I love the fact Brex offers no-personal liability. It also provides a lot of start-up features that would otherwise need multiple subscriptions, like Expensify, Bill.com etc
I don't particularly appreciate that Brex does not offer granular access to Brex points.
Brex is our bank
As a user, I love that I can easily upload a receipt and make a note if I am purchasing on behalf of another team.
Teammates found they have a hard time making purchases outside of the US --Brex may not be the right choice if your team regularly travels internationally.
It allows our team to keep expenses directly with the company instead of having to get them reimbursed.
Speed of opening account, dedicated relationship management, transparent status reports, expense management and overall they were great during SVB crisis
Their card shipping is a bit slow for some of the account hoders

It's easy to use, physical card arrives quickly, virtual card is available straight away. Cards are suitable for Apple Pay The dashboard is very user friendly and my accountants are happy to use Brex for administrative purposes. They don't bother you with useless emails and comunications.
At the moment I have nothing to complain about Brex
We are a remote team and everyone got its brex card quickly to manage work-related expenses. Review expenses is very quickly, I do it just after I spend some money and our accountants are happy.

Ability to track and report any relevant expenses in one place. Great UX. Opportunity to upload multiple files, including receipts and invoices, under a single expense.
Sometimes, they take the verification process a bit too far, with the prompts popping up each time you log in, from the same location, even after you select the "Remember Me" option.
Getting all the departmental expenses paid without having to involve the Operations department.

The thing about Brex is the budget approvals, but as long as your organization does that quickly everything should be pretty good.
Not making expenses out of my pocket, and waiting until the end of month and approval for reimbursement.
I love the ease of use to create new creditcards for subscriptions, etc. I use it to manage all my expenses.
Nothing I really dislike. I still use a bank account, so maybe we should switch all-in one day. But I like everything in general! Maybe more benefits like a network of fellow founders in my sector would be great1
Managing Credit Cards. Managing expenses. Haven't done accounting through brex yet, but that would be great if they could help me with that!
Brex's support is extremely helpful & the transparency that their platform allows for management & visibility into the spending of your team.
I haven't personally experienced anything negative with using Brex.
Brex is making it easier to have transparency into the expense + spend management of your team's spending. With the way the interface is built, I'm easily able to reconcile my budget month over month without having to look for memo & receipts in a variety of places.
