It is easy to learn and access to make awesome course content and quizzes.
There is a learning curve, and you must spend much time on the training information.
Our department needed to share training for outside contractors. iSpring made creating a professional orientation possible.
I purchased it for a particular reason. I needed to add a ton of PowePoint presentations to our LMS and couldn't do so because they weren't in a SCORM format. iSpring allows me to do exactly that and much more!
It's not always as "user-friendly" as I would like. Because I don't use iSpring daily, I forget how to navigate it or remember the process for recording/editing/or changing presentation formats. I feel like I have to learn how to use it again every few months, and I don't find it very intuitive.
It helps me add PowerPoint presentations to my LMS. I'm very grateful for that ability.
I like how easy it is to use. Everyone knows how to use powerpoint, so it's so simple to make your presentations come alive. I use it to make e-books for students and I can make them so interactive and engaging.
There are some features you can't customise, especially in the quiz maker.
It enables me to make e-books with audio that I record. It is so helpful to share my e-books with my target audience because they only need to click on the link or scan a QR code to open them. There is no complicated password protection. I can embed them on my website or share them out.
For anyone skilled in PowerPoint, iSpring allows you to use your existing skills and to convert your Powerpoint into a eLearning course.
I find the options for formating interactive slides limiting and time consuming.
iSpring helps us build eLearning Courses for our staff. We can build tailored, organisation-specific courses using an app we are already familiar; PowerPoint. It is very user-friendly and allows to use all the design capabilities embedded in PowerPoint.
I use the Quiz feature of iSpring constantly for client assessments. It is extremely easy to use; I love how similar it is to using Powerpoint.
Though nothing to really dislike about iSpring, it would be nice to have more control of customization of quizzes and surveys.
Allows us to create our own authored assessments and host on our own servers. It is also solving our "need this in HTML" format demand from clients
Its very Easy to use and get the license, their Customer support is really helpfull. Its very seamless to connect ispring with other aplications such as Power point, and the data created is adaptable in all digital devices . With respect to its compitetors its cheaper and more advance with functunality.
Can add more ready to use templates so that we dont have to create basic quizzes from scratch. Option to add more member on same instance would be helpful. Whenever we buy new ids it comes on new instance making difficult for administartor to handle.
It helps us to create the Learning management system content, quizzes and slides . Converts PowerPoint to interactive shareable content. Helps to convert text to voice for creating content to videoes.
I love how easy it is to customize and build an extremely interactive training video, including different modules!
The software can be pricey for companies with smaller budgets, but it has the capacity to return dividends in a short time.
It's helping local health departments understand and follow a checklist to obtain/maintain their accredited status for continued and new funding opportunities.
it has free templates, which makes most of the work easy
I love everything about it except they have limited template for ppt. They should update some more templates.
Professional PPT, Instructional designing and Scorm output for LMS upload
iSpring is a PowerPoint add-in, so the interface is familiar to most users and supports ease of use. Text to Speech is fantastic for global training courses, and the interactive role-play scenarios, interactions and quizzes make lessons come to life! The convenience of sharing content for review and editing through iSpring Space is also essential and helpful. However, probably an overlooked feature is the very well-designed certification course that equips new users with fundamental training! Last but not least, they are constantly adding features, offering free training courses, and continuously improving the software!
I have no dislikes about iSpring and use the software frequently. They constantly update, fix issues, enhance the software, and ask for feedback. So any dislikes could be sent as feedback, and they will review and promptly respond.
There are high costs with seeking external vendors to provide targeted training courses. Developing internal technical training courses is a cost-saving approach, and iSpring Suite allows us to utilize that. Additionally, being a global company, many employees speak different languages and are in other countries. Learning courses must be provided to employees in their target language to be effective. iSpring Suite offers a text-to-speech option that fulfills the need for giving lessons in multiple languages and supports. The text-to-speech option also provides the flexibility of in-house translation, supporting cost-saving efforts.
I like the ease of use most. Once installed, it is easy to figure out and understand. The support staff is also always will to help whenever needed. We are very pleased with iSpring and will continue to use their service for years to come.
If I had to pick anything to dislike (which is hard, because I am a big fan), it would be that the narration voices still sound very robotic. It would be cool if they could sound even more realistic in the future with the development of AI.
