The upsides of using appy pie is that appy pie customer service is great and that it is very user friendly. The chat feature is great. I was able to chat in real time with a great customer service rep, Poonam. He was very helpful in helping me understand and resolve any issue I was having.

Some of the features in the premium section were not working correctly, bringing up prompts of "not able to do this at this time. Try again later."
