Extremely easy to use. great gui. easy to install. Keeper provides alot of documentation and KB to help get the process started. I use it multiple times a day everyday.

Password management. Storing all your passwords in one location which is encrypted has been huge for having to remember/reset passwords. Autofill works amazing.

When I joined the company, there was a significant password management issue that needed immediate attention. Keeper became our password manager of choice, and I personally endorse it. With Keeper, I can effortlessly manage password access for different organizational units, teams, and individuals through its comprehensive admin suite. It enables safe onboarding and, more crucially, secure offboarding, ensuring we maintain ownership of business-related records. Additionally, the audit features are vital to me as an Admin, helping control quality and sharing practices throughout the organization. While all these aspects are impressive, the standout feature is the exceptional customer support. This includes both our personal representative and the ease of access to the development team for custom issue resolution. Although I don't expect this level of support for individual users, as a corporate client, I genuinely appreciate and look forward to our interactions, which is rare for me to say about our various software suites.

If I had to pinpoint a downside, it would be minor nitpicking. The Edge app does experience occasional bugs. However, the development team usually addresses these issues swiftly. None of these bugs are critical; they are merely minor inconveniences that occur sporadically – perhaps a few times a year in an app that's used hundreds of times daily.

I like how easy is to share and create passwords, the extension works very good and breachwatch is a nice feature to improve security. Inviting users is very straight forward and 2FA options are great. Lastly is very nice the support given and that you guyus help us out with the "taylor-made" training for our staff.

The extensions sometimes can be intrusive when creating or doing changes on users on our Ringcentral or DUO accounts. it automatically autopopulates with my info and freezes for a few seconds before I can either cancel it ot delete the wrong info.

I like the easy of use of keeper. I really like the two factor authentication that has made a big difference for our department since we have a number of shared logins. Customer support and our account rep have been awesome.

It does seem like I have to authenticate more frequently then I would like despite setting the option to remain logged in for a period of time. However, I am ok with this because I would rather error on the side of cation.

We previously had an unsecure method for shared passwords. This is a much better solution. We also frequently had to reset passwords when employees left. With keeper we are able to hide passwords so that no one ever even sees them. Even if they were to see them we use keeper to auto generate complex unique passwords which would make if difficult for anyone to retain them.

I like how easy it was to import my passwords. I also appreciate the BreachWatch and Security Audit.

I dislike that it will ocassionaly log me out of the browser extension while I'm still logged in and working.

Keeper is one of the best password managers. It's easy to use and very secure. The Keeps works great on desktop and mobile device, so you always have secure access to your passwords. Keeper has great getting started tutorials, which help coworkers or family comprened password managers and quickly start using them. The security audit and 'BreachWatch' feature help identify if your logins might be too weak or potentially compromised.

I'd like to see more short, basic, overview tutorials or videos. It can be hard to convince coworkers or family to get onboard with using a password manager.

Keeper secures login credentials for business systems and for personal accounts. Keeper empowers users to be able to use unique and long/secure passwords for EVERY system, app, or website they log into without needing to resort to using sticky notes, spreadsheets, or other unsecure means to keep track of account logins and passwords.

It's an all in one solution. All kinds of information can be stored, logins, CC info, MFA codes, you name it. I use it basically every day, and with the free accounts because I have an organizational account, I can on board my whole family too. Simple as sending them a link and they complete the sign up. Setting up accounts for users is quite easy. Whether doing it as a user or from the admin side. I've never integrated beyond web browsers or anything but that was simple enough. I haven't had to deal with support much but the little bit that I did was a good experience.

The search function on mobile behaves different than web or desktop. You can search multiple partial terms in desktop and get a match but mobile you need to get it exact. Sometimes the syncing of mobile takes a few tries to load up too. All in all the experience on computer is good but mobile you can tell isn't as good. You can still get done what you need and it works well as a replacement for apple keychain but using the app itself is a bit annoying at times.

Anyone that has keeper no longer stores passwords in their broswers leaving us open to compromisation.

The browser add-in works well, gets to fields that other solutions I tried could not, and can be moved out of the way. Employees get an initial warning that passwords they store belong to the company and can be transferred to their manager if/when they move on (we did not have this with our previous solution, which caused drama.) The free license for home use helps us reinforce good pw habits and also a separate space for work and personal life (as mirrored by Edge browser's work and personal profiles). The support was robust and native-English speaking when I called upon it. The price is favorable relative to the industry. Support for passkeys and TOTP allows teammates to share multifactor auth for company SaaS accounts not tied to SSO.

I was not able to get the on-premises authorization tool working. I was able to get the cloud-hosted authorization tool working, but it cost $1,500 month in Azure fees so I dropped it. Getting new devices added requires an admin's help.

It's easy to create and use long, uncrackable (20+ character) passwords, and share them with teammates, even with MFA. Users are getting the message that passwords should not be human-generated, and should be shared via secure channels (i.e. not email/Teams). Project resource passwords are now linked to work teams instead of individuals who might lose them/forget them.

One of the biggest complaints we had about our old password manager was how slow it was and we have had zero complaints about that since moving to Keeper. It also provides a lot more options when it comes to integrations and being able to pull data out for automation purposes.

Some of the prompts for auto fill etc., can be a bit overwhelming. Especially if you regularly fill out forms containing a lot of different fields.

I appreciate the 2FA Authenticator feature. This has been a lifesaver for our company. We have some shared accounts, and we were constantly trying to figure out who changed the 2FA mobile number, and where the authentication was going. The 2FA feature solves that company-wide for us.

Currently the permissions are very detailed, but can be cumbersome to manage. There are some upcoming features that have been announced that will solve this for us in many instances. There is still some reliance on the end-user to follow protocols that support easy record management.

Keeper helps us to use randomly generated, secure passwords across our company. It also helps us with our shared accounts by making 2FA easy, and letting shared access be controlled at the admin level.

As with any passwod manager, the worry is can hackers get to it. If you use a strong password it should be fine.

I honestly cannot think of any downside other than not using Keeper to secure and organize your passwords and secrets.

For myself, Keeper solves a two-fold issue of securing my passwords (via a master password or biometrics) and sepration of personal and work accounts (organization). Futher should I need to share a password or some secret, Keeper allows me to do so, securely and easily, to an individual or group as needed.

There are some small things here and there, like certain websites that don't work perfectly with the autofill feature, but overall there's nothing really that I dislike.

Keeper has helped with all our company passwords to be easily accessible, whether from phone or computer, for all our technicians to support all end users. The mobile access and various vaults we can create with individual permissions have been a great way to control our environment.

Downside to Keeper has been recovering the environment when it was not setup correctly initially. Certain aspects were lost. The support team has been very helpful in ways they can but having a backup failsafe would have prevented a lot of stress and work being done.

Easy to use Chrome Plugin and Android App. Easy to import from other password managers. Not too expensive for businesses with the ability to share records easily.

It does take a bit of getting used to on the admin side but overall, still good. One thing to note is that you should set up the ability to transfer records for all new users/groups at the start so you don't lose anything with employee turnover. That is not somthing enabled automatically at the start.

Password management and randomizer make it easy to keep passwords without even knowing what they are. Chrome plugin and Android app make it seamless to use across websites, devices, and apps. Importing records from lastpass was a breeze
