I've tried Google Meet, you can't share audio when sharing video; Zoom, cut short after 40 min.

The platform is highly customizable and this makes it possible to fit in our exact need when it comes to communication. Its performance is increadible allowing us to run seamless meetings even with team members across the globe.

Its has a long learning curve especially when someone is new to virtual meetings. It is difficult to learn how to operate easily and therefore it will take time to finally be comfortable with the platform.

It has enabled us to communicate as team members are scuttered across the globe, the communication is very seamless and the pltform has definately saved us time and money.

Blue Jeans has always proven to be reliable and stable. It's easy for end users to connect and navigate the platform. It is easy to set up and work through to start using.

It would be great to continue to see everyone on the call whilst sharing your screen. And when re-scheduling only allowing you to reschedule 1 meeting within the series as opposed to the entire series.

I have clients throughout Europe and US, Blue Jeans has enabled me to stay connected, regardless of the time of day, 1 thing I don't think about are connectivity issues as Blue Jeans has proven itself to be extremely reliable.

It is a vedio conferencing tool and the most important thing is that it has and uptime SLA of 99.9% which is one of its best feature as compare to other platforms. When we are dealing with clients or customers from different part of the world, the voice clarity is very nice as it uses Dolby voice technology . Screensharing, whiteboard are some of the features which are very effective while dealing with the number of participants.

few thing I noticed that there should be unlimited recording though till now its not there, secondly , when the participants are more than 1000 , voice becomes voice becomes chobby and sometimes delayed.

Real time feedback through Q&A and hand raising option in a video conferencing, helps inn making a better decision, also the versions available for almost all type of operating systems helps us to get connected easily with other departments and customer for example if we are using it for macOS and customer is having windows then, its availability for both OS makes it easier to get connected.

Simple to use. Good user experience, it's great that I it works without previous installation.

Sometimes the connection is unstable, but I can really say that this is caused by the Blue Jeans software.

I have not encountered any hitches with Blue Jeans Meetings other than a few issues with audio from clients.

It helped in arranging and attending meetings at any location and any time of the day. Due to its cloud-based nature, it means that we can collaborate with team members and this makes us work effectively hence meeting the project deadlines and objectives.

There are various features of this platform which helps in easy workflow like, high quality video and audio as it uses Dolby voice Technology , even when their are large number of participants in the meeting. Screensharing, presentation and whiteboards makes the good choice for this software.

We were looking for a quality video conferencing and screensharing platform that our clients could trust. One of the best things about BlueJeans is how easy it is for our clients to quickly get into the meetings and calls. It opens in their browser quickly without asking the clients to install any additional software.

Nothing that I can think off that I dislike, perhaps would be nicer if they streamline and update their screenshare buttons to make it easier to find.

We used several platforms but we consistently had audio and video quality issues. Calls would drop or screenshare would break. BlueJeans has been very reliable and robust with its network and we have better conferencing and time saved with our clients.

We use BlueJeans every day for business support for our customers. Their outstanding nework reliablity makes it easier and faster to resolve our customer issues quickly and on to the next one.

Nothing I can think of. The network is outstanding and no breaks in communication.

We use BlueJeans for screensharing with our customers to resolve their issues. We have 100's of cusomter tickets per day and BlueJeans network reliability means we resolve the support ticket quickly and on to the next call.

We love BlueJeans. We tried many meeting solutions but in the end BlueJeans came out on top and has been outstandingly reliable for us. What's important is for us is to make it easy for our customers (end-users) to quickly enter the meeting room. BlueJeans has been hassle free and the video and audio quality is exceptional. We have not had any issues at all.

None. After trying many solutions, BlueJeans crushes everything. We really can't think of anything that we do not like. It solves all our needs and is hassle free for our clients.

We meet a lot with our clients - from training to day to day customer support. The screenshare has been outstanding without any lags and it has saved us tremendous amount of time.

As a casual group of individuals requiring online conferencing our prior Zoom costs became too expensive. We found, evaluated and converted to BlueJeans and haven't looked bak

So easy for people to join who do noty have to have an account. Also, really great platform that is easy to use. Love that the free version is available for 25 participants for an unlimited timed session.

No complaints at all. I would say that the platform could be improved by allowing a larger number of participants on the free platform. Ocassionally the audio can be probablamatic.

It is giving me a platform that can be used by all, that is easy to both acess and use. It gives us more opportunity to accomplis our goals instead of fixing connectivity issues.

Bluejeans is a one of best VC platform which helped us during pandemic since many other users were on other platform experiencing problems but we didnt find any issue using blue jeans

Blue jeans collaboration is not well with other VC devices. should have collaboration with other vendors who provide on on primises vc devices which will be very helpful to join bluejeans from these kind of vc devices

We have other solution as well but were experiencing problems in it however Bluejeans was the one which worked very stable everytime we connected and also it helped us during pandemic to take quicker decisions.

BlueJeans is powerfull and easy to use, we don't use any another app to do our online meetings.

The process of scheduling meetings is seem less. I appreciate the fact that is free for unlimited time meetings. As a small business owner I can really save up if my needs are not to the paid level yet

The quality of the video, the friendly interface, the extra tools available for use, the number of free attendants allowed, the free license for small projects.

Previoulsy the price was so expensive for latin american small businesses, now I believe we can use it and pay for it in the future if needed instead of Zoom, I think now its competition is Google Meets but this one is so much better, everyones like it.

It has not time limit and its allowing all the participants join for free for a small team. It's easy to use and friendly so everyone is able to participate in the meetings ans shere if need it without problem.

How similar it is to other services. It is interchangeable with other videoconferencing services and so it definitely encourages me to use it regularly moving forward.

The interface may not be as ideal. It feels like it can be a bit more polished, from finding the right functions easily to also making it easy for people to get into meetings.

Zoom is too expensive for what it does and I needed to find an alternative. Microsoft Teams is clunky and problematic. With BlueJeans, it takes care of both issues as it offers a great free service and the experience feels smooth.

I dislike the disparity in quality between BlueJeans Meetings on native desktop and Bluejeans on web browser. As someone who prefers using web-based software systems as against desktop based tools, because of the inherent network issues and configuration requirements ,I would had preferred a Bluejeans software which gives me the same video meeting experience (in terms of available features ) on desktop computer and on my web browser.

Bluejeans is the preferred tool for video conference sessions in my department. Because of our use of the Bluejeans platform for video based communication , it has become a lot easier for different teams within my department to have team meetings and real-time collaboration sessions , regardless of the physical location of their members.

I like that I can speak to a human right away instead of navigating a loop of frustration with bot chat that never lets me speak to an actual human. I was locked out of zoom account for over two months because they kept sending a login security code to an email address I wasn't getting emails to. I ended up having to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging me and never got to speak to a human to resolve my issue. Blue Jeans is the opposite, I got to speak to an actual helpful person named Mark who resolved my issue immediately. BlueJeans has all the features of zoom, is much better value and has made it super simple for my guests to log into a new platform or access it through their browser. While I want them to be even more successful than zoom I hope they never lose sight of the value of their customers getting to speak to real live helpful humans.
