I like everything but most important is service tools
Prospecting to right list is very good here
I can't say anything good about the Appoint module. I haven't tried the rest of the functionalities and won't do due to the poor experience with Appoint.
They are integrating new modules launched via Lifetime Deals Groups and integrating them inside their UI, making it difficult to navigate. The appoint module UI is horrible, the embeds to add your calendar on a website does not fit well with the page, integrations are very limited and it contains a big branding at the bottom, even for paid customers.
None, because I couldn't make it work properly (Appoint module). A waste of time and money.
It purports to have super robust features, including one in which you can send a request to everyone who likes or comments on a post you share on Linkedin.
The campaigns do not actually work. I tried for over two weeks now to run a campaign based on likes or comments on a post that went viral. The post in question had over 40 likes and comments. This is what Closely noted when I tried running my connection campaign: https://prnt.sc/zwuZLT5mI11B And don't get me started about customer service. They are stringing me along by saying things like "we passed this on to our dev developers" over and over again. No ETA on when the issue would be resolved. No troubleshooting. And absolutely no clear answers as to when the features THAT I AM PAYING FOR will actually begin to work. I am so disappointed about this. I wanted to love this app so much. I even paid for their recent $99 deal to get campaigns 2.0. But with the overpromising and under-delivering, I don't trust Closely with my LinkedIn goals.
They were supposed to help me with my goal of organizing my 7k+ connections on LinkedIn by, among other things, tagging my prospects. Simple enough, right? Wrong. After taking 2+ weeks to tag over 150 prospects, which would've allowed me to communicate with folks from my local community, the tag disappeared. Kaput. Gone. So I went to customer service to ask about this now phantom tag. And in the most gaslighty response I've ever heard, they told me they would "look into it" and that another tag that I created was actually the original tag. I had to start over from scratch. They still have not found the relevant tag for me.
