The candidate's search engine. Simplicity.
I would need to have an option to follow the employee's evolution, psychometrics and the rest of the analysis that the usual HR management software does.
I have more opportunities to hire qualified professionals, and we did already. From searching to hiring done fast enough. I like Breezy.
Easy to generate reports to suit management needs. To move profiles across pipeline if wrongly uploaded. Share the scores, and use templates for mail, response forms should be much appreciated
Group mail of late with cc or bcc is not working. Reported. For safer-side sending only one-to-one mail I tried the bulk mail option too. However, discontinued it as I suspect it is not delivering mails.
I tried sharing the group mail not delivered issue of late. The response over both Online Chat as well as email was marvelous with logs of my chat conversation shared. Still I am skeptical in using group or bulk mail option
The ease of setup and implementation. The pricepoint is ideal.
So far, I do not see any downsides. The system is easy to use.
Breezy is helping us streamline the recruiting process and candidate experience.
It's great to have everything in one place and not have to worry about keeping track of which job sites I posted to, where candidates are coming from, etc.!
Set up is kind of tough, it isn't intuitive. It took me about 20-30 hours to set up Breezy and learn how to use it. The guides could be improved.

Once action steps and templates are in place the process flow and ease of use is great, even with multiple users!
Creating offer letter templates is something we've yet to fully figure out
Communication with applicants is great and visible to all users and everything is in one place. Tracking applicants progress in the pipeline is great as well
I love that we can go from zero to 100 very simply. We often have to recruit large amounts of people very quickly for quick turnaround projects.
I wish I could bulk send template text messages to candidates instead of one by one.
In our specific use case (recruiting large numbers of people very quickly), Breezy has all of the right features and integrations that allow us to do this at scale.
I like the viewed feature on emails that tell me when a candidate has viewed my email.
I dislike the search bar. Sometimes when I search a candidate it does not show up in the immediate results.
They never really have problems or issues.

I combine the tool with Calendly, where the candidates can set up interviews by themselves for faster hiring. 4. I also combine it with Alfread Snippets (Mac App) to geenrate interview questions templates.
The software is not able to do automated billing for customers in India. There have been a few occasions where our account got cancelled due to this. Nevertheless, the Breezy HR team helped us re-start the account.
It is making the process of hiring fast and easy. It does this with Pipelines and Automations. It also makes sure I do not miss out on responding to any candiated.

It is very user-friendly and easy to use. The system is simple and very informative. You can see the recruitment process and status of candidates at one glance. I also like the quotes shown while the system is loading. I am learning for them and get inspired after reading.
There are times that the system lags and there's error loading the page.
Yes. It makes our work lighter and much easier by just clicking. We were able to make our work more organized and get more qualified candidates. Our business performance has also increased

Having one place where all positions we are hiring for live. In addition, being a campaign, we are vulnerable to bad actors, so this allows us to securely collect resumes.

The UX and CX are top notch - super easy to use and intuitive design.
Sometimes they have glitches, though they are resolved very quickly as their support team is great to respond and resolve.
Easy interview scheduling! All our interviewers see everything they need in one window: resume, cover letter, scorecard, and questions to ask. Easy breezy!

The flow from job to job and applicant to applicant makes it easy to work through large volumes of roles and candidates.
Sometimes the product can have issues loading up nee candidates or needs to be refreshed.
It allows us as a business to have a shared dashboard of all the roles and applications we have received
Breezy's user interface is flawless. We've been with the company for roughly 5 years. The ability to customize it to what you need as an organization is one of the best attributes of the platform. I love the custom website they create for the organization. Breezy also posts to hundreds of aggregators for you - so there's no need for you to create individual ads on various hiring websites.
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the platform. I've used other ATS systems before and hands down, this is the best platform out there.
Breezy is helping us solve our need for sourcing top talent. With the ability to post to multiple aggregators at once, it allows us to be able to find talent across many, many platforms. I think one of the greatest benefits of Breezy is the ability to "do it all" in one page. We could literally source talent and carry them all the way through the hiring process (including completing interviews virtually on the platform AND completing background and drug screenings and reference checks) all in one spot. It is so, so convenient.
I think the best parts of Brezzy are the easy to use interface, the modification options for candidate pipelines, and the integration with other recruiting tools.
I would prefer if there was a more robust option for exporting candidate information and resumes attached together. This function would make it easier to store and recall position data when i need it offline.
Breezy helped streamline my team of 6 recruiters as we grew in size and complexity of positions. This allowed us to stay in sync with each other as we managed 10+ positions on a daily basis.
It is visually appealing and very user-friendly. I am not in Breezy as often as others, but anytime I go back to it, it's like riding a bike.
Getting some of the templates set up can be challenging but once they are set, you are good to go!
Historically it has taken us longer to hire because of some of our inefficiencies (collecting notes, giving feedback, scorecards, etc.) but with breezy it keeps everything in one spot so at any point, anyone can jump in and view everything in one place.
I love the automatic responses to the candidates by moving them in the different stages we can create, also the careers page we can create to attract candidates
I would change the automatic form to send contracts, offers and else, besides that I would change anything of breezy hr since it is great and help us a lot in our recruiting process
