I've been using Kinsta for over five years now. I've never run into anything major, and in cases where I needed to contact support (e.g., SSL certificate installations), they responded promptly and resolved any issues quickly. Also have used WP Engine in the past for managed Wordpress hosting, but I'm more impressed with Kinsta's support.

I have yet to run into anything I don't like about Kinsta! Never had any downtime or Wordpress updates break the site. Support is very competent and friendly. On top of that, it's very affordable.

The need for fast, reliable hosting. Without worrying about all the annoying things and administrative details for the Wordpress installation. Automated backups.

In my experience the support you get from Kinsta is second to none.

So far nothing. I've not had a hitch whilst using Kinsta.

It's quite expensive but I am prepared to pay the price for the service I get.

Since moving to Kinsta 2 years ago my website now runs at an acceptably fast speed.

Everything is the best! Speed, performance, ease of use, security, and especially support! You'll know how important those things are if you've ever used a cheap hosting company. Kinsta makes everything easier, more convenient, more safe, and makes my life and my business so much easier. I've never once regretted moving my sites or clients' sites to Kinsta and will NEVER go back to cheap hosting again.

It has solved ALL of my hosting problems that I've ever had - speed, performance, security, ease of use, and support.

Service, quick help when you need it. Uptime is very good as well.

In past I used quite few different hosting providers and recently one of my business needed very advanced online store. I've read about Kinsta but always seems bit pricey. When I switched to Kinsta I was in SHOCK how good it is. Firstly customer service is beyond amazing, they fix every issue in minutes. Second is speed - no matter how many plugins I've installed or how complicated site is, everything works super fast on Kinsta. Lastly price is super cheap when you see what they are offering. Don't look further, this is THE not Hosting.

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike.

When I switched hosting speed improved 3 to 5 times. Customer service solved every problem I had in minutes. With fast speed I have more conversations and customer service doesn't waste my time like their competition.

Kinsta's support is probably the thing we like best. They are quick and always super helpful.

They make web hosting so simple and effortless. We never have to worry about problems with our websites or client sites because their support is always there!

Kinsta is not only great for exceptional hosting speeds for your website. It is great for a resource of information and problem solving.

One thing that could be better is the customization of your information in their data base. Once it's set the first time you cannot change all of the content.

Kinst is solving my website hosting all around. They are exceptional. Especially with speed.

I like their responsive customer service as I don't have a technical background.

I haven't had any issues at all. It would be nice to also have an additional lower cost/ lower feature option for my additional sites that don't need many features so that I could have everything hosted with Kinsta.

I get great value out of the help articles. They explain to me what I need to know without being too advanced for me to understand, but also not condescending or silly.

I have not had any issues with Kinsta at all. I cannot write about a downside I did not experience! Again, we are a small business, I cannot speak to implementation on a larger company.
