Easy of use. Saves me a huge amount of time.
Nothing. Truly. Except cheaper of course.
Time-saving with hiring.
I like the multiple API solutions that breezy has available for us to integrate into such things are background checks as well as our payroll processing system seamlessly.
Will be nice to have the early adopters of the technology such as ourselves would have the ability to be grandfathered into the new evolutions of the technology versus having to upgrade our plan losing so the cost benefits we initially got for being early supporters. However we continue to invest in the software because of its versatility and are happy to support their team.
It has allowed us to be taken able to customize our own workflows cutting out the need for us to have a heavy overhead staff allocate to redundant task.
The pipeline/timeline to move candidates
I am neutral - I feel like Breezy is easy
It's easy to post across all platforms. It's efficient and saves time.
Importation of resume attachments and normalization of resume data works very well. Custom questionnaires are also incredibly useful. We use Breezy to track all email threads with a candidate as well. Also internal discussion threads. Basically 100% of our hiring communications are in one place everyone can see. Breezy technical support is right there with a chatbot, and they are super responsive, and you interact with smart people that know the product, not "agents" that know nothing.
The functionality is now so rich the UI is getting a little complex. Also, the responsive behavior on mobile is not excellent. The mobile app works better, but the screens are so dense it's still not optimal.
Instant job portal; almost no effort. We use triggers to step candidates through a sequence of "tests". We build in pipeline stages that a candidate can almost automatically move through, so we don't have to pay much attention to the firehose and focus on candidates who demonstrate some skill.
The automation and that applicants can move themselves through the stages.
Just specific one-off things, like I wish someone entering a stage could trigger sending them an e sig template.
Applicant tracking. We now can keep track of where applicants are in the process and make sure we don't miss anything from them!
Ease of use, end-to-end solution. If you hate promoting your roles, Breezy is the perfect tool for you
Honestly, not sure I have something negative to say at this point
Breezy allow us to promote our roles in a multi platform setting instead of going on each of them and promote the role
We have been able to implement processes for submitting and approving new reqs. Our hiring managers have a single place to track candidates. We can cut down on the number of interviews as we can review videos of interviews.
I would like to see more information when I am approving new requisitions.
We have created efficiency in our recruiting process and practically eliminated agency fees.
Breezy is extremely user friendly. It helps me stay super organized and has majority of functions you can think of for an easy hiring process.
There are some features I would appreciate to be a little more flexible even on more basic plans. The most important for us being to decide on what hiring members can or cannot see or creating your own "interview card" for candidates.
Breezy solved practically all our problems we used to have before! No more spreadsheets, super easy to share with people involved in the hiring process. It helps to keep things super organized. I cannot imagine doing the volume of recruitment we do now through emails and spreadsheet!
Breezy is Human Resources software by which you can publish new job offers and organize the applicants who are interested. It provides functionality of candidate supervision and valuable insight into recruiting process by providing reports and analytics to keep track of progress and productivity. You can advertise your thousands of job options by uploading them on dashboards with simple drag and drop rule in just one click. It also automates emails and SMS. You can also schedule far-flung interviews directly through Breezy. The provision of candidate databases to help applicants, fill their talent sections, is much fun. Background screening is also done precisely. Candidates have this opportunity to submit more than one CV and resumes. More interactive relationships are created among team members with much easy. To keep everyone in a loop feedback management is automated and live video interviews are also taken with Breezy.
What to talk about cons, Breezy HR can sometimes give setbacks that are not expected. During video interviews of candidates, the quality is not up-to mark and video lags somehow. It has some obvious faults in automation processes and workflows as well. Also it is little expensive for ones who are going to use it for the first time. Above all, the history of job applications cannot be reviewed.
Breezy is designed in a perfect manner and is definitely versatile talent hunting software that offers full-bodied set of features with amazing recruitment process and self service portal. This effective tool is overall an amazing Human Resource product to use and is recommended to everyone. Your organizations can definitely nourish through this. It can take businesses to next level with its user friendly and smooth interface.
I find Breezy's pipeline platform quite seamless. It keeps us track applications in an organized manner and our hiring leaders are better involved in the hiring process because they see the status of applications as they go through the pipeline. Breezy's integration to other job boards. Recruiting is really made seamless especially that Breezy network pulls in candidates that add up to our own hiring search. It always is on the watch for improvements and actually involves us users to get this done. Our suggestions matter.
Integration to more job boards is one improvement that can be done. And also, when we update or edit a content in any page, the change doesn't really reflect in real time. You have to exit the app then reload to see the change(s).
