I appreciate the interview scheduling features most. It provides easy access to resources, such as; resumes, notes, interview times, etc., to be accessed by the employees who need them.

We have run into trouble with the relationship between Indeed and Lever. Indeed applicants cannot complete their application through the site, and we are left to prompt them to complete our Lever application through our provided links. This can create redundancy.

It helps create an organized space for the recruitment team and our managers to sift through candidates worth exploring further. Lever provides tools that make communication easy between employees.

I love all the visibility into the hiring pipeline. I can quickly see where the candidates are in the process, the artifacts (resume, portfolio, etc) that accompany them, and their schedules.

I do not have much to offer here about what I dislike about the product. I think the team is doing a great job at building out and supporting my needs. Thank you!

You provide us a way to track, monitor, and view candidates in their respective hiring pipelines. It's a great resource to view everything I need, when I need it.

Nothing much. May be if it can show required skills in a tab and one who is referring can check. Also if a notification can be sent out to referred person, it would be great
