With so much features and growing, I really cant say there are down sides.

the team at appy pie always very helpfull in the past while when i have few minor issues i always got speaking to an agent by name Pinky who helped out with support tickets and issues with google developer account.

I worked with Pinky and she assisted me in submitting what we needed for the app. It was a smooth process and great for someone who does not have much experience.

The app that I was able to build was exactly what I wanted. They have enough features to be able to make what you need without any coding experience. The customer support was always helpful and quick to respond. I was able to create an app within a few weeks, with most of it created in a few days.
I think it would be helpful to have even more customization.
Low code solutions were too difficult for me to use, and after spending 19K on a developer who did great work but didn't make it very far into the app building process, I needed something that worked. I found it very easy to use. I had looked into Appy Pie a couple years ago but at that time it didnt have the features I needed, but when I looked at it in the last couple months it did have what I needed and I created most of the app within a night. Over the next couple weeks I made it better and launched on both app stores after about 1.5 months of using AppyPie.

AppyPie's app builder is easy to use and you can create an app in a matter of minutes. The range of features available to include in your app is impressive and covers many potential uses, and is always growing. The ability to automatically submit your app to both Google and Apple stores is really useful, and the team behind the scenes are always quick to respond and very knowledgeable about solutions to problems.
The full platinum package can be quite expensive, but it is worth the cost.
It has allowed us to release an app for our customers, that would have otherwise been too difficult to achieve in-house and too expensive to contract out.
They have almost any kind of feature you need to bring your vision to life.
I don't like that Appy Pie doesn't offer services with an account manager on the weekends.
Appy Pie is helping an average earner to build products like a website or app. I'm able to build a website and app so I can go ahead and get a federal trademark registered for my company name.
Their customer service is beyond the standard. When developing your app, they will guide you every step of the way if you get stuck. If they don't tell you how to do it, they provide a video demonstrating how to do it.
I haven't found one yet! Their system is easy to use and customer support is great!

very quick and solid app builder, just works there are no bugs in the building so far
they are the AI app builer but this has to be used before you purchase a license. once I have started it could not be used to create the app.
I am no coder, I would not know how to make an app without AppyPie
