Having a single source of truth for the hiring process is so important. Lever is also highly customizable with templates, pipeline stages, and overall candidate management flow. The system also allows for different levels of engagement. I can email and schedule all within the system while some of my hiring managers can have their communications live entirely in their inbox.
The reporting functionality is a little daunting, but with the new data visualizations coming, I think this will feel less daunting.
Lever has helped us streamline our hiring process. It's easier to solicit and collect feedback, communicate with candidates, and make sure we are staying on top of all various bits of the recruiting function.

Lever is not as fully integrated with our HCM as I would have liked. This leads to a few hand offs that must occur outside of the tool which are prone for mistakes.
Ability to do all TA tasks using one comprehensive system. Time and efficiency back to the TA team.
We hire similar skillsets across the USA. With Lever I can develop candidate relationships and match them to multiple opportunities easily.
I can't think of anything to dislike! The software is intuitive and wonderful.
As a single recruiter for more than 50 openings, I'm more efficient than ever. I utilize LinkedIn Recruiter search that seamlessly integrates with Lever and helps me track potential applicant reach outs, and puts my hunt on the next level!

Lever allows our recruiting process to be seamless and maintain all emails, records and feedback in the platform. It is so easy to navigate!
There are a few functions that could be improved, like being able to have the auto fill for the position the candidate is applying for.
We solved having to have notes, feedback, emails, scheduling, etc outside of the ATS system. Having the ATS sync with Gsuite calendar and email is amazing!
Lever is an intuitive platform and makes recruiting (both passive and active) super easy. We can easily integrate with Slack and LinkedIn without any issues.
Would be great to be able to set up minimum time slots between interviews for the 'Easy book' link (similar to Calendly)

Lever is super user-friendly. It has been super easy to use for both myself and my hiring managers. Our implementation specialist Ally, was always very helpful and able to quickly assist us, sometimes even in short notice to fix an issue.
Occasionally the system will "crap-out". Meaning the pages will buffer slowly, you'll be unable to move candidates to different stages, and error messages will pop up when scheduling interviews. I'll have to exit the scheduling tool and start all over. Hopefully, a few of the system bugs get fixed because it sometimes makes recruiting functions more time-consuming than they should be.
We are creating sustainable hiring processes that are inclusive and consistent for both hiring managers and candidates. Lever allows us to create the optimal recruiting experience for ourselves and everyone who seeks employment with us.

I wish there were easier ways to integrate reference checks and background checks.
We needed a platform with quicker load times and increased user-friendliness for our large team of hiring managers. So far, our hiring managers are very comfortable with Lever and appreciate its straightforwardness.
Lever quickly pulls together all of the data I'm looking for in one location: Candidate application, email correspondence, resume, interview feedback, and everything I need to be able to easily access relevant data in an organized manner. It's become a one-stop-shop where I can quickly access everything I need to make hiring decisions much more easily, and quickly compare candidate information.
The post-interview feedback options (4 choices per category) are not granular enough. I've had candidates who are borderline qualified in certain areas, for example, and the form doesn't allow for that to be captured easily.
Lever facilitates quick communication between HR recruiting and hiring Managers, organizing candidate data in a very a thorough and accessible manner. It has greatly simplified our hiring process.
I love how user-friendly Lever is. I became familiar with Lever at my previous company. I introduced my team to Lever, and after presenting the benefits, they were in! We were having issues with our entire process, from adding candidates to our previous ATS to moving them through the pipeline. Lever helps us be more productive, allows there to be a consistent hiring process, and has made communication with candidates and management so much better!
I loved that we had an integration specialist who met with my team weekly to ensure our start-up with a new ATS was a smooth as possible.
You have to pay extra money to have "preferred support" rather than contacting Live Chat or Lever Help.

It's shocking how such an international organization does not have the capacity for other languages. In Canada, we need to be bilingual. The job posting in general is quite rigid.

The implementation process was an absolute breeze! There was always a clear plan of what needed to be done, who the owner of the task was, and what the next steps were. If there were times I was unsure of how to do something or wanted to talk through it, Jack was more than available to help us through it. I have yet to encounter such a knowledgeable vendor contact with such a strong work ethic. Due to my work situation and circumstances, I had to work mostly at night on this implementation. I would never expect anyone to respond to my midnight emails, but Jack did! (Not that he should have). 10/10 would highly recommend!
There are a few differences in verbiage and work flows that we are used to with other ATS but nothing that we have not wrapped our heads around now, and can fully work with. There is just a bit of time that is needed to digest the differences.
We are solving LOTs of problems. Recruiters can see everything on one screen without clicking in to find what needs to happen next. The team has greatly reduced the amount of time spent in the system. Reporting is also much more accessible and easy to use!
Lever has been an integral part of organizing our recruiting process. I especially like how the software takes you from the start of the hiring process to the end.

Lever is the most sophisticated applicant tracking and candidate relationship management system that I have used. What I like best about the product is its ability to house easily accessible candidate information, seamless integrations with other platforms, robust reporting, and the company's willingness to upgrade the software with new and innovative features constantly. In addition, our implementation specialist, Ally, was of tremendous value in bringing Lever to life within our organization. We would not have been able to complete the migration without Lever's incredible support teams.
Lack of customizability in setting interview stages and archive reasons. However, this is a feature that will be rolled out in the next system update. There are also some infrequent bugs with the Zoom integration when scheduling video interviews with other team members.
The main problem we are addressing with Lever is the lack of transparency that our current recruitment process has. Lever makes it easy for hiring managers and recruitment teams to track pipeline statuses of candidates, funnel health, and measurable KPIs to better equip our teams in reiterating our recruitment workflow.
The ease of use. The interface is clean, well organized, easy to use. With Integration to LinkedIn Recruiter, having all communication with candidates in one place visible to all who need it is probably one of the most essential features. Beyond that, the ease of scheduling interviews at multiple stages in the candidate life cycle has been an incredible time saver for us in the recruiting function, as well as the managers and interviews involved. The built-in Nuture capabilies are also an absolute game changer.
I don't believe there is a way to set up a panel interview / set multiple interviewers up for one collective interview. That feels like one of the more significant gaps so far. That would be a great addition.
The time and efficiency benefits are the largest we are feeling three weeks into being live. We were running so many different manual processes using different methods of communication that could not sync with one another - creating a lot of manual steps to collect feedback/communicate about candidate feedback, etc.
