BuzzStream helps us stay organized and maintain transparency between our growing team. We love using BuzzStream to simplify the data collection process in the list building phase of our work. The BuzzBar automatically pulls contact information, and social pages to minimize time spent on pre-outreach research. Depending on the complexity of of our current campaign, we may reach out to hundreds of community members, which can be burdensome with typical email systems. BuzzStream's relationship field helps us stay organized in tracking each outreach round, submission and link-back statuses within each project.
The BuzzStream system has few issues, but when we find them, the the support team responds quickly and promptly. They are incredibly responsive and in many instances they have taken our feedback to help make the product even better. I appreciate that they are not perfect, but are always striving to improve the user experience.
BuzzStream is an essential part of our every-day workflow and has enabled us to scale our efforts efficiently over the years. BuzzStream allows our content and outreach teams to work independently and collaboratively to research topics, build relationships within relevant verticals, develop content and perform effective outreach. By being able to manage multiple lists, view the current relationship with people in a particular list, and listen in on various conversations via our project lists, we can better serve our partners in helping them reach a wider audience via creative content and innovative placement.
Though the Buzzstream team is quite small, they are consistently pleasant, responsive to feedback and curious about our company's needs. I trust that if we ask for a feature to help us do our jobs better, they'll be receptive to it. We train all of our staff members on this product because it plays such an integral role in our outreach process.
I wish certain fields that require more frequent updating -- contact email address, for example -- were easier to update without opening the entire edit tab.
We're trying to transition from transactional linkbuilding to long-term relationship building. Some of Buzzstream's newer products and features, which should help us assess the value/context of certain thought leaders, will help us ease that process.
Setting up templates is nice and simple and the dynamic fields are very useful. Once a template is set up, it is very quick to start outreaching, and the feedback on email opens and clickthroughs is almost instant. Adding contact details from websites with the Buzzstream Buzzmarker is very useful and easy to do. I like how you can share templates with team members and how easy it is to move prospects between lists and users.
As a relatively new starter to outreach, I find the interface quite hard to navigate in terms of remembering how to get to different parts of the tool, but that may get better with time.
Buzzstream is great for allowing me to contact large volumes of prospects quickly. The instant feedback on open and clickthrough rates enables me to tweak my template and gauge reception and interest. Showing outgoing mail and incoming replies from within the software is a fantastic way of keeping correspondence clear and organized.
It’s simple to create lists of sites, blogs and influencers to contact. It makes it easy to manage outreach projects whilst working with other members of the team. Templates, tagging and automation make it easy to speed up email contact whilst maintaining a personal approach.
Sometimes it can be tricky to keep track of which specific contacts you want to use for bigger sites on any given project. If there are multiple contacts for a website, details about who’s who isn’t always obvious and it can take time to seek out the most relevant contact.
It benefits a busy outreach team by giving visibility on all projects across the team. It helps improve our approach by providing analytics and template testing.
With Buzzstream, it's easier to reach influencers where you can market your product. It is also easier to outreach websites to get links if you are into offline SEO. All you need to do is open the chrome extension and mark your potential website to be added on the Buzzstream database, then all you have to do is send out your template. Easy right!
Twitter is the only available option for the Discover Section which is quite frustrating. And also, more detailed steps/tutorials should have been added so I would not have messed up some things when I am already sending out those outreach emails.
Finding potential websites for link building is quite faster and finding appropriate influencers to promote our products is no longer troublesome.
The ability to keep track of who my team has reached out to and keep notes on our history with various sites. And to create collective outreach lists for content distribution.
I don't enjoy the email feature, it doesn't flow well with my individual Gmail account.

Keeping your contact database in Excel is much easier with BuzzStream. The service calculates the coverage of the material, which allows you to measure the effectiveness of sites. Base can be labeled with themes and you can follow the history of cooperation with certain bloggers and journalists. It is also a plus that the service has a free month of use. Also in the service there is a contact history.

