You can access it from a mobile app or website if you are in a hurry. No need to install it on pc. It provides other excellent features like recording meetings, sharing screens, chats, raising hands etc. It supports all OS platforms. Cost-effective and affordable than other service providers.

We have been using it for more than five years and are happy with it, so there is nothing to dislike from our side.

It has enabled us to arrange a virtual meeting for our organisation. Earlier employees had to travel to the head office for meetings which were time-consuming and very expensive. After implementing BlueJeans, employees are able to arrange virtual meetings anytime, anywhere. It is not only saving their time but also travelling costs. Even the sales team in our organisation is able to meet more customers than earlier.

It is simple and very fast to implement and set up. The dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly thus making it easy to learn and understand.

The one thing which I like the best is that it has a Dolby immersive audio experience and one of the best videos on virtual meeting platforms. It also has a fantastic noise reduction feature which helps when you have some people around, it becomes beneficial to accept calls in public too.

To be honest, there is nothing that I dislike as of now. I had a fantastic experience with BlueJeans as of now.

It is the simplest and most intuitive UX/UI to use right out of the box for the virtual conferencing apps I have ever used. Good additional features with recording sessions and audio. I use android devices sometimes and the app works surprisingly well for mobile devices.

One thing I dislike is that occasionally there is a slight audio dip but other than that it's been great, and works well with Wifi, I use it for 2-hour meetings three to four times a week. It works well.

I would highly recommend Bluejeans to anyone as it has helped me to have virtual meetings with a very user-friendly interface. Face-to-face interaction with my relationship executives is working in a great way because of good sound and video quality. If connected to wifi you will have a good experience with a clear picture and audio.

I like the BlueJeans support team because they are always available to help me resolve any issue I am having with the software. On their official website, there are live trainings as well as video tutorials that can help you get the most out of software. When I first started using the software, I took the "all-in-one-60-minutes training available on their website and that gave me a deeper insight into the software. I also like that BlueJeans integrates with a number of business applications that I use, like Salesforce and Google Apps. This makes it easy to start or join a meeting from within those apps.

The interface is confusing and the buttons are small. It also takes a long time to start up a meeting.

BlueJeans is solving the problem of getting people to join video calls. This is particularly useful for remote teams and companies with offices in different locations.
