Nothing, it has been a pleasure to use. I don't have any complaints at this time.

I don't know what problems Gusto has been experiencing, but each new feature has been helpful so far.

Easy to work with. Good customer Service. I like that handle all the taxes for you.

I do not have to deal with state and federal taxes myself they do that for me.

Ease and convenience. I am able to quickly see my paystub and its easy to print them. Its also easy to keep track of my PTO and get my w-9

We only have two employees and one contractor. The onboarding tools are very helpful, processing payroll and paying contractors is simple to do, payroll reports are good, and it's easy to produce reports, find tax compliance filings, and look up other information. If i can't find a link for what I need, the search tool is an easy way to find an article that addresses my issue.

Only concern is inability to set up recurring payments to contractors.

Gusto makes it easier for our small organization to take care of HR compliance issues like depositing withheld taxes, filing reports with tax authorities, producing W-2s, and handling onboarding matters like I-9.

It is really intuitive, easy to use, and makes something that is typically boring fun.

There is nothing I dislike about Gusto. It is very east to use.

It just provides a fun and easy way to get paid. Its simple and intuitive.

Gusto has transformed our operations to allow us to no longer be so manual but maneuver as a larger company. It's reduced our hours on mundane tasks. Created a better experience for our employees. And so much more!

I think that it would be good to have more flexibility with the time tracking.

How easy it is to use, easy to reach customer service.

The reports are hard to find and/or create at first but once created it is easier.

The onboarding forms that I am able to send to new hires is a game changer for the amount of back and forth with candidate and the decrease of papers.

Gusto is very easy to use. The layout and main dashboard make it extremely easy to find exactly what you need. I've used Gusto at 3 employers (both W2 and 1099) and finding my old documents is also a breeze.

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about Gusto.

Gusto is a simple payroll provider and that solves problems that I faced when working at large corporations with outdated payroll solutions. Other softwares make it impossible to even navigate and I would never login to them. With Gusto, I definitely login and can easily updates settings and find needed documents.

Super easy to request time off and see tasks.

There's no option to remember you, you do have to do the dual authentication every time.

Creates a process for onboarding tasks, a more streamlined process for payments, anonymous surveys, and time off requests.

I like the interface & that it is user friendly.

At this point in time, I haven't found reasons to dislike using Gusto.
