Really quick to learn how to use it, much of the process is automated. What also helps is that the user interface is clean and uncluttered making it a delight to use. There are so many use cases - I use it for research. Support is also very responsive and helpful; one of the best I've seen in a long time. Hope this doesn't change!

There's nothing to dislike about it really, it appears a really solid piece of software. A couple of times the data has been a bit more tricky to pull, but an email to support and they're straight on the case. The few issues I've had have been fixed in no time at all. Really impressed.

Research is time-consuming so I use Browse.ai to pull that data and put it in a spreadsheet for me.

It is fun to use! Dead simple and really fun!

The 60 second learning curve was a little inconvenient, but if you can push thorugh that you're good to go.

Automation and Integration across tools

Browse doesn't require a dedicated person. It's great products, scrapping and monitoring, both have a simple workflow that anyone on the team and figure out and maintain. This ease of use without sacrificing quality has destroyed any potential bottlenecks we would face by incorporating a new third party tool.

The only thing to dislike is the limitations of web scrapping itself. One robot can do several different jobs, but it can do one job really well and at scale. It's not browse ai, it's the way the internet is structure that make this task difficult.

We are in the contract translation service. The contracts live online, across hundreds of providers. They also change key terms at random times, Browse solved all of our concerns with this product breaking point.

Its an excellent tool for automatic data capture, also easy to set up and connect with drive spreadsheets. Also very user friendly.

Sometimes the table selector for pick the elements and information i wanted to take from a website doesnt work as i wanted.

In a project at work some people from the system develomment area complaint they cant take data from a site -.- So i wanted to try some web tools i look at online (just for fun and learn because i doesnt work in that area) and after some attempts it worked excellent.

It is so easy. No code, no complication, very straightforward and clear.

Nothing. I would love if it can support korean language.

I'm really enjoying using browse, with a few clicks you can create robots to monitor competitors web pages, really anyone can do it. They also have great support system, they have helped in a couple ocasions when I wasn't able to extract the info that I wanted.

I don't have a negative thing to say, honestly. Only that the robot sometimes doesn't work the first time. But as I said customer support is great and they help you with this.
