The functionality is generally very good. The ability to create and store passwords from within the browser, using the add-in is really nice. The option for password length and complexity are good and easy to use. The information available in the admin center is nice too. It is also really cool to be able to "Share" passwords with other users and the functionality around that feature is very nice.

There are certain situations where the browser add-in has been troublesome. For instance, I use an MFA tool and every time I am in the admin panel on that website, Keeper fills the name of the company in with my email address so all the users then see my email address instead of the name as it should appear in the app. I assume this might be a coding problem on the site itself, but there is no way in Keeper (that I have found) to tell it to NOT fill in that particular box. In other words, a more granular control would be nice. Yes I want to use Keeper on "this" site but no I don't want to use Keeper in "that" box.

I am the sole IT employee of a company with over 150 users. We don't have the budget to have all users on Keeper but just for my own purposes it is a life saver. I have over 400 passwords and various user names for different devices, websites, services, etc and Keeper is the best tool I've seen for making them not only organized but improving accessibility and time spent entering and changing that info.

The feature set of Keeper brings a lot to the table and provides the ability for very granular secret security.

Keeper could use a better SAML integration and I hope that eventually they increase that capacity.

Provides a consolidated location for secure storage of secrets in an auditable and managed fashion.

Easier to manage centrally, in some aspects. Feels a lot more modern and less clunky over LastPass.

Items of shared folders are owned by the creator of the record and not the folder itself. Makes it impossible to manage some records without reaching out to the person that created them.

The software is fluid and responsive, which makes it easier to use overall. Feels modern.

The security, functionality, and rich feature-set of this app are all very good. Keeper is available on every platform I use, and of all the password managers I've used, this is by far the best one.

I've talked with the Keeper team about this several times and they refuse to budge on this. The Chrome extension logs you out every time you close Chrome. I REALLY wish there was an option to disable this functionality and keep me signed in if I choose. The reason comes down to human nature... Here's what I mean. I use a 63 character password for Keeper which is a mix of numbers, letters, and symbols. This is great for security, but since I am logged out of Keeper each time I close Chrome, I have the following options (none of which are good for security) 1. Remember this super-long password and retype it each time I open Chrome. 2. Keep Chrome open (which I do). 3. Shorten my password to make it easier to type. 4. Keep a local version of the password so that I can log into the Chrome extension faster. I'm sure there are other solutions as well, but I really feel like Keeper should give me the option (and include a warning) to stay logged in to the Chrome extension when I close Chrome.

First of all, we use it as our password manager so that each account has a unique, strong password. Secondly, we share passwords with team members for software that only allows a single login.

Keeper's top feature for me is being able to effortlessly sync passwords on multiple devices.

The MacOS interface is a little clumsy, with slightly confusing actions relating to the vault structure.

I wish that it could do BOTH account and password for some of my iPhone apps. But it is great to be able to have strong complex passwords and not have to type them on a phone screen.

Im a paying customer however i keep getting very pushy annoying upgrade messages. Stop bothering me! No i dont want business, family upgrades and yes my files will stay unprotected. I just need this as my personal password manager. Thanks At the same time I don’t get reminders about changing my master password which is of course a great risk. Anyone breaks that will have access to my life.

Stop using Facebook, google etc logins to retain my privacy and unique password for all accounts no duplicates.

As with any password manager, at the start is the hardest part. Inputting or changing all your passwords to be more secure was tedious. Keeper makes it as easy as possible.

Bought it for personal use, but it has crept in to my work (A good thing). Has made logging in to sites that I use uncommonly easy.

Keeper is "zero knowledge" - they can't leak our secrets because they don't know them. Anyone who wants our secrets has to steal them from us, or break Keeper's crypto. I also like the fact that Keeper offers coverage for the devices we use and a "vanilla" web interface as well. We don't have to manage synchronisation - their cloud does that. Keeper makes sensible use of any 2FA that's built in to a device, while offering the option to use generic non-platform-specific 2FA if you want to. I like being able to go to Keeper and have it invent a new password for me. I like that I can tell it about any restrictions that site has (password min/max lenght, no special symbols, or whatever) and it will adjust its password generation to suit. It makes it really easy to stick to having a different password for every site.

Some of the functionality isn't consistent from one platform UI to another. There are some actions which I can perform on my iPad, but not on my PC, which breaks my workflow. The auto-login for websites seems a bit all-or nothing. We use Keeper to store access control info for bank accounts and other such things which use Turing Test-tyle login procedures. Keeper can't auto-fill those, which is fair enough, but there doesn't seem to be a way to tell it not to try for selected websites only. I would like to be able to change the caption against the "login" field on a per-site basis. Different sites call the User Identifier different things. It makes sense to me to be able to use the same terminology that the site does.

Keeping passwords and other secrets safe - not written down on paper, listed in spreadsheets or whatever else. Sticking to having a different password for every site above a certain level of risk. Enabing us (we're a very small company) to manage our passwords as professionally as, if not more so than, our very large and prestigious clients. Supporting mobile working by allowing us to access our passwords wherever we take our devices. Making it easy to grant and revoke access to passwords for different members of our team as our needs evolve. Making it easy to see who has access to what, and make big changes quickly if we need to .

