That I didn't use it sooner! Emails aren't as high accuracy as numbers but as a phone first prospector that is a very minor dislike.

Phone numbers - Cognism's data has given our team access to leads that we otherwise would never have got, which meant within week 1 of using Cognism we were back to exceeding quota. The Chrome ext takes up quite a lot of space on the right hand of the screen, can make it difficult to open other plugins - only a minor problem.

Email addresses aren't always correct, you should use an email verification system together with Cognism. However, this happens with pretty much any other email cultivating tool.
Having the right phone number data saves a lot of time and frustration. Sales calls are already hard, no need to make them harder with wrong phone numbers. Outreaching using phone calls is more efficient and effective.

N/A- there isn't anything I don't like. The platform is easy to use. Everything works well and it is very user-friendly. The chrome extension is a great feature and it has helped my team increase their sales and they are having more relevant conversations with direct decision makers

Ease of use. The site is very intuitative, and the fact that I can use Live Chat to get quick support if I need it is beneficial! The onboarding was smooth, with everyone involved friendly and helpful at all times.
Having to pay extra to do anything in bulk - while I understand the premise, to only be able to pull 25 records into a campaign without having to pay anything is quite annoying.
The amount of time it has saved sourcing required contacts, email addresses, and phone numbers has been a lifesaver. To use one tool to get the information I need in one hit, you don't realise how much time is wasted until you can do it all at once!
