Instapage is great for hosting landing pages and integrating with other software. Their support documentation and support teams are incredibly helpful if you have a question or need support in integrating with a software that is not already built into the Instapage product. The UI is intuitive and simple, but also allows for complexity if you want to code your own html or use a webhook to integrate with other software

Their direct webhook form functionality only allows you to send text/string data types. I reached out to support for help with this, as I was trying to send integers and they provided multiple different suggestions that got me to the right solution.

It allows our marketing teams to host landing pages without direct tech and development costs. Also allows us to A/B test landing pages and optimize for specific results.

One man can handle with out any backend developer requirements, just need some design and basic knowledge, we can save some man power.

Instapage solves our landing page creation problems with a powerful creation and marketing tool, it has measurement functionalities and the publication method is very intuitive

The clean, simple editor that does not try to over-automate and invariably makes things more difficult. Editing is extremely fast and there are far lass janky discrepancies between desktop and mobile compared to Unbounce.

I would like to be able to universally apply lead alerts, integrations, etc. across all my landing pages rather than having to do them on each page individually.

Getting pages out fast with a high level of design consistency. Cumbersome "smart builders" often just get in the way and make things ultimately harder to use.

Designing and creating the landing page is fairly simple. Drag and drop system that works well. We haven't had many hiccups at all. Adding css or custom html is easy as well.

Pricing isn't very transparent if you need a large number of landing pages. The basic plans are laid out, but anything over the basic number is hidden and you have to guess if the number of pages you need is worth it. Analytics could be a little more robust as well

We run Google ads to dedicated landing pages that are built to match our ads. Having this capability has let our Google ad score rise and made our CPC go down significantly.

The flexibility of instapage is top notch.

The page experience limitations. You can only have so many pages and adding more is cost prohibitive for smaller companies.

The ease of creating pages without any prior knoweldge to code along with the analytics which are provided on the dasboard after logging in. This comes in addition to the great support you get from the team!

There are more aspects that can be added to the dashboards in means of analytics. the UI looks great but there is a hiuge room for improvement there. Overall, it is mostly cosmetics.

Marketers within the department and first day joiners can easily get on with their tasks to create any sort of landing pages, personalisations or even A/B testings.

It's a but pricey, but it's a powerful, professional tool that will save your team time and stress long-term for new campaigns and concepts.

Instapage has made the process of creating landing pages easy for anyone. From our beginners to our advanced team members, we have been able to design great-looking pages that are effective at converting and bring a great ROI. The usability of instapage is easy, functions well for the most basic needs, and allows us to create pages to our specifications.

We would like to see more customization options, the platform is limited in its usage, and the most recent updates have caused some annoying glitches that cause the screen to jump around.

We use instapage to see where designs are not working well and make the necessary adjustments. It allows us to see the results and get a better ROI for each of our clients.

There are a ton of modules to choose from, but not so many that you get choice paralysis! Thats the primary leg up against some of the other builders out there. I also appreciate the excellent functionality for looking at mobile vs desktop versions and the simple collaboration tool to collect comments on pages in progress (especially from people who don't have an account). You can make a ton of customizations as well – and fast. Strong AB testing feature as well.

I wish you were able to differentiate mobile vs desktop experiences further. For example, there's no way to have items that ONLY appear on mobile but not desktop (the alternative is possible). Further, I wish it was a bit stronger in helping ensure mobile optimiation – while I know most people are using these landing pages from paid sources, I'd also like my landing pages to be easier for Google indexing.

Productivity. It’s quick to pick up for new team members. Page speed is so important and the Instapage framework is fast and consistently beats client pages in other platforms. Ability to add features with custom code.

I like using Instapage as it lets me break outside of the conformity of our brand that we adhered to when using our CMS. The online help was also very prompt when I had an issue.

I sometimes get frustrated when using the mobile design and some of the elements are not where I would imagine them to be (based on the desktop design).

