I love the ease of use and intuitive interface. LinkSquares is an user-friendly platform with intelligent clause-searching that makes populating contract details and finding specific clauses a breeze.

Honestly, I can't think of any issues. I have used several contract management tools and LinkSquares is the best in its class.

LinkSquares is solving the company's previous issue of not having all contracts in the same place. Now that our company uses LinkSquares, contracts are in one location and easily accessible and searchable for the employees that need them.

LinkSquares is very user friendly. The team is also always ready to support you in the process and actually take your feedback turning it into new features in the tool. It also integrates into so many other tools that make it easy to access and use for all functions.

The storage side of the tool can be difficult for some folks to use and requires a good amount of staff time to optimize its features.

Tracking and streamlining our entire contract lifecycle work into one place. This has sped up our entire contract process, and I have found I get eyes on and can review agreements significantly faster than before.

Automated/AI-driven file management that allows for searchability and enhanced reporting. Linksquares is loved by Finance, Legal, Product, and more. Linksquares has become an essential part of our process. Plus the customer success team is best-in-class in providing support and driving our overall success with the platform.

There are still some manual and administrative requirements when entering documents. I expect that the team will better train the algorithm and manual processes will reduce over time. The integration offering needs focus. There is a tremendous amount of potential and value for customer but options are limited and expensive currently.

Linksquares helps provide a centralized solution that allows various departments to access specific contracts as needed, without delay. LinkSquares is the source of truth for all customer contract templates and related drafting. This provides consistancy, version control, and centralized management.

I like that LinkSquares is an intutive, easy to use platform. They provide fantastic customer support and are willing to work with you to help you get what you need for your business.

The only less than positive experience I've had thus far is in the very beginning of us using LinkSquares, our contracts were very unorganized, messy and difficult to categorize. When we put them in LinkSquares, there was a lot of our messiness that carried over into the system. This was prior to LinkSquares having smart tagging. It required us to manually go through and look at each contract and tag it appropriately. It was a lot of work.

We currently use LinkSquares only for our vendor contract repository. It helps us categorize and identify certain clauses that we need to be able to find. It also helped us create an easy to use vendor request process.

LinkSquares does a great job understanding that there are many different kinds of platform users - from very casual users who may only need contract terms and library features, to much more in-depth users. To me, this is critical because LinkSquares keeps the platform easy to use for casual users while enabling super users to have terrific functionality. Most systems do one or the other. All of this is surrounded by great customer support.

The customer and client support teams are world-class. Honestly, my only critique is sometimes they are too proactive! That said, they're always very understanding when I pass on wanting to connect related to new functionality.

LinkSquares is great solution for tracking and sharing our contracts within the organization. It provides a simple interface and automated analysis of contracts so that contract lifecycle management is much easier.

LinkSquares offers F-star a complete database repository for all our legal, corporate, and commercial contracts. Its flat structure and parent/child hierarchy systems enable me to link all associated agreements together, making it much easier to see what has been executed.

The least helpful thing about Linksquares is when you're looking for an agreement on the main page in Analyze, after entering the company name and locating the agreement, if you want to look for a subsequent company agreement under a different name you need to delete the existing name in the search field, it would be much more simple to just hit the Agreements toggle again at the top.

LinkSquares offers a centralised repository for all contracts therefore ensuring all agreements are safely stored whilst being fully searchable if requested. LinkSquares simple ease of use makes it a great product to work with.

The Linksquares "Analyze" and "Finalize" platforms are intuitive to use. Even more than the product, though, is the outstanding customer support. Josh is a total all-star. We'll be long-time users!

The AI appears to still be very rudimentary. I find myself having to make the same corrections over and over to scanned documents. I suspect this will remedy in time, though, and it is such a minor inconvenience that I don't truly mind.

Linksquares has greatly helped the "professionalization" of our contracting processes, from creation to editing to review and retention. We've been able to "smooth" out our business cycle because of our deployment of Linksquares.

It's super easy to use - and it's incredibly quick to get a contract out for signature. I love that I get copied on all signatures and I never have to worry about checking in on that piece.

Nothing really - every once in a while if I'm uncertain on how to do something our lovely person, Caroline, is extremely accessible and super helpful.

The data available in LinkSquares is only as good as the contracts you upload (so you need to make sure that everything is uploaded!)

Having a central repository for our contracts ensures that they are all in one place and searchable (regardless of the format in which they are uploaded).

