I have noticed fluctuations in the monthly billing price which can be a challenge for beginners. Additionally, the Cloudways Bot Protection Feature could use some improvement in effectively blocking unwanted referral traffic from malicious websites. The chat function is phenomenal, always so much help and support in a few clicks! I also love the speed, and the free inclusions like backups / SSL certificates that some hosts bill seperately.

I haven't encountered any so far honestly! Maybe the ability to edit the WP config file would be a bit helpful without using SFTP? I'd use that loads! But it's not a complete turn off.

The most helpful about Cloudways I like is their excellent customer care support, they are so polite and knowledgeable. They can resolve your issue in just a few minutes. Also the pricing of the Cloudways for various server options they provide is very economical.

The only dislike I like with Cloudways is that they don't offer a control panel for managing the server back end, like the shared hosting panel offered by other hosting providers, so it will a little difficult for a new person to manage things by themselves.

With Cloudways we are able to migrate our shared hosting WordPress site to this platform easily by using their Cloudways migrate plugin, which is very easy to use this help to move our site quickly to their platform and we noticed a great increase in the speed of our site.

Their present onboarding and verification process is all manual. They can improve. It took me 5 mins to activate my account.

There are a few features that would be nice that aren't currently supported, but when we raise them as feature requests, we get the impression that they'll look at rolling them out. One nice feature would be downloading a copy of an application's files and database to a Zip, also allowing for offsite backups per server / application.

The service from Cloudways hep us to manage our client's hosting needs in a really neat, efficient way - accessing the best hardware in a really easy to use, simple way.

We can go to them with any issue and there's always someone there instantly to help.

It would be great if they had a feature to download a single application backup.

We can easily spin up new servers on the fly knowing that we can lean on their support team if any issues occur.

Straightforward staging process for the sites

I can't fault the system, everything seems solid! Sometimes there are issues with caching when duplicating websites where it will loop saying that the process is in order whereas it has actually finished
