Extremely stable with great insights for my WordPress site. Support was great at migrating my site, answering questions, and fixing errors I introduced. My site has not gone down once in the few months I've been using Kinsta where it would go down monthly at my previous provider. I also love the additional analytics Kinsta provides and staging site.

The dashboard can get confusing when bouncing between the Kinsta account and a specific site (why things are split out the way they are). I also feel a little intimidated at times as a non-power user.

I have been using Wordpress CMS since last 10 years and have always struggled with performance and security. Once I move to Kinsta I am now able to focus on business and kinsta handles all those technical challenges

Kinsta just works ... period. But setting it up to do so and keeping it running as things keep changing on your website (plugins, mail servers ..etc.) can be daunting. No worries ... Kinsta support is immediately available 24/7 and it is great. I am always treated with respect. Even better is that the Kinsta support staff are such experts that every single issue I have ever had over the last two years has been solved quickly. And I love the manual backup function so that I can make up to 5 backups before running updates or making changes to my website.

I tried to think of something I dislike, but for the life of me can't come up with anything.

Migrating my site, setting up and optimizing DNS settings, SMTP outgoing mail settings, updating PHP, optimizing server-related website speed, and - a really big one is error analysis to determine which file or plugin is causing a problem , adding and removing server code for specific plugins ... the list is long.

No down side. Works like it is supposed to. Interfaces nicely with WP Rocket and clodfkate.

Kinsta is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, unlike other hosting platforms I have used in the past. I am able to quickly find what I need and I have confidence that my website will stay up.

I have not used this enough to find things I dislike. I am happy with this as my solution.

Kinsta allows us to have multiple team members access the account when needed and we are able to manage all our websites with this one hosting platform.

I was using Hostgator WordPress hosting before migrating to Kinsta in 2020. My site was slow. The avg. loading time was aeound 9 secs. After switching to Kinsta, it was reduced to only 3.7 secs. My site is about photography and lots of images. 3.7 secs is an impressive number. I did some more fine tuning and it has now reduced to 2.4 secs.

It's expensive. Considering whats others can do at a more affordable cost, Kisnta does at a premium cost. But the support team is amazing. I'm a non technical guy amd they help me qith non-tech stuff as well.

My problem was the slow website and Kinsta solved it by making my website fast.

The best thing about Kinsta is how great it works. It was easy to transfer my site from another host and get all set up. I love the dashboard and it's easy to find my way around. Most importantly my site always works and is fast. It's worth it for the peace of mind that you get from such a solid and reliable platform. Customer service is always ready to help if needed. And I can focus my attention on doing things that are important to my business rather than troubleshooting. Highly recommended.

I honestly do not dislike anything about Kinsta. I have tried many different hosts but as my business grew bigger I continuously had issues with other hosts and it was stressful and I felt like I wasted a lot of time. Don't waste your time and just start with Kinsta in the first place. It's so worth it.

It is creating a fast, secure, and reliable site for my business. I don't have to worry if things are going to work or not because they just do. Kinsta keeps up to date and changes with the times to make sure customers have the very best options and technology that are available today.

I've been involved in internet marketing for almost 20 years. Kinsta has, hands down, the best support I've ever experienced. It's not even close. It's live chat support too, so you get the help you need fast. I've had some complicated issues getting some of my plug-ins to work, but they have handled everything I've thrown at them without a problem.

My only gripe with Kinsta is the price. The hosting I used previously was a third of the cost for a virtual private server, but the support was so bad I had to repeatedly contact them through different means for over 3 months to get them to release one of my domain names from their in-house Cloudflare setup so that I could use my own. I guess the moral of the story is that you get what you pay for.

Kinsta helped me optimize my site for speed, which in turn, helped the site do better in search results and just generally has given my users a better experience. With their staging tools, it's also been easier for me to implement new features to my site without the risk of breaking the live one, so I was able to experiment more than I would have in the past.

I like kinsta for the simplicity of the control panel, everything you need to do is straight forward and performance is some of the best around. Customer service is also responsive and helpful. Recommended.

It is a little expensive IMO, but otherwise, I don't have anything I dislike.

I like the CDN and all the available information in the blog which helps developing your site