At present the management and search, creation of links and generate marketing through pages and electronic market is a simple task but requires good tools to obtain a positive development and maintain the best position in the competition. The buzzstream is a CRM software that helps me to build my links in a fast and efficient way that improves my relationship with my vendors and suppliers. It also offers me modern tools that help me manage better communication within my social networks. , the more personalized links allow the search to be more efficient for more specific markets, the platform is fast and the simple deployment integrates very well with social networks and other programs that use, the provider is friendly but its costs are somewhat high and it is a weakness of the program they should manage lower prices of rest the program is excellent.
the performance that the program offers me to this day is good, its fast tools and the excellent platform I can do my job with positive results and improvements in the market and increase sales and customer relations, but not everything is perfect the cost is quite high we pay a cost that in my opinion is very high and should improve it is the only thing I do not like about the product
better management of networks and be able to manage channels and domains quickly and safely, to establish better relationships and achieve a growth of the company are the greatest benefits that brought us the use of the program and that's why we started its use

I am fascinated that he has a great capacity to order each contact in several projects. I like that you can send emails from the application. The interactive templates for projects are wonderful

I primarily use BuzzStream to promote content and to better track online relationships. I've used the right click Buzzmark this page feature consistently throughout my content promotion efforts.
Buzzstream makes it very easy to reference past notes and emails that have been sent to a person/company. I oversee a program that works with hundreds of groups, all once a year. With Buzzstream, it's easy for me to look back at past emails and see when the last time I spoke to a group was, what they requested, their address/contact info, etc.
There was a learning curve when I started using it, and it takes consistent use to grasp. Other people using it for the first time or after long periods of not using it typically have difficulty picking it up and may make errors. Also, it can be difficult to repair damage to account records and ways of classifying them if mistakes are made. Users must be at least a little tech-savvy to use.
We needed a way to keep track of who we were talking to, at what time, and also what was discussed. This is an easy way to see all our notes about a group, including when we last worked with them and what was discussed.

I use Buzzstream in a company of 700+ employees, which results in 100+ folders and projects. One issue I have found is an inability to organize contacts across folders/projects — and inconsistency between emails, contact names, etc.
I use Buzzstream to organize and maintain all email outreach and industry relationships. Buzzstream allows me to see which of my colleagues has already gained a relationship with media outlets and helps me branch off of that relationship to achieve my own business goals. I also appreciate being able to see if any contacts have been marked as "do not contact" which allows me to maintain a professional, consistent relationship with media outlets from our company's voice. Lastly, Buzzstream has benefitted me by allowing me to connect with members of the industry that I would not have had contact with by looking through colleagues' past conversations.
It's a great tool for documenting progress of an outreach project and for keeping track of all user activity when a particular project is being worked on by a number of people. The email open rates and link click tracking is also very useful. I also love the Buzzbar app as it makes the whole list building process so much quicker. Being able to see comms from previous projects within a particular link partner is also very handy as it gives you a better picture of how they work so you can tailor your approach.
It's very obvious when it's in heavy use as it becomes very slow, which when you're working to a time budget, can become a problem. The Discovery element can also be quite buggy - not adding sites to your list, the list you want to add to not showing up etc. I also find it unhelpful that if when an individual you've reached out to at a particular publication unsubscribes, it marks the whole publication as "DO NOT CONTACT", meaning you're unable to send further emails to anyone. You can overcome this by removing the affected email address, but ideally, Buzzstream would be smarter and just shut down contact to that particular address.
It's very much a useful tool for speeding up the outreach process. The reporting also provides very handy visuals when communicating on progress with clients.
The buzzstream is a software with modern tools and a platform that is integrated in the best way allowing me to carry out my projects and execute managements that allow the company to improve in the market in sales, relations with clients and future clients, it is ideal for all company since its interface is simple and allows the use for all types of users regardless of their knowledge, the value is very good since it offers many benefits at low cost and the provider offers an excellent support service at the time of being required.
So far everything works excellent, but you should always improve the tools with future updates that allow a faster deployment and reduce the time of use improving the income
