SAP Concur is very easy to use. There is a very visible button you can click to start a new report. In the report header you can give a summary about the expense: purpose, duration, out of town or not...Then you can add each expense and attach receipt. There is a web interface and there is also an APP. so if you are not done with the report. you can save and log in from the cell phone APP. and just upload a picture with phone to each expense. when done, you can submit from web or cell APP. it will automatically go through the approval chain. It also sends automated email notification when the report is approved or paid. I use it every time i have an expense report to submit- that is once a month. I never needed to contact Customer Support because it is so easy to use! for my company, it is a nightly feed to SAP FI to get paid. integration is easy.

I do not like how it requires hotel charges to be itemized. sometimes hotel has more than two types of taxes applied. but it only gives two tax fields so i had to sum the tax and put in the two fields.

It solves the manual process of submitting expense report. before Concur, we were using Excel form and it takes a long time. also people make manual error in caculation. Concur do summation automatically. It benefited me and my company in a way that it increased efficiency and accuracy of expense reporting.

SAP Concur ever since 2019 has been the main backbone tool for travel and expense management in my organization. I like how it automate over 83% of repetitive manual accounting tasks from AP, AR to inventory control.

I do not have any least aspect towards SAP Concur. Integration with S4HANA is a robust shot!

SAP Concur is one of the best software I have ever used till now because of its use and intergration with accounting sap makes my job very easy.

I dislike it's reporting mechanism and data import does not happen in proper way as it contains some errors and blank coloumns when i import it in the excel format.

Travel expenses was one of the most crucial expenses for our company which has lot of cost. Now we got clear visability of this expenses and better settlement of claim.

Sometime it's UI is not user friendly. And it's mobile application is somehow slow specially when a lot of exoenses manage a time.

SAP Concur is both an app and usable via website. Everything you need is in one place and is very user friendly.

I feel like I should click "save" somewhere before I exit the app. I am always concerned that I am not saving what I have entered.

SAP Concur made it easier for my organization to manage all expenses. As people retire, we are less concerned that the app manager is leaving as many people know how to manage the app.

I believe I won't stop using SAP Concur even when we get to 2024. It allows me to save time by automating complex repetitive accounting procedures such as inventory control and invoice customization.

On my end, I dislike nothing about SAP Concur - it accomplishes all my daily accounting processes from billing to paying vendors.

It's also very secure across any device with the required device passcode before logging in. the Expenseit receipt upload feature automatically generates the expense, making the process much quicker. With such big monthly expense reports, this takes things much easier and more efficient.

I wish Concur had a more friendly user interface, especially when booking travel. It would be helpful if you could filter the flights better once you select a date and time.

Concur makes our large expense reports MUCH easier to manage, especially with the easy to use interface and itemizing feature. Concur makes my travel experiences much easier with booking airfare, hotels, and rental cars, while also managing my expenses. Being on the go is difficult, but Concur manages everything at my fingertips and is extremely secure.

I can take a picture of a receipt from my phone and it automatically fills in items for the report.

There are times when the city/state is wrong for an expense and I have to manually fix it.

The mobile app is sometimes a bit slower than we would like. The desktop tool is the best when it comes to uploading files and receipts. It would be nice if the mobile app was just as user friendly.

Can be a little confusing but this is due to how your company has it set up. If it's set up correctly then it's very intuitive.

We have been using SAP Concur for travel expenses management and O must admit it has some great features.

The T&E platform includes numerous options for a smooth user experience. There is support every step of the way, including training. Reporting is robust and flexible. I believe SAP Concur to be best in class.

There is always room for improvement with support, but I believe SAP Concur is working hard to improve each step of the way. My suggestions for those improvements would be more "Why's" behind the "How's", with both reporting and support filling in the "gray areas" that are sometimes missed with explanations. Additional Best Practices based on real clients in your industry would be helpful. For example, if you are a Retail client, what are other retail clients doing and why?

By utilizing the Consultative Intelligence and Intelligence reporting tools we're looking to make changes to streamline functions for users. Evaluating performance and compliance is much easier with these tools.

The best thing I liked about SAP Concur was the guided flow of purchasing and tracking travel itineraries.

It still feels old school and website UI is not the best it can be.
