From the first call with their sales team, my interaction with Cognism has been enjoyable. The Cognism team is very professional and responds promptly to any question you may have. The onboarding was painless, the training was perfect, and their after-sales customer service is an example of any customer-facing company. It's refreshing to work with a company that puts its customers first again. The solution itself contains high-quality data and is very user-friendly. Can't but recommend Cognism very highly.
So far, there is nothing to dislike about Cognism.
We are using Cognism for our marketing and business development team. The integration with LinkedIn is beneficial, and the data quality (email addresses and mobile phone numbers) saves us a lot of time. However, our team is most excited about the "intent to buy" the data contains.
The quality of contacts in terms of email and phone numbers is unmatched. The extra verification of emails provided by Cognism is also very helpful for anyone in Marketing or Sales.
Not being able to review contacts already redeemed from Cognism across all accounts in an organization sometimes is a pain, but can be solved with some manual processes.
Finding quality contact phone numbers and emails in Europe and Asia has historically been a challenge for our organization. We've managed to replace a piecemeal process of over 5 different database subscriptions with one Cognism license.
Great platform on its own right but when used as a Extension on Sales Nav it really help unlock detailed information on my prospects.

The fact that you are still being charged credits for contacts without the email addresses if you redeem them from a list.

We have identified our ideal customer profile and target sectors and lacked the compliant data to enable us to target them effectively - Cognism solves our contact data requirement.
Cognism allows me to find contact details about potential prospects. I have used multiple systems in the past and Cognism comes out on top always with accuracy of data and amount of data.

Cognism allows me to reach out to most prospects that are a fit for our company. Generating multiple leads, Cognism's data has allowed me to contact various prospects that have signed off on our solution.
The diamonds on-demand data is incredibly high quality. Their coverage in NA and EMEA is also fantastic. Beyond all that, they have been incredibly responsive to all inquiries our team has sent their way and is always quick to try to help us any way they can.
None so far - they have a few features on their roadmap that will make our experience even better.
We have a growing outbound sales motion which is fueled by account-based targeting at the top and middle of our funnel, but they help our sales team work in concert with those efforts with a more personal approach.
Great platform. The Chrome extension for LinkedIn is super helpful in sharing contacts in a way that enables productivity. You don't have to go out of your way to source relevant details. Their team are all great and super responsive if we have any queries. Most importantly, the data is compliant, they check do-not-call lists across multiple territories.
Nothing to report. The platform has always worked smoothly for myself.

The interface is lightweight, and integrates well with Sales Navigator and Salesforce without making the experience buggy.
It would be better if you could capture data for every prospect - however, the reality is that this is impossible with any tool.
Our problem is that we need data to conduct sales activities, and Cognism provides said data.
The biggest advantage of Cognism is that they have the most accurate in the EMEA. We've used other vendors before, one of them was ok for emails whilst the other was better for phone numbers, but Cognism is basically doing both in the best way possible.
I wish there was a form-complete feature.
With Cognism, our SDRs don't waste their time searching for contact data. Since they started using the platform, we're not hearing any complaints about inaccuracy of data, or anything. SDRs happy, we are happy!
