! Support is always also available if you need it - fast help is a big plus!

Very easy to use and fast setup. Inbuilt spintax and AI to speed up email campaign creation. Most important, Instantly works great for sending cold emails and you can focus more on creating good messages which convert.

Sometimes the email warmup is disabled by mistake of their system but their support is really helpful and fast to fix the problems. During 6 months period this happened twice, so it is not a big problem.

Instantly solved all my cold- emailing needs and also lead generation, email verification is solved in one tool. I can focus more on messaging and even that Instantly is helping with inbuild AI. Cold emailing is great way to get more customers.

The main probleme was : finding a tool with an hight deliverability pourcentage for the best price.

It is pretty easy to use, they helped me with setting up the whole operation, they now have unibox on mobile which i can use to reply to people. They also reply very fast when i need something. I would definetely recommend for anyone that is looking for cold email tool for B2B.

Not much, everything works as expected sometimes unibox doesnt catch all replies but its one in 100 and its still great

It allows you to reach a lot of people quickly, and also, thanks to account warming, it avoids spam in a higher percentage than other similar solutions.

I would like to be able to assign tasks to contacts who ask me to contact them again in a certain period of time or any other action in the future.

It is saving me from having to contact my target audience manually, saving me time on repetitive tasks and allowing me to spend it on other things.

As a young startup instantly saved us a lot of headaches, because we could setup our email campaign in just a few hours and since then reach our target group on autopilot. Normally the first half of the day was dedicated to taking cold calls and working on manual emails, but now we can concentrate on far more value-bringing activities. The Customer Support is really fast and always helps out perfectly. By now we definitely check it once a day, but only change something every 1-2 weeks

Some more detailed scheduling and or documentation about the specifics which emails get prioritized and follow-up behaivor would be appreciated. The limitation of active-leads is a bit annoying to deal with on a small budget, but as we already made some deals over the people we contacted through instantly this constrained vanished after 1 1/2 weeks of use.

Right now its our only outreach tool and its more than scalable and consistent enough to only focus on this. The Beautiful thing is that although my firm is completly new in email outreach we are blown away by the resonance we got by doing out first campaign. The best thing, since we set instantly up we had basically no work-load anymore and still reach new people everyday.

Well, Instantly has many such pros but the most that liked was the ease with which can create campaigns and target our audience effectively.
