Clear communication between the tow parties and the best part is Screen sharing which makes our life super easy to operate.

I have had the best experience so far so no complaints.

We have offices/ Staff working from multiple location in Australia. It saves staff a lot of time especially travelling time and the best part is screen sharing.

No hassles, no weirdness, clear conferencing and simple screen sharing.

Not being able to directly call someone means you need a secondary communication method to begin a meeting.

Cross geo teams are much easier to run, with more clear, natural communication.

Blue Jeans has many great futures and it is super intuitive and easy to use. The customizability by meeting from screen sharing, video conferencing, ability to dial in on the phone, chat functions, moderator controls are all reasons blue jeans is a favorite. Hands down, the most important reason is the quality of the connection. While not perfect, it is head and shoulders above other options for connecting with teams in corners of the globe where bandwidth and connection are still big challenges.

Occasionally, the call quality isn't great.

The greatest benefit is connecting people from far corners of the globe to work together in real time.

I like that in the new interface you can adjust to different views when multiple users are on a call. I also appreciate that the moderator can control video and sound for everyone.

I don't like that the main screen now starts with video of myself - before even dialing into a call.

I work remotely with colleagues around the glove. Bluejeans helps me connect and feel like I'm actually in the office!!

Ease of launching calls on multiple devices. Outlook add in. Call functionalities.

Sometimes invites don't sync with my phone. Hate the moderator function.

There is not much to dislike, but usually don't like the default time to US, it should be able to pick country time where it is being used.

The multiplatform works like a charm. It is very easy to connect VC rooms to Bluejeans with no effort or IT support

The plataform could have a better integration with bt speakers like airpods and similar. I have a lot of issues with my Bose Q35ii

I like the fact that bluejeans can dial my phone, so i dont have to go through annoying menus and prompts to get to my meeting. The Android app is also great and I use it for many of my meetings now

I do not like the settings menus, I think they need some work in order to make for a better experience.

Bluejeans is a great way to connect my colleges who are located across the country

One good thing that I like is that the installation is fuss-free, usually integrated with the browser (not too sure about the mechanics behind the scene as I am not IT savvy) while doesn't cause too much trouble loading. The user interface is very good and easy to use too. Adequate dial-in numbers for me and my international colleagues to get connected.

No big dislikes about BlueJeans but maybe an area of improvement could be the quality of audio and video but I am not sure if it has something to do the with my company Internet speed.

We saved a lot on corporate travels. Most of the days we use BlueJeans ranging from short meetings (i.e. few minutes calls) to even workshops and trainings that last for many hours for a week. The benefits and savings are considered huge when we do not need to fly all the colleagues to one location for the sessions.

We are able to deploy new users in minutes; including account creation and software deployment. With every release new, and more importantly, USEFUL features are added.

Currently, we are unable to stream video on Bluejeans meetings. The feature is restricted to Bluejeans events.

Bluejeans allows us to collaborate with our global teams efficiently. Rather than waiting for emails to go back and forth between departments we are able jump on a call and discuss matters directly. We frequently have meetings with outside vendors; Bluejeans allows us to invite them into our space virtually as well as record the interactions.

Easy of scheduling. Do not need an account to login. Very smooth video recording and live time interaction.

The UI can be improved. I some time get confused about the buttons and have to close it and reopen it again.

Mainly I work remotely, I talk with collaborator using Blue jeans.

I like the screen sharing functionalities and how seamless it is for each presenter to tap in and out of sharing content. With the added option to control screens/computers too!

Occasionally, the camera will stop responding with the application (on my MacBook Pro) and the only way to resolve this is by rebooting the laptop - could be more hardware than software, but happens to everyone in my office on occasion.

Very easy to use. You can install the app for more advanced functionality if needed or just run off the web. No forcing customers to install if they don’t want to. Video and audio quality are both very good.

Not much negative to say here. The app is stable and works well. The only thing I’d consider changing is the name. For startups and smaller companies Bluejeans is fine but some larger corporations don’t love the name...

We save money on travel and increase productivity by using BlueJeans.

I love BlueJean's ease of use. The functionality is straightforward and so there is very little confusion when you are signing in to the meeting. I also like it allows numerous people to dial in and it doesn't slow the system down. It's also very easy to share the dial-in codes with external users when we need to have a conference call. I also really like the that BlueJeans sends you reminders

There's really nothing that comes to mind that I would highlight here. Bluejeans is one of the easiest to use video conferencing tools.

I work in tech so we have a lot of flexibility in our schedule. I like that Bluejeans can allow multiple users to dial in from multiple locations. My personal experience is that even with the various dial ins, the connection is not slow.

We have several employees that work remotely or in different locations. BlueJeans allows us to have meetings together even though we are apart.

I like the fact that I can transfer a call from my phone to my laptop to my desktop computer during the same call. This helps when I am traveling or when I have to move from one room to another during a conversation. In addition, the ability to see everyone regardless of the amount of people on the call is fantastic.

Sometimes when I transfer a call from my phone to my desktop, vice versa there are at time times issues with being able to hear from the now primary device.

Blue Jeans is simple to use, especially from the invitee's perspective. It's also nice that there are so many options for joining a meeting (link, phone number, app, etc.). I'm at an educational institution so it's also great that Blue Jeans integrates into our learning management system very seamlessly.

There is not anything that I really dislike about Blue Jeans.

As an educational institution, we use Blue Jeans to hold office hours for our online learners. Additionally, we use it to hold meetings with our partners, professors, etc. Finally, it allows our team to have telecommute days because meetings can be held on virtually.

I appreciate that it works most of the time.

I don’t like how if there are 30 people in the bluejeans you can only see between 9-12. Wish it had the option to see more people.
