If the monthly pricing can be cheaper, it will be great.
My business needs to have good looking and professional landing pages that can convert for me (to generate leads to my business) and I need to do it quickly without having to know how to design or code a landing page. Instapage achieves all that for me at a good price and gives me much more control over my landing pages.
I like the very easy concept of responsiveness with only two view (desktop and mobile) with super easy, drag and drop reordering of elements. I also like the super easy concept of "sections". I like that all the elements you put on a webpage are pre-designed to a modern look and feel, so we have less chance that an unexperienced "designer" creates an ugly page.
The maximum number of users is too low. We are just a bit over the maximum, so there are colleagues with password sharing :(((
We have a very old and ugly business software. We wanted to replace the web UI. Fortunately, our old system has HTML input feature, so we replaced all our '80 looking webpages to modern design, one by one.
I love that Instapage enables my entire team to participate in the production process of landing pages. It is an easy-to-use tool that gives non-designers the power to make an impact on our web presence.
I would love if Instapage had some notion of a grid, or ability to draw guides to keep things in-line on both mobile and desktop.
A small team with only one main designer is more enabled to build beautiful, high-converting landing pages for our marketing campaigns. We have been able to get more landing pages done in a shorter period of time, as well as educate team members of the work that goes into creating pages like this -- even with in a WYSIWYG interface.
It is easy to use and the cost is reasonable.

For me its the ease with wich you can create setup and host in mere minutes.
Integration with gotowebinar sometimes fails after publishing updates. You have to retest the connection everytime.

The main benefit to Instapage is the ease of use for any level of expertise. With very little coding knowledge, I am able to design and update website pages that are functional, practical, and visually catching.
On an overall review, there is nothing that I majorly dislike about using Instapage.
The main business problem I am trying to solve is designing websites that are functional with little to no coding experience. Currently designing a page in Wordpress alone takes several hours; however, using Instapage only takes minutes. The second business problem is brand consistency. As it stands, Wordpress requires a great deal of coding changes to keep formatting consistent between pages. Instapage allows me to quickly create a page that keeps the brand consistent.
The best thing is that they offer you complete control over the landing, and you don't need to know how to code. They have different add-ons, that makes your life easier; and even its integration with Google analytics.
There are some thing that are still missing, such as the possibility of selecting a custom font for the texts without having to code.
Most of our customers don't have their own mobile websites (some of them don't even have a website, to start with!) Instapage lets us give those customers a solution for this problem, allowing us to perform digital ad campaigns that use Instapage as their landing.
