iSpring Suite Reviews: 4.6/5 — Highly Rated
iSpring Suite is a perfect authoring toolkit for those who need to create diverse eLearning content quickly, with no previous experience in course development or special training. The software works as a PowerPoint add-in, so you can build courses in the familiar PPT environment. You can start with an existing presentation and enrich it with more advanced learning content: quizzes, screencasts, video lectures, role-play simulations, and interactions.
To allow you to create polished courses even faster, iSpring’s Content Library includes over 134,000+ royalty-free templates, characters, locations, icons, and buttons. iSpring Suite also comes with a shared drive for content collaboration. You can store all your content and collect feedback on it from your team in a shareable online space.

I really enjoy how it looks and acts kind of like a video instead of just another PPT. It makes how our instructors use it a much better option. The fact that our instructors can still use PPT makes the learning curve of how to use the program easier
There is nothing really at this time that I dislike about iSPring.
One of the problems that iSpring overall has solved for us is the capability to compress a PPT with audio into a file and format that we can use and that will work in our LMS.
It is very user friendly! A great tool for our team to build our online lectures. Had many different users in our team and no complaints or questions on how to use. Customer service made sure they followed up to answer/resolve any questions we had. Very friendly customer service. Would highly recommend!
We've been using the software for a couple months and at this time there was nothing negative reported by our team of doctors who use this program to build their online lectures.
iSpring has comprehensive tools that allows us to build our online lectures and integrate it with a Learning Management Software in a smooth manner.
Pricing and value, lifetime license, customer support, small learning curve
No Mac version...yet! Our company uses mostly Macs, so we have to either get a few Windows PCs or install Windows as a parallel operating system.
We are brining eLearning capability in-house, allowing us to leverage and repurpose courses for new clients
Whenever i have questions about iSpring. The support ist fast and precise!
I have nothing I dislike. The quality of the product is very good.
I had a question about content table. The support solved this question with one e-mail.
I have really been enjoying using iSpring Suite for our educational courses. It has a clean, crisp look and we've not had any issues with it functioning on our LMS. (If we did it was the LMS needing to update coding, not the iSpring product!) Our old authoring program caused so many technical difficulties for our users, but iSpring has essentially eliminated these issues. Additionally, iSpring support always responded quickly to any questions or issues I've had. They are also incredibly kind and efficient in their replies. Very customer service oriented. I really appreciate this, as the support for our old authoring program felt like I was talking to a robot.
I've found a few small things using iSpring that I wish I could control better, but I've pointed these out to iSpring support and they forwarded these ideas onto their developers, so I'm hoping that these things are fixed in upcoming updates to the product.
As mentioned before, the product works seamlessly with our LMS, and has eliminated a lot of technical difficulties our users had been having previously.
The iSpring suite is exceptionally easy to use. This is in part to it being well thought out and designed but also the quality of the support is exceptional. The online tutorials are perfect for getting you started but if you need extra support, I've found it to be excellent. All in all, a great all-rounder coupled with excellent support and resources Very easy to use and thus, recommend.
The current suite is Microsoft Windows only but a Mac version would be nice. Of all the quiz type questions available, I only found one that was missing - the gradient question type. This type of question is typically multiple choice but each answer will have a different score based on its level of correctness. So you can have a best answer scoring higher points than a lesser or incorrect answer. Not a major omission but its inclusion would mean it ticked every box.
Initially, just some internal training but this may well grow as we find out more and more of its capabilities.
I like the ease of the iSpring tab in my presentations. The online videos for quick and easy learning are fantastic and I have utilized them many times. It was great to watch more than I was looking for because I learned to do several things without even realizing I wanted to do them. The customer service is top notch and every question I've had when I couldn't find it in a tutorial has been answered quickly with super easy instruction!
I don't like that when I make a user inactive, they continue to show up in the users area, whether they completed or didn't complete the training. Along with that, if you've added someone to a group, you cannot remove them from a course; you have to delete everyone and add them back in.
Getting the required training out to those that are not local is very easy by using iSpring. I've had a great deal of difficulty stopping the amount of cheating that was happening with my previous LMS and I've been able to lock everything down to ensure students complete the training and the exam.
All the functionality we need to create powerful eLearning, easy to find and use that functionality, with first class service and support on the one or two occasions it has been required - never to do with failures of the software, just us.
There is nothing I can think of criticizing.
We needed to take classroom training and create an effective eLearning system for experienced management consultants, new consultants, and business managers to learn the method and how-to of Advanced Management Consulting. We now have CEO's, CxO's, internal and external consultants learning and using the concepts and skills.
iSpring Suite is a very intuitive tool to easily transforming PowerPoint into an eLearning course in record time. The features are rich for a Rapid Learning software, with quizzes, interactions, dialogue simulations, screen recordings, the iSpring library with its characters, backgrounds and so on. In addition, eLearning courses are responsive, with an adaptive player for any supports.
Sometimes iSpring crashes and I lose a lot of my work. iSpring suite only allows you to create linear modules. You can not trigger a voice on multiple objects in the same screen.
ISpring I use for different projects, some eLearning courses are created from A to Z, but it happens that some customers just need to add the player, and where it was not allowed to touch the content.
The iSPring suite is an excellent course authoring tool. It is intuitive and there are frequent webinars with very helpful instructions for different ways to use the product. The customer service / tech support is EXCELLENT.
I do like so many things about iSpring, I would love for this company to partner with other LMS vendors for Quiz intigration. I know that iSpring has their own LMS but for organizations with long term existing LMS vendor relationships it would be most helpful for partnerships between other LMS vendors.
The business problem that we are solving with iSpring Suite is that this tool is so flexible and intuitive while being cost effective.