Accessible across multiple platforms; works with most of my apps and wesbites

Some websites do not seem to work with it very well; some apps on my phones/tablet can struggle

No longer have to use similar/same passwords for multiple sites; keeps track of which websites I have created an account - very useful for those rarely used websites

Keeper offers a very helpful password keeper app and also provides a useful payment keeper app. I have not had any issues with my passwords or payment info being leaked. Makes my life far easier than attempting to remember all passwords or creating an unsecured excel document to manage them all.

So far, I have not found any downsides to the Keeper app. I wish I could store photos for free, but they do offer this service for an additional charge. The only other dislike I have is that with the browser extension, it constantly wants you to log in and auto input data into fields, even if the fields are not username and password fields. This becomes somewhat annoying over time.

I am able to keep track of my excessive amount of passwords for a variety of sites and also keep my various payment methods digitally for when I am not around my purse.

Not having to remember passwords is definitely a plus. Also, being able to generate secure passwords is also very useful, and necessary.

Password Manager is simple to populate, simple to access and simple to share across devices and backup. A perfect easy solution.

Forgetting multiple usernames and passwords, across multiple devices.

I like that you can store tons of passwords; I like the ability to generate passwords with and without specials symbols and the adjustable length.

I do not like that you cannot scroll easily through the list(s) of passwords on a mobile device or desktop. I would prefer a tab on the right, or a scroll bar with box you can grab and pull up or down to move quickly. Finger swiping a long list is tedious.

I don't have to remember login credentials anymore. Saves time by having all credentials easily available and being able to generate them quickly.

Being able to share passwords with team members as appropriate, and removing them from the system when they leave.

Seems to slow down my browser sometimes; nothing else comes to mind

Safe passwords and more effective security

Super easy to use on several platforms. I have apps and plug-ins for a smartphone, two laptops, and a desktop computer, and each one is intuitive and easy to use.

Sometimes Keeper does not autofill forms, though I don't know if that is due to you or the other people.

I have realized many benefits in added security and peace of mind.

I like that Keeper is easy to use and allows me to access the vault on any website. It is easy to use and has a login window in the toolbar that doesn't make you go to their webpage.

Sometimes it's annoying when it tries to set up passwords on websites. It sometimes guesses that you're trying to set up a new password when you're not and sometimes I've had issues where I thought I save a password on site but it didn't save. Could be user error though...

I only need my master password and then all my passwords are stored. I have hundreds of accounts for personal and business and it makes it super convenient. They just need to make sure it is kept secure.

The ease of use and security options to access this application are superior to other equivalents. Breach watch also a great reminder to maintain complexity.

No negatives in many years of use but I use as a stand-alone application rather than enterprise for which I can’t comment.

No issues that I can think of. If you're diligent about keeping the PW's up to date, the entire family can reap the benefits of having access to shared passwords.

Having a secure database to keep passwords in saves me from having to remember them all and keep strong passwords.

Autofill is not very good at helping you

I use the Keeper on my cell phone and desktop daily to retrieve and manage passwords, personal information because the Keeper is able to sync data across devices seamlessly. It is simple to use and versatile to organize the data - I mean the folders.

Loading speed on a cell phone is not fast enough. Most of the time I first see the blue smiley face that asks adding new records. It looks crepy and most of the time it is not the reason I open it for. Please directly go to the record view(folder view).

Mostly store passwords for all kinds of accounts. Also some personal data/records for references. It is easy to search which makes many daily chores much easier.

The Keeper app allows me to manager my private passwords, as well as my business team passwords. Great intuitive app and good customer support! I really are glad to see that they are constantly improving with new innovative features. I strongly believe Keeper has vision, programmers, marketeers and management to lift Keeper in to the next Decennium and become the leading company in their field. They are really customer focussed and alway KEEP their promiss... The support is with in time with good and clear communication.

With new features it's not always clear how to use them altough the support is very good. They respond within a acceptable timeframe and the feed back and instructions are always easy to understand and execute. Big improvement since they started!!

I was stuggeling with my passwords in my business surroundings. After a help request Keeper provided me a 100% solution for my problems. I have difficulties sharing passwords with my team but now I can share the passwords with various levels of access with them. This way I as a manager, am secured that only the people who need access, have access!!! Also due to the good support as mentioned before.

Keeper is a very simple to use GUI and the settings that are available for administrators to manage other users are very helpful.

We store a lot of stuff in the Note's section of records and it can get very overwhelming with all of the plain text. It could be very helpful if there was formatting options in the notes section such as bolding, italics, etc.

All of our clients passwords and details are stored in one easy to access location and the SSO saves us a lot of time having to browse through all the different passwords to find the right one.

Mostly the Convenience, Accessibility, & Security

Lately, in Google Chrome the Keeper symbol to fill in usernames and passwords doesn't always show. So I have to manually input them.

It's such a time saver in general. And having peace of mind with secured passwords.
