Lever is extremely easy to use and the platform promotes transparency for all parties involved in the hiring process. It is indeed a great platform aimed at diversifying the pool of candidates, especially internally, and shortening the hiring process.

I don't dislike anything about Lever. It has been a good experience using the platform so far in my current role at FiscalNote. I like referring candidates on Lever.

When companies hire candidates who are referred by their employees, they are less likely to make a bad hire. This is because employees are more likely to refer candidates who they believe are a good fit for the company culture and the job. Lever helps us achive this!

My company is growing and they need strong candidates. People reach out to me for referral. Earlier I was hasitant to refer candidates because it usually takes me hours to do. However now with lever all i do is upload cv and emails,name,id,linkedin all detailss from cv are read and taken. it works so perfect. Therefore speed ,accuracy and transparency of which stages candidates lever serves so well.

My least favorite part of Lever is that when I click the arrow button on my computer it takes me to the next profile

I love how functional it is! And also how easy it is to use and train our hiring teams on it.

There can be multiple ways to get to the same page which can be confusing at times. Visual Insights page can be buggy. I wish we could add consultants that are outside our email domain because sometimes they assist us in the hiring process and need access.

Lever solves our problem of tracking candidates through the interview and hiring lifecycle, and it's benefiting us because it's well organized and helps us communicate across all departments.

I think Visual Insights is hard to use and understand. Their old way of reporting was much easier to operate.

In our search to implement a new applicant tracking system at our organization, we came across Lever and were so excited about the platform and what we could do with it. One of our biggest wish list items was a system that not only would help us integrate different recruiting and onboarding processes for a more streamlined applicant journey, but also one that looked great and was easy to use. Lever had it all and the feedback we have received on it since implementing has been great! Lever helps us feel empowered to make changes as needed in the platform easily without getting lost in admin menus and various settings configurations that are so hard to replicate. It’s simple yet sleek and is honestly refreshing coming from our previous ATS. On top of all this, they have a wonderful team from implementation to support should we need to reach out on something. We definitely recommend Lever and hope you like it as much as we do!

At this point there hasn't been anything we have truly disliked about Lever. Yes there may be some small enhancement opportunities here or there, but nothing that impedes on it being a great platform. In addition, they are always open for system feedback for potential future updates.

Lever is simple to use. It gives you the opportunity to be a part of growing your company in a very systematic but easy way. You have visibility through every step of the way as well.

It doesn't keep record of the referalls that you've made. It will automatically clear them out after so long. At least I've not seen a place where all the records are kept.

Lever gives me a way to add in referalls without word of mouth or having to approach my supervisor to take the necessary steps. It gives me access to look at where my referalls are in the hiring process too so I can be a part of every step of the way. It's also very simple to use!

Lever is the easiest platform to refer-a-friend. I've referred plenty of people I know that would be suitable for a role in my company and the process is so simple I don't even bother when I'm asked to do so. I just have to make sure that person would fit in the company, get their CV and submit. The platform fills the data automatically from the CV and then you're asked very few and simple but important questions (roles to submit the CV to, how do you know that person, etc). I'd definitely recommend Lever to any friend or colleague that wants to refer someone.

I don't really have anything less positive to point out to Lever. I've been using it for over an year and for now I don't have anything to suggest Lever to improve on. Everything is spot on.

The pipeline view for tracking our applicants is awesome, Onboarding and Customer Support - always the best and quickest replies. Onboarding was a breeze, they were super organized and on top of every single detail. Got us started on the right path and it was easy from there on our own!

It would be great to have subcategories. For example, saying someone is at the onsite interview would be the first stage and the sub-category could be scheduling, to signify the interview is in the process of being scheduled.

Allows you to track your talent pipeline according to the stage. by this we a check about the progress of the candidate whom i had reffered in lever and also Visualizes where candidates are in your interview funnel .

Very simple UI and navigation. -Easy to track my referalls -Easier to refer someone. I can search and find the available work positions within Lever instead of searching by my self the ID of available work position on a differnt page.

Not a downside but a suggestion. I would like to see a progress bar, for example: 0% Waiting for review from HR, 20% Ready for 1st interview, etc. Right now my referalls are in a certain progress but i dont know what is next step or how many steps left.

The best thing about Lever is how easy and intuitive it is to use, especially given all of the features they offer.

I think my only downside is that upgrades and new features are not released as often as I'd like.

The biggest pain point that Lever solves for me is making collaboration much easier.
