I like everything about Lever, you are able to always keep on track your referrals also

Very easy to use and apply, whole interface is not too crowded, very well organized.
I did not find anything I would dislike about it.
I do not need to go through all internal jobs postings and try sorting them by some filter, everything is already sorted to my liking.

Optimized the recruiting process. We don't need to process anything manually.
The easy of use. I just had to write the basic information.
Really nothing. It was super simple and easy for me.
Is not personal so I just have to write the contcat of the referral.
The pipeline view for tracking our applicants is awesome, Onboarding and Customer Support - always the best and quickest replies. Onboarding was a breeze, they were super organized and on top of every single detail. Got us started on the right path and it was easy from there on our own!
It would be great to have subcategories. For example, saying someone is at the onsite interview would be the first stage and the sub-category could be scheduling, to signify the interview is in the process of being scheduled.
Allows you to track your talent pipeline according to the stage. by this we a check about the progress of the candidate whom i had reffered in lever and also Visualizes where candidates are in your interview funnel .
Very simple UI and navigation. -Easy to track my referalls -Easier to refer someone. I can search and find the available work positions within Lever instead of searching by my self the ID of available work position on a differnt page.
Not a downside but a suggestion. I would like to see a progress bar, for example: 0% Waiting for review from HR, 20% Ready for 1st interview, etc. Right now my referalls are in a certain progress but i dont know what is next step or how many steps left.

The interface is really friendly, Easy to find the information and it is really straight forward
So far ti is good. There is nothing actually that I would change on the app this moment.
Lever is helping the company to quickly. share internal & extrenal jobs opportunities and a easy way to refer a close friend for an external job position.

The best thing about Lever is how easy and intuitive it is to use, especially given all of the features they offer.
I think my only downside is that upgrades and new features are not released as often as I'd like.
The biggest pain point that Lever solves for me is making collaboration much easier.
