The features itself, It is very user friendly and very easy to use so I totally love it with all my heart. And I would proudly recommend it to my colleague moving forward.
I don't have anything in mind because like what I've mentioned earlier everything was so smooth and very easy to use. So I don't have any dislike about google workspace.
Everything that is inside the google workspace works so fine for me simply because most of the app are very easy to use and very user friendly so everyone can use it.
Google Workspace is the best tool I've used to boost productivity daily. It has everything I need, from scheduling my itinerary and creating documents to storing all my important files, which I can carry everywhere. It has made my life easier since everything I need is packed into one tool. I use it constantly for school and work. It's perfect for collaborating with other people.
Despite the initial experience of being overwhelmed with all the apps put into one tool, it's easy to use since all you have to do is to click what tool you want to utilize.
It's easy to collaborate because you can share documents and even edit in one single file simultaneously, so it's very efficient. Plus, with all the tools available, there is no need to go to other apps anymore to do different things because everything you would need is already here.
Gives us all the tools in one same place, it's easily integrated with most tools and is very flexible.
The only problem we've had was when we migrated to a new domain and passing files and ownership from one to another is quite hard.
We're a remote based company, so cloud storage and license management is a wonderful plus. Additionaly, sharing files, collaborating and building with other teams is super easy.
One of the things I appreciate the most is how easy it is to collaborate with other people in real time. Google Docs, for example, allows several people to edit the same document simultaneously, which is very useful for teamwork. In addition, having all the tools integrated into a single platform, such as Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar, makes work much more efficient and organized.
There are some points that I don't like so much about the platform. One is the reliance on an internet connection to access tools and files stored in the cloud. If I am in a location with an unstable connection, it can be difficult or impossible to access my documents, which can hamper my productivity.
Google workspace helps our company with full email functionality and office software. In my opinion, there's nothing better than him for that. Leave Microsoft's tools to shame.
The best thing is how each and every application in the workspace is well connected with each other and how well it is integrated with all the applications even with non google applications.
There is not much to dislike about google workspace; it's just that there are limited options while sharing as compared to its counterparts.
While working in a team, there are multiple applications to be used to avoid it becoming haphazard, Google Workspace provides so many applications which make our day to day tasks really very easy.
Fellow and Google Workspace work exceptionally well together. It is easy to add talking points to meetings from Google Calendar, and it is very easy to quickly address talking points, jot down quick notes, and create action items from the sidebar in google meet
Some of the carryover items within fellow within google workspace are just the generic "add action item here" text. Which is not helpful when trying to see if there are outstanding items to address before a meeting.
The widespread integration across all google workspaces is hugely beneficial and helps with interdepartmental collaboration. Though, sometimes I wish there were better controls over access restrictions depending on the need of the organization.
I love how google integrates with all of my coworkers when it comes to shared docs in the drive, note integration in calendar, and makes scheduling a breeze. There is incredible mobile support as well! I can pull up anything on any device just through logging in. I love google.
In drive specifically, I wish there were easier ways to organize and edit the way you see everything. I want to organize my shared docs differently then my coworkers and it's difficult without effecting everyone's organization.
It allows everyone to edit documents simultaniously and that is THE highlight of google workspace. No where else is it as seamless as google docs/sheets/slides.
The ease of use of google apps like Drive, docs, and sheets.
Missing out on the following features: Google Drive file version management can be more effective than deleting and restoring a particular file version. Also, the ability to comment based on video time stamps.
Allowing us to work on a centralized platform where everyone can access the files, review them, and comment on them. Helps to share the content with proper file access.
The suite of tools that Google Workspace provides has been a game-changer for me and my team. The seamless integration between Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other applications has made collaboration and communication a breeze. Not only does it save us time, but it also enables us to work more efficiently, which ultimately leads to better outcomes for our clients. As a remote worker, one of the features I love most about Google Workspace is the ability to work from anywhere, at any time. The cloud-based platform ensures that all of my documents and files are accessible from any device, whether I'm at home, in the office, or on the go. This flexibility has been invaluable, especially during the pandemic when remote work has become the norm. Another aspect of Google Workspace that I appreciate is the constant updates and improvements. It's clear that the team behind Google Workspace is committed to delivering the best product possible, and I always look forward to seeing what new features and improvements are on the horizon.
One area that I think could be improved is the integration between Google Workspace and other third-party applications. While there are many integrations available, they are not always seamless and can require a lot of manual work. Enhancing the integration capabilities would make it easier to connect with other tools that are essential for my work.
As someone who works remotely the main problem that Google Workspace solves is collaboration. It can be challenging to collaborate with colleagues, especially when working on the same project. Google Workspace solves this problem by providing a suite of tools that allow for real-time collaboration, making it easier for remote workers to stay connected and work together on projects.
