We use the forms product, and the ability to get additional, deeper data with our form fields has been amazing. Now that we just need an email address to get most demographic info, we've added a few more qualifying questions to our forms to improve overall lead quality. Also, it plays really nicely with all the other tools in our stack. Their support has been incredible both for Enrichment and Advertising- super fast response times, thorough issue evauluation, and quick resolution.
There's little visiblity into which attributes were enriched (and which ones weren't), so I'd love to see that as a feature
We have a very unique offering that has some appeal to the general population, so being able to quickly enrich and validate the emails of true leads has been incredible. We've cut down on the the number of junk leads sent to sales, and increased our conversion rates on forms by shortening the amount of data we require.
Both having functionality to integrate the enrichment data via Salesforce as well was via webhooks/marketo make it really easy to get the right data into the right systems.
Sometimes the title data can be off-- based on what prospects/customers are publicly stating about their title. For example, a title might be "I'm Hiring!"

Clearbit prospector is extremely easy to use and to train others who might not be as computer savvy to use. The Salesforce integration is seamless and makes the process of finding, capturing, and converting leads from Clearbit to our sales process easy and effective. Extremely helpful that it links directly to website, Linkedin, etc, the data intelligence is extremely useful.
Hoping for more leads data there are often not HR contacts available for large companies listed in Clearbit. The data is only updated once a month and weekly would be more beneficial to our efforts.
How to quickly prospect and add that prospect to Salesforce. The ability to access additional information about the person or organization helps save time and improves effectiveness. Data is lacking in comparison to Zoom Info.
I like that I am able to lookup email addresses of individuals that may not be public. It's incredibly helpful.
I dislike when there are no search results. There really isn't much that I dislike about using this extension.

The accuracy and variety of the data given.
Sometimes its hard to differentiate between the lead and the company, as far as location.
This helps us know our companies we're prospecting to better so we can be better prepared when we reach out.
The simplified search on domain, emails and names for all users to search for the right person and contacts for your marketing campaigns alongside with linkedin profile and company information
Being the domain primarily the only way to conduct a search for more results and not having C-type personnel separated from other company users
I was able to speak directly to GOD without having to speak with the angels, it was a direct way to bypass the gatekeepers and direct campaigns to the right targets
I like being able to have up to date information on a prospect and client's needs and expectations and clearbit provides this on all leads
I dislike how some of the data at times may take a little longer to populate but its not big deal though
The ability to have information right before the point of sale is priceless
i like how simple it is to use. it fits into my workflow and allows me to eliminate clunky steps

Platform is user friendly and is very easy to learn. Has the latest data to find the best contacts.