Seamless tracking of applications. Easy scheduling of interviews. User friendly communication channel with applicants. Testing is automated and interview guides embedded in the app are helpful.
Intuitive, easy to use - not much training needed. And when I did have a question, the chat-help was very helpful.
Nothing at this time, everything works as I would expect it to.
Great place to organize candidates that apply to our open jobs.
A simple tool to receive applications from candidates, to review them and to coordinate the overall recruitment effort
Not the possibility to manage spontaneous applications (for instance using the generic email address of the company like join@.... Not the possibility to easily transfer an application on a specific job position.
Coordinate the overall recruitment effort with the rest of the team. Automate the feedback to candidates
I love how breezy keeps everything organized in a remote setting. My organization has 3 different office locations hiring at once and at times we have people from different offices on the hiring team. Breezy is extremely helpful in fielding applications for multiple positions in different areas and allowing access to different team members. We are able to keep things organized, get input from remote team members, move applicants from one candidate pool to the next with ease, and consolidate hiring communication in one location. One of the upsides of using breezy is that we can easily assigned different team members to different candidate hiring teams or reviewing teams while also restricting access to certain candidate pools as well.
There isn't much I dislike about Breezy. I wish there were more subscription options. It quickly jumps from 3 positions to 10 positions being open at one time. It would be nice if there was an option in-between those two. One of the downsides of using breezy is that some applicants still feel the need to submit things via email and not through the set application process through breezy. Breezy makes it easier for the one doing the hiring and the employer but not necessarily easier for the candidate.
Breezy is helping us navigate managing hiring for our regional offices across the state. Our organization grew very quickly and we are now looking for our team to continue to grow. Breezy has helped us stay organized in a remote hiring setting. It is so nice to not have our email inboxes inundated with candidate emails. We love having hiring communication consolidated in one organized location. Without breezy, navigating this kind of growth and hiring for so many positions at once would have definitely been a huge hurdle to get over.
The flexibility to set up systems to help make the application process automatic yet personalized!
Updates and improvements could be made on a more timely fashion.
Applicants are not falling through the cracks. A much faster response time with applicants!
How easy and fast it is to set up a job post. I love the communication features.
The boosting feature is confusing. Understanding how the boosts work on each site is necessary, but you have to contact sales reps from those companies.
Communication is so much better. It's great the entire team sees everyone's comments right on a candidate's profile.
Consolidates all candidates from various sources. Automatic translation of CV. Easy and cool UI, really intuitive, fast to learn. A lot of features
Nothing that I remember. The requirement for 40 characters when I don't have any dislike ideas
Recruitment and interviews
Easy to use, amazing functionality, and made listing and communicating with candidates very easy. Very easy to post multiple positions and keep separate workflows for the positions. Can also add in premium job posting on premier sites at a discounted rate.
I didn't like that I wasn't able to see see all of the job boards that the position was posted on.
Time spent on posting open job positions has significantly decreased. No longer have to check in on different job posting boards for new applicants. With the central workflow it also allows you to quickly communicate with candidates without having to utilize the work email.
You can create customised templates to email candidates as they progress through the stages of the process. i.e. you can move a client to 'rejected' and they get sent an email automatically - job done! You can also include a link in your template to allow the candidate to choose their interview time-slot based on everyone's availability in their own work calendars. That is very neat.
Handling of agency submissions could be better. Recruitment Agents can be easily added to a post, and they can submit candidates easily. But the agent is not automatically kept up to date with the candidate's progress. They can log in and check, but they typically don't. It would be better if the system would just notify them automatically. Additionally it would be good if the agent could be automatically CC'd on emails to the candidate, currently the agents email address has to be copied in manually.
The admin associated with recruitment can be very time consuming. Breezy streamlines it as much as possible, and gives you one place to keep all your candidates, everyone's notes about them and all communications with them. And of course Breezy submits your job ad to all kinds of places, and propagates out any edits immediately. That saves a lot of time too!
I love the simplicity of the views. Being able to get a snapshot of where my candidates are in the process quickly and efficiently is paramount to a smooth hiring process. Being able to see feedback and tag other team members and ask for their feedback is also easy.
Nothing at this point! I'm impressed with the ease of use and support.
Transparency with hiring on a distributed team.
I am using it for background checks of independent contractors. BreezyHR functionality for me is straight forward, simple to submit a candidate and new request, I got so far quick results.
Nothing so far, it works great for me. If there was an easier way to set up just the background checks, separately from the rest of the HR options, that could have been easier, but it's not a deal-breaker :-)
I am using it for background checks of independent contractors, I don't have employees yet.