Google Workspace is the ideal external collaboration tool when collaborating cross-functionally across various departments and vast clientele. My team uses Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets for work. I also use Google Meet to stay connected with family and friends worldwide!
Occasionally, I encounter issues with Google Meet when using the Apple App. I recommend improving this so that those who love Google Workspace can continue to connect with family and friends when FaceTime isn't an option.
When working on a collaborative document, Google Spreadsheets will reign supreme compared to Sharepoint or Microsoft Excel. My international team can keep up with the progress of various short-term projects without crowding our usual CRM and PM workspaces.
It have all you need to collaborate and work.
Notthing at the moment.I do wish to have a more foucs workspace
It allows our team to elaborate better and share work.
As a remote worker, Google Workspace has been a great tool that has allowed me to work collaboratively with my team. The options it offers make work feel like you're working in the same office with your team, easing the flow of each project.
In general it has been a good experience, but I have observed some minor issues when opening images or videos in the chat web app, since the loading time is very long at times and I have to open the app on my phone to be able to view them without problem .
The most significant benefit is being able to work and collaborate with your team effectively no matter where you are in the world; plus, it integrates seamlessly with Google's ecosystem in the cloud, which also allows you to work async.
Google surveys are very simple to create and review. They have templates to help you set up your survey and it is very easy to read and navigate through the responses. You can easily see who responded (if you want to have that listed), pie charts of responses, and lists of general responses. You can then share the results. You can also export to Excel to have a workable spreadsheet.
I haven't had to do anything to elaborate with the surveys, simple office questionnaires, so it really has met my needs. It would be helpful for a more complex survey to get different data outputs for different analytics.
We are solving the problem of mass emails and roundabout communication. This has helped us get quick information and compiled for our whole office to determine things like shirt sizes, meeting day and time options, lunch orders for large meetings, etc.
All the tools I need in one spot. It helps us manage our day-to-day tasks and have instant communication with each other to provide top-notch support to our customers.
I havent found much I didn't like about Google Workspace. Maybe if they had a better option for one page to do all project management like clickup.
Its solving the issue of having to be in multiple places to accomplish one goal. With google workspace its mostly all in one place and everything works well together.
Everything you need is in one place. This is like the mecca of all office/business productivity tool. I like the fact that all apps are integrated. Especially, Forms, sheets and Drive.
Nothing that I can think of. Google Workspace works for me without a hassle. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to be able to understand how the whole workspace works.
Have you Google Forms? its amazing!!!! Be it a survey or a signup tool, it helps me get all the information I need, and the best part is that I can integrate it into sheets wherein I can sort and collect all the data, which is just a simple formula. It helps me tidy up my documentation. It helps me collate and analyze data fast!
How easily the Google Workspace integrates with other partners and vendors we work with. It's a work tool that helps enhance productivity and increase collaboration with other platforms.
Workspace's pricing might be a matter of concern for brands and businesses. Yes, they do offer a 14 day trial before your commit to a pricing plan but the price can be expensive.
Google workspace really helps with fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Communication and sharing information is very seamless with the Google workspace. The resources that are available also make it easy for adoption.
Such an integrative platform to work from - especially when building a 0-trust environment for remote work and as a remote database.
Google Calendar drives me crazy sometimes. They could really do better with the search functions, especially with changed or deleted events.
Imagine having to use a different website platform for each of the 9 functions I've selected. That would be maddening. I already have about 3 screens and 5 computers in my home of only 2 people (plus 1 dog - not that she uses the computer, lol). The last thing I want to do is turn on every screen and computer just to complete my workday for a single client.
What do you like best about Google Workspace It's easy to work on documents within your team outside the company we can communicate through chats that what I like with Google workspace
What do you dislike about Google Workspace? There's nothing that I will dislike about Google Workspace everything that google workspace has suits me with my everyday work
Regarding email discussions, we were able to communicate easily and it organized my work. For example, I could have all my communication windows, such as e-mail and my chat program, on one workspace and the job I'm doing on a different one.
The most helpful is google drive since we can create a different folder for the menu photos and the google calendar, especially if we have a scheduled callback to the customer.
maybe the down side of the google workspace is sometimes when they need an update the applcation the google chat and also the calendar is not working and there is some slow interaction
because of the gogle workspace we reached our client without calling them, since some of our client is preffered to receive an email instead of calling them and also using the calendar we always notify us the right tie appoint to contact the client
The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I particularly appreciate the seamless integration between different tools, which allows me to work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently. The real-time collaboration feature is also a huge plus. It lets my team members work on the same paper simultaneously, saving us time and improving productivity.
I was disappointed with the storage capacity of Google Drive. The free version only offers 15GB of storage, which is insufficient for my needs. Upgrading to a paid plan was an additional expense that I wasn't prepared for.
Its cloud-based working helps me access my essential documents from anywhere and at any time. I do not have to worry about storage capacity and can store data very organized way.