It is helping us provide eLearning courses that we couldn't provide before.
Their TalkMaster module is a very powerful tool for creating experiential learning. I use it almost every day.
I wish I had just a bit more control over the TalkMaster output, such as the size of the response buttons. I also wish reviewers did not have to create an account to review my content. Finally, I wish the tool to print out a script from TalkMaster allowed me to reorder the scenes to make it easier for a client to review.
I need to quickly create simulations that are as simple as branching stories but more visual. I need clients to review my content also quickly.
It's super easy to use, I needed to start working in the program quickly & was able to catch on by reading through the help articles.
The modules being published online is a little of a draw back to people in my company who don't have good internet access.
ISpring has helped us create consolidated learning modules that are easier to navigate & look more like one cohesive lesson
The customer service staff is amazing; helped me get all set up, a little tutorial to get started and always available for questios. The program is perfect for both large and small companies. It saved me through covid (my apprentices were grateful to be able to continue their education) and the ability to develop longg-term training plans is perfect.
I don't have any downsides. Customer Services is always available and helpful, iSpring updates are quick and easy, and I can't complain.
With members across the US, iSpring makes its easier for everyone to do both the on-demand training, specialized training, and even webinars quickly and easily.
I've been working as an eLearning consultant for quite a while, and I've had the chance to try out various eLearning authoring tools. I must say iSpring suite max is the best choice if you want to boost the quality and speed of your eLearning products. iSpring makes content creation a breeze but also makes it super easy for anyone to use. You won't have to worry about voiceovers, characters, interactive elements, ebook builder, templates, video editing, or role play software – it's all included. You can create awesome content for your LMS, mobile devices, and website without breaking a sweat. I've relied on iSpring to create top-notch eLearning products for my clients, and it has never let me down.
In my honest opinion, one area where iSpring falls short is its inability to handle complex simulations. You know, the kind of simulations where learners can interact with software in a safe and controlled environment. Unfortunately, that's one aspect where it could use some improvement. Another area is anaimation capabilities. While iSpring Suite Max allows you to create basic animations, it may not be as comprehensive as specialized animation software. Users looking for advanced animation features might find the tool's capabilities somewhat limited.
This eLearning authoring tool is my absolute favorite and the one I always turn to for developing all my courses. It's like my trusted companion in the world of eLearning!
Being a PPT extension, your training material is as good as your PPT skills. I love how user-friendly and easy it is to build content. I also love their customer support!
There's some issues with the quiz setup. Haven't figured out how to change settings in bulk, including things like fonts sizes and colors.
Ability to author SCORM 2004 files that are compatible with our LMS.
As a long-term user of ISpring suite of development products, what attracts me mostly is the following: 1. The super easy and intuitive interface 2. The very long list of development features and eLearning tools available 3. The ability to not develop cookie-cutter learning opportunities and to be as creative as I like.
There is nothing I do not like about the suite
ISpring provides instructional designers with a rapid development tool that allows them to build meaningful learning opportunities that add value to individuals and organisations.
I love that I can use it for engaging content for students, technical content for teachers and compliance content for all staff. It is also great that I can use the content in our LMS or one our intranet to deliver the content.
I wish the account could be location based, rather than user-based. We would benefit much more if a few people could take advantage of the software.
We have been able to transition our complience training from an enternal provider using iSpring. This gives us complete ownership of the training.
iSpring allows me to create training content as either stand-alone content, or as an extention to my classroom. It's very easy to use.
There isn't much to dislike. It's working very well for me.
In rapidly changing environments, I need a tool that engages my learners and is easy to modify/create content with. This is a significant strength of iSpring Suite
iSpring Suite is the best solution for creating e-learning content in a short time, non-professional way. If you are familiar with PowerPoint, anyone can easily create immersive e-learning content through quizzes, role-play, and interactions.
I don't have any particular difficulties, but it would be nice if customization options are added a little bit more.
High-quality lecture content had to be produced in a short period of time, but iSpring Suite was able to produce as much lecture content as possible in a short period of time.
I have been a user of iSpring SUITE for over 2 Years Now and I wish to share the following for anyone who is prospecting to subscribe to a worthy authoring solution: 1.
