Allows you control over what type of meetings are booked, locations, etc. You can modify and adjust it to your liking. And you can also create your own link name.

Requires you to pay if you want to remove any logos or create any automation. Can also be a little confusing for the person booking the appointment as they get sent multiple copies of the meeting.

It's not always easy to share when I'm available. Calendly helps me make it easy.

I have a hard time remembering to update my own calendar to to make sure that I block out times that I'm not available. Days off, for example, I have to create a timed event that I title NO BOOK so that my clients don't book those dates.

I really appreciate not having to go back and forth on emails to say - when are you free, when am I free. This makes that process much easier.

It works well, looks decent and it allows options for Zoom, and Google Meets.

The only downside is limited features on the free plan and not having a pricing plan that suits me exactly.

Calendly is super efficient and it has simplified so many of my engagement processes. It has eliminated hours from my assistants' labor so they can do more productive things. I love the google ad-on that functions in my inbox.

I use this to schedule interviews! In theory, if they schedule it themselves they are more likely to show up. It hasn't definitely cut my no-shows for interviews down!

What I like about this software is we can create our own online consulting calendar so that people can come to our link and provide data and then they can book a call with me. And this saves me a lot of time to book a call and all the things for my business. It's like I hired a person who can help me to schedule all the meetings. And this is very very time-saving and efforts saving software. I can rely on this software.

What I don't is they have to give some guide video in the help section because not everyone knows what will happen if they click any random button. So that tutorial video will be very very helpful for everyone.

Calendly allows me to invite someone to set up a meeting with me without having to send multiple back and forth communications to figure out what each party's availability is- it has been the most efficient way for me to perform my job every day.

The only thing I dislike about Calendly is that it doesn't integrate well with my Outlook calendar and I have to manually reconcile the differences in my work calendar with my Calendly calendar every day.

Sometimes the canceling and rescheduling functions can be confusing.

Calendly is the best software for managing and scheduling meetings on the go. It has a nice and clean interface which one can learn to use after playing around a bit. It comes with a get started pop-up to help the new users set and schedule a sample meeting. It lets the users choose the medium of the meeting along with the date and time.

Calendly has been a great support in reducing the hassle of scheduling meetings over calls and repeated emails. A user using the free version can satisfactorily schedule meetings with an ease and take advantage of the software. I haven't found a single thing to dislike about Calendly till now.

I am using Calendly extensively to set and schedule interviews, online appointments, proposal meetings, and sales presentation purposes. It helps me create individual and group meetings and lets me choose the medium of my choice from in-person, Zoom, Google Meet etc. Calendly has helped me reduce the hassle of setting appointments manually and taking continuous follow-ups via emails and calls.

1. Under "Scheduled Events" I would like to see a "Cancelled" events tab that shows all cancelled appointments. This information must be different from rescheduled appointments. 2. I would also like you to explore a built in feature that prevents individuals from booking duplicate appointments (as long as they are using the same email address). Some people don't realize they can reschedule from their existing appointment or have lost the original notification. 3. Inability to customize the Subject of the Meeting. Please provide an optional field for users/administrators.

Saving time trying to obtain individual or group availability for a meeting. Elimination of the double work of booking an appointment and following up with a separate meeting notice. I've been using calendly ever since I started in tech going on 5 years ago, and I can't imagine scheduling with anything different. I mean, I can, because I've used other schedulers... but none are simple and feel as clean as calendly does. I love that I can drop the link anywhere I talk with people and it's the same experience as if I emailed it.

I've rarely experienced an issue. The only times I've had issues is being disproportionally assigned calls when on a round robin distribution with a team in calendly. As far as I'm aware, my leader went to customer support and got the issue fixed. Otherwise, pretty straightforward system to use.

As a recruiter, Calendly is the easiest way to get candidates on the phone after connecting with them via linkedin chat or other social sites. I like not having to collect everyone's availability to make times work, because the recipient of the link can select a time themselves. I also like that calendly can send automatic reminders as well, to minimize no-shows.

I love that with Calendly, I can easily add my calendly link to the signature in my email and have prospects book time directly on my calendar. It makes finding time that works for both me and my prospects super easy.

Once the meeting is booked for another person, I can`t add guests or reschedule unless I`m one of the guests. It would be helpful if some accounts have permissions over another to do that

The best thing about Calendly is the fact that it integrates with Google Calendar and it gives the availability according to the meetings and the overall schedule that you already have, so if someone wants to book a meeting with you, you know that it is not going to be at the same time as another meeting.

The only thing that I don't like about Calendly is the fact that in the free version, you can only have 1 type of event so if you want to have a shared meeting with a member of your team, you can only give that link and not one for another meeting just by yourself.

Calendly is solving mainly the meetings and schedule organization in a simple, intuitive and easy-to-use platform, while being integrated with other calendars such as Google Calendar to automatically put new meetings in them.

There really aren't many, potentially including third party's who need to be in the meeting, but whose calendar isn't shared or accessible, when those meetings are rescheduled the third party isn't notified.
