LinkSquares is great for tracking document process from initial input into Finalize to signed copies in Analyze and it has excellent reporting functionality.

The manual renaming when I need to use company naming conventions. Also, making sure the tags are going to be useful to others who may be utilizing the reporting function.

Tracking document versions and conversations during contract negotiations. No more searching in email for the email thread and document versions.

I wish it were more customizable, especially as it relates to workflows.

We have signed up to LS Analyze. Such a game changing and easy to use tool. It will supercharge our legal function. The support from LS is 2nd to none too! Standout Features and/or Strengths: 1. Ease and speed of use 2. Single point of truth for all contracts 3. Easy and super quick uploading and AI analyzing (with Smart Tags) of contracts 4. Amazing and very friendly and informative training 5. Amazing after sales service and user support

Main Issues or Weaknesses: To be honest, there really aren't any, but if I had to offer a few I would say they are: 1. Cost of adding bespoke Smart Tags/Fields 2. Cost of adding additional administrators vs standard users 3. Slightly pushy sakes team when it comes to upselling

1. Contract respository and a SPOT; 2. Rights Management and tracking; 3. Contract Analytics - this is making us so much more productive and efficient. It's game-changing for so many reasons. From having a simple and effective fully searchable single point of truth for all contracts (ie as contract repository) to the AI it offers. But overall the process of buying, implementing and using the product is simple, easy and very cost effective. The Linksquares Team were a dream to work with and extremely helpful and accommodating every step of the way. Overall Experience: It is a fantastic and game-changing product. Wish we had signed up for it earlier. It's so easy to use and has amazing functionality, ease of use and 10/10 AI based analytics.

LinkSquares creates efficiencies in contracting that are essential for a fast-paced business environment, regardless of the size of your internal legal department.The dashboard metrics provide valuable insights into workloads and turnaround times so that all team members can operate at peak performance and internal stakeholders have real-time status updates and insights into the efficiencies of the contract review process.

A downside is that each user license comes at an additional cost, but the basic license is pretty affordable and is usually sufficient for most non-legal users. We've only found it necessary to purchase a handful of the more exense admin licenses for our legal team members that are primarily responsible for management of the CLM tool.

Prior to implementing LinkSquares, my organization had poor visibility into the legal review process with respect to pending vendor and sales agreements. With the three-way integration between LinkSquares, Salesforce and Docusgin - all members of our team now have full visbility into the status of contracts with real-time status updates. This has elminated a lot of needless back and forth and has dramaticaly reduced the time to signature. The dashboard metrics in Finalize and reporting capabilities in Analyze are the icing on the cake. We are also amazed by the level of support LinkSquares offers to its customers. No inquiry is too unimportant or too complex and we always have a prompt answer or a follow-up call set up with the right folks that can dive into the details with us. Above all else, LinkSquares offered unlimited trainings to get our teams up to speed following iplementation. Adoption of the new CLM platform would not have been half as successful without their countless hours of support. We would have adopted a CLM like LinkSquares sooner. It can be daunting to purchase a contract management software for the first time and to calculate whether it will be worth the expense, but the ROI is apparent within 2 months of implementation and the world class customer support ensures success. If you are willing to learn the system, LinkSquares fully meets all of your goals and expectations with this product. In sum, LinkSquares has helped us to shorten the contract review and execution process, and has shortened the sales cycle as a result. As an added bonus, LinkSquares integrates with important tools that some of our non-legal teams use, such as Vendr and Netsuite, which allows for real-time data flow between the systems and reduces manual effort to collaborate with finance, risk, and other business teams who take part in the contract review and approval process.

LinkSquares has allowed our very small legal team to support our fast growing software sales company by being a one stop shop for contract mangement. We were able to use Analyze to ingest our current contract library, while following each legal request from ingestion to completion using Finalize. The best part is that they are synced, so no time is wasted uploading completed contracts because LinkSquares does it for you! Our LinkSquares represtntative, Stephanie, has been very helpful every step of the way and has made our daily use of the software a breeze.

There are a few minor tweaks that could improve the system. Namely, adding mass delete feature to the Pending documents in Analyze to save time and allowing users to create thier own Status tags in Finalyze.

LinkSquares has allowed our legal team to eliminate the constant flow of email requests with no way to organize or prioritize our workflow. Using this software provides visibility into each workflow, allows collaborators to view the status of their requests, and all communication is done directly on the platform. No more lengthy email chains to sort out :)

It is straight forward and easy to use. It has every feature you could need to organize and draft contracts. It makes it easy for others to get the agreement process started. I use it all the time. And it was easy to implement and to get the company to start using it. The customer support is excellent. They are always there to help.

None. There is nothing I dislike about it. It has what other contract software cannot yet provide.

It helps keep are agreements organize in a central repository so that they are easy to find. It has also made the agreement process so much easier.

The ease of using it. The flexible and simple user deisgn and the way it boosts productivity. I use it every day and It has allowed for easier transparency and communication amongst my team members. The customer support team is aweosme and are very responsive. They answer even the smallest of questions. The training provided allowed for us to easily implement the system into our work life and we truly rely on it every single day.

I dislike nothing about the product so far.

It's solving the problem of not having a home base where the life cyce of our contracts are managed and where we can see a breakdown of contract analytics. The dashboard provides SO much information .

I like that the AI used by Linksquares will extract the auto renewal date and will send me reminds via email. This has saved me time from manually looking at the contracts.

If you mainly use google drive, it maybe diffcult to tranistion to Word. Linksquares strictly uses Word for edits (from what I know).

Our legal team is comprised of two people. Linksquares automates our contract saving and creating process. We don't need to delete and insert information since we create templates that autofills. Our contracts are stored and anaylzed to provide the most up-to-date information.

The tool is very user friendly. It is also never down. Easy for me to manage on my own. Was easy to implement and great support

Need a good repository for contracts that is searchable as well as ability to ensure proper approvals are made in system.
