More technical understanding is required, but on the plus side, the support is there and the it always involves learning around an issue, rather than simply answering the exact question. Sometimes I don;t know what the exact question is, but the support so helpful!

I only have one particular complaints, for example the plans seem expensive to me, that's the only thing.

We had no problems but we needed an external cloud service to migrate our sites and acquire some VPS and everything has gone very well as hosting and we have been able to keep the servers afloat.
