I would like sharing files to be entered into my mail system as emails sent from Kontainer is "invisible" meaning sent directly I can't retrieve and continue any correspondence, but maybe this is not possible.

It would be nice to be able to replace assets if you need to upload a updated version to keep all the comments, tags and descriptions. At the moment it is not possible.

They also update Kontainer regularly with useful features, even features that we have requested only recently. They are definitely a driven team, this software can only get better.

There's only a few things that can make Kontainer better in my view. Firstly, we would appreciate any kind of newsletter just to outline any upcoming features or news about the team at Kontainer, which I feel would help us when we make our own decisions when using the tool. Secondly, we would love to be able to upload and save over files via the Adobe Plugin. Sometimes we wish to make a quick change without having to upload then delete a file, especially when it's a file like a monthly review chart. I do know that version control is in the works, however, which is awesome! Of course, there are other features that I would love to have, but would probably require a lot more development time. e.g, a pinned 'important' file at the top of a folder, a stylesheet page, and multiple instances of the same collection. It would really push Kontainer to incredible standards however!

There is also a feature where you can expire assets if we request it, which comes at a fair price. Tagging has worked for us so far, however! Uploading all of these assets meant that the wider business always has easy access to our files and knows when to use them with the descriptions that we have added. Sure, everyone has a company drive with access to files, but searching through them is always a pain. Kontainer almost makes searching fun.

I really like the way Kontainer works. It's easy to make folders, albums, upload picturs and documents as well. The thing I like the most is the simplicity to share stuff. We tried using Sharepoint to share our pictures and documents with people outside our organisation. Not that easy ;-)

In the beginning it's hard to choose the namings/taggins for the filters. If you switch your mind in the middle of the process, you need to contact the support team. But they are really quick and helpfull.

Sharing documents and pictures with people within and outside are organisation. Also not have 1000 of folders so you have to search for something half an hour. By using the filters, it's fast and easy. Normally you get a lot of emails about sharing visuals from your brand. Now they now where to find them and find it easy as well.
