My favourite feature is being able to clone applications and set up a new site quickly and easily.

That there is no C Panel access to a site but it's easily forgiven when you can still access files via sftp etc.

I moved to Cloudways to increase my websites speed. My sites speed instantly increased and the free migration made the transition from the old host an easy move. I like that I can increase my server instantly and have staging sites and a clone function which has made updates a breeze. The most valuable option you get when using Cloudways as your host is the option to use a server near your location.

Cloudways was a little bit of a challenge to navigate at first. I was used to a c panel interface so i did have to research how to set up a server correctly. Cloudways does provide resources but I found Youtube to be an additional source that made it very easy in the end.

Moving from a shared hosting provider to Cloudways where i control my own server has increased the speed of my site and increased my SEO. I was able to jump from page 3 to 1 simply by changing the hosting!

Our only issue with Cloudways has been that we've found the API to be a little restrictive, but this is purely down to a specific requirement we had and was not a major issue.

Cloudways is a platform specialized for CMS hosting. Recently I used, Cloudways for hosting my Blog application. Launching a simple WordPress application is much much easy and all the underlying infrastructures are maintained by the Cloudways team. There are many server options are available which can be used according to our requirements.

If you are a beginner, Starting cost is much high. Cheapest server monthly costs around $10 for one month. Another thing is Cloudway's free trial, which is only for 3 days. Considering these things, it seems Cloudways is not the best fit for low-cost beginners.

It would be helpful if more information was visible regarding some of the platforms/data centres that they use. Specifically, which are powered by 100% renewable energy and which are not.

The ability to have separate apps for staging and production and the ease with which these can be made, removed, copied or moved makes our life much easier. This has allowed us more time to focus on the creation of apps, rather than headaches about hosting them.