The issue is that my chosen font isn't displaying properly due to an issue with the Adobe API. As we have a standard brand font, it's a shame as we need to keep consistency across all content.

Lead management is the best. From dashboard overview to download and deletion, the working process has been designed with excellence.

Nothing that I dislike but rather some areas for improvement, purely subjective. For example, introduce dark mode in the GUI and single sign-on capability.

The solution solved my need to quickly execute form pages.

It is simple, anyone can use it even if you have no experience with website creation. I expected to have to deal with different codes but no, its like using puzzles to create a picture you want or need.

I wish it was easier to track clicks of pop-ups. I understand it needs to be connected to a platform that stores it, i just rather had it in one click and solved:) I understand it is not as easy as I would like it ot be or it wouldnt make sense then. S it is not a disaventage, just someting to figure out but ith help of instapge

Instapage is really easy to use and lets us publish webpages quickly and easily to wordpress without needing to know how to code anything. We primarily use it to to create landing pages with forms on them. Those forms then hook up to zapier and the entries gathered in various places. It's great

Honestly its unclear how to use all the reporting and thats why we don't use it fully. would love to maybe get more information on this or instructions within the dashboard to make understanding it easier and faster. sometimes i just dont have the time to figure it out on my own.

We needed a solution where anyone could jump in and create webpages that looked good without needing to know HTML or CSS. The interface is easy to use, intuitive, and gets the job done without being too fancy or having too many overwhelming features.

Very nice that I don't have to code, it's pretty intuitive.

Some of the automatic scaling to mobile is confusing or inconsistent. (if images change on desktop they don't automatically update on mobile. Most that we upload are already sized for both, occasionally we'd need to adjust mobile differently but it would be nice to have it update on its own.

I don't have to code but can use my design and marketing knowledge to quickly build what my team needs.

Our marketing team has little to no coding experience. So it was important for us to use a landing page tool that was simple and intuitive to use, an Instapage was just that. They were creating webpages right away with barely any training on the platform. It allowed them to focus more on what they do best. Also, Instapage's support team has always been very helpful and responsive when we've needed their help. Issues are resolved quickly and professionally which is all I can ask for.

It's not the fault of InstaPage, but we were never able to successfully leverage the Personalization and Experimentation pieces of their platform. Those two areas did not come naturally for our team, and required more effort to implement than we could muster.

It solved the problem of no-code web page creation for our team of graphic designers. It allowed us to spin up web experiences quickly, outside of our platforms templated pages.

The interface is clean and easy to use and understand, no learning curve. clean UI and freedom of use, also like the fact you can copy-paste from other templates

Ease of use! It's very much drag and drop and I love that you can save different elements and use them later. I have used Instapage with several companies for marketing purposes when I need to spin up new pages quickly.

I've had issues with some of their integrations, specifically Autopilot when I need robust data mapping functionality. However overall these issues happen pretty rarely.

Often with our Wordpress website creating a new page can be a long process. We create a lot of different landing pages to test specifically for our paid channels, and this enables me to do that quickly on our own domain.

Instapage has pre-built blocks that allow you to quickly design pages and set global blocks that work across different pages. The ability to use custom HTML is helpful for things that are not available natively on Instapages.

One downside is that Instapage doesn't play nice with custom HTML. It takes a lot of work to make it look right and ensure that Instapage native styling doesn't over-right your custom code.

Setting up pages for promotional sales, drive traffic from paid Ads to custom pages where we can show specific content tailored to that audience. These landing pages are also great to help acquire new users with built-in forms.

The Instapage platform is easy to use and very intuitive from a design perspective. As a relatively new experience in creating, editing, and maintaining landing pages, the work was easy to change, and tools were straightforward to understand. The Instapage team is excellent to work with and is readily accessible and responsive to our needs.

It would be nice to have better functionality in-house for creating similar landing pages like Instapage. However, as an alternative, this product meets our needs and exceeds expectations.
