Easy to use, drag and drop and all the information that I need is clear and accessible, I also like the color of Breezy as they are also easy to use and see, over all is a good product
There is not much, maybe I would like more features added to the free section, other than that, I like using it - I use it every day and spend a lot of time in the program.
The initial Questionnaire is very helpful for me as we have a lot of requirements to meet before we move forward with a candidate, so having that information from the start is helpful for when you have lots of resumes to go through
We used breezy for finding hires and also managing the hiring process in one place. Keeping everything related to hiring in one place, departmentalization and Breezy tools, made hiring process much smoother for us.
I feel like I'm getting more leads when I post jobs directly from LinkedIn but I also experienced this with other recruiting platforms so maybe it's a LinkedIn thing.
We are able to track what our applicants are doing and also get new applicants, good ones, through Breezy's tools. It's helpful to keep our candidates organized.
I LOVE how customizable Breezy is. You can easily automate so many processes that used to take so long. There are so many features that in working with the software for over a year, I'm still finding great new ways to utilize it and weeding through large pools of candidates faster and more automated
The only thing that has proven to be slightly frustrating, which isn't Breezy's fault, is that most job sites that integrate with Breezy still require a city and state in order to post to them, but as a fully remote and dispersed company, we don't necessarily want to target any specific areas. We have some ways to work around that, but it would be nice to be able to utilize all of the free job boards available with just a worldwide ad.
We're able to keep all of our candidates in one place rather than hopping over to a million different job sites. The automation and customizable pipelines are amazing and save so much time. You just have to drag a candidate over to the next stage and they're automatically sent the next instructions for the interview process with whatever time delay you want!
Breezy supports these key features for me: 1. Emailing candidates from my own email address so it is a personal experience. 2. Everything is collaborative (my teammates can see all of the correspondence, etc.) so we don't have to ask each other for info on a candidate. 3. Interview feedback is captured.
I wish email templates supported a job title variable.
Efficient, collaborative, applicant tracking and hiring
I like how intuitive this software is to use. From the first time I logged into the site I was able to find everything I wanted, and all the features came as a present surprise. I found myself saying multiple times, "oh, well, that's really nice". The layout is smart and makes it easy to keep yourself organized between different job postings, candidates and your notes on each candidate. I love that there is a discussion panel associated with each resumé to easily tell my fellow interviewers what I'm thinking. The scorecard feature is also a great way to rank interviewees, especially when there are a lot of candidates to keep organized.
Honestly, there isn't much that I don't like about this program. It's met all of my needs, and we've successfully used it to fill several positions at our company.
Resume submission, review, organization, vetting candidates, sharing resumes amongst a group of reviewers. This software has allowed our recruitment team to collaborate when looking for new hires. We can all stay away of any individual candidate's status, and add notes and ratings for the rest of the team to see and respond to.
I love the User Interface of Breezy HR. It makes using the system really easy to follow and to track the progress of candidates throughout the hiring process. Also, the automation and connection to google is a big plus.
Sometimes it takes a lot of clicks and tabs to get where I want. So while easy to follow, it can be a pain to remember where to click and where to find things, so just a bit of a learning curve.
We are using Breezy HR to modernize our hiring process and to bring greater visibility and organization to our systems. It is helping us to better track and communicate with candidates.
Simple interface and design, ability to create custom company careers page.
No major downsides. It's not super cheap but overall price is reasonable.

Shortly after beginning to use Breezy HR, I quickly figured out why it has the name it does. It truly does make the hiring and interview process a breeze, even for someone’s first time taking on recruiting efforts for a company. To start, it was easy to create a job posting that was sent out to a multitude of popular job platforms. I found the options and tools offered very useful to organize candidates into various stages, so that everyone was tracked throughout the process and nobody fell through the cracks. I also appreciate the features to allow team members to provide their own feedback on candidates, making it easy to compare and review thoughts and impressions. Our hiring needs are currently satisfied thanks to Breezy HR, and we will certainly continue to use it once hiring resumes.
No dislikes come to mind, I have been very satisfied with using Breezy HR and look forward to continuing to use it in the future as needed. Their support team was also very friendly and responsive in addressing the few questions I had prior to signing up.
Breezy HR has helped immensely with streamlining and organizing our company’s recruiting and hiring efforts. I initially approached it for the benefit that we could create one job posting within Breezy HR that would be distributed to the top job posting websites. Then I quickly realized the additional benefits of the platform, namely the ability to track and organize candidates into various stages of the interview process, as well as the ability for other team members to provide candidate feedback.
It's simple to use and really helps us keep our candidates organized each stop of the way!
Wish it was a bit easier to toggle between openings for a small business.
Helps me see all of my submittal one place and helps me see what stage each candidate is in. All so important.
Breezy is super easy to use, even for technically challenged users. It's a great place to share feedback in a distributed environment.
Nothing missing that I've discovered yet.
We do a lot of panel interviews, and it's easy to debrief here if we can't schedule meetings with busy calendars.