LinkSquares provides incredible visibility and transparency to legal, sales, and cross-functional teams from a contracts perspective. It allows all groups to be on the same page and solves any confusion around who is working on what and when. LinkSquares also makes it very easy for sales teams never to leave SalesForce.

Honestly, integrated LinkSquares and SalesForce has created such an easy workflow for contracts and contract management that it is hard to state what I 'dislike' about the platform. Everyone at LinkSquares receives feedback very well and is always looking to improve the system. Win-win for both parties!

The biggest problem we are solving is transparency and efficiency when it comes to contract managing. Previously, we worked within a homegrown system that didn't provide the best level of detail to sales when it came to their contracts. LinkSquares has helped us work more intelligently and more efficiently.

The search and reporting functions are great.

I am not convinced the software has removed all duplicate contracts.

I am not aware of any at this point.

The Process is simple, email the document to a specific email address, it gets uploaded and appears in your pending list. Click on the new item, verify the scan was good and found the relevant expiration date and involved parties and release it. It could not be easier.

There is not much to dislike. Good functionality. I only wish the automatic scanning would be a little quicker or there were an option to cancel the automatic scan and add the info manually, which would make some days for a faster process.

We have a lot of contractual documents like NDAs and other agreements that need to be renewed or reviewed after a specific period. Before, it was 100% manual, now it is 95% automated.

Navigating LinkSquares is very intuitive, and its contract management capabilities are very comprehensive.

Smart tagging feature needs some improvement.

The AI is not 100% accurate and when our documents were uploaded to the repository, many were renamed incorrectly.

Sales department can request contracts/agreements in one universal place. All of our historical/new contracts can be pulled through Analyze in a matter of seconds.

I like the ease of being able to manage contract requests seamlessly. The visibility it gives our team in being able to see where a contract is in our execution process is fantastic. With Finalize we can draft, redline, approve, and send for signature all in one platform. With Analyze, our executed agreements through Finalize are automatically uploaded so we don't have to worry about making sure all our executed contracts are in one place.

We've seen a little bit longer processing time for documents that are automatically pulled from Finalize, which we have made the LinkSquares team aware of and they are working to find a solution.

We were looking for a platform to help with our Contract Management, as we have multiple people who work on contract documents and this gives us visibility as to which team member is currently working on a document. With Analyze, we were looking for a place to store our contracts and their related documents that would be easy for other members of our team to access and find needed contract information.

Linksquares is intuitive. It's effortless to navigate and run reports. This is my first time using a contract management software. So far, my experience has been positive.

There are a few glitches. Sometimes the preview feature for looking at agreements doesn't work. Setting up terms and tags takes a while, but once you have the terms set up, it works pretty well. There is no easy way to bulk-delete tags or agreements without contacting customer support.

Linksquares provides us with a searchable repository. We are better able to organize and link agreements together. This makes it easy to find prior versions of agreements. We are also using the platform for redlining agreements.

The system is incredibly user-friendly and simple to use. On the database side, it's fantastic to be able to tag agreements within certain categories, meaning that we can search for information within contracts and run reports easily. The OCR-functionality, allowing searches of text within our scanned agreements, is incredible as well. On the CLM side, the template creation system works well, allowing others in our organisation to create simple documents (e.g. NDAs) themselves, but also request more complex agreements which then come to Legal for review in an already advanced state which saves us time and allows us as a Legal team to provide a much better service to the wider business.

The contract template creation functionality is a little cumbersome, which is fairly inevitable for a system of this nature. On occasion the system can be slightly slow to load or to run particular reports, but in general we're delighted with the system.

Prior to LinkSquares, we had no ability in the business to run reports across multiple contracts (e.g. find all contracts in a particular territory, or with a particular clause within them). LinkSquares gives us this functionality, and allows us to provide useful information to the business to allow them to make better decisions (e.g. to know which contracts are coming up for renewal in the next 12 months). On the contract creation side, getting templates set up in the system allows the business to self-serve for basic agreements, whilst dramatically cutting down the time it takes for us to create more complex legal agreements.

The search and AI features are great! The customer service of the LinkSquares team is fantastic!

I would say that there isn't much not to like about LinkSquares.

It is helping us to analyze clauses and contract language better. It allows us to be able to track the expiration dates of certain contracts easier as well.

I like LinkSquares because it's easy to use, and the integration with Microsoft Word makes updating contract versions seamless.

There has been some initial system compatibility challenges, but they've been addressed.

It's helped our legal department organize all our contracts in one platform from inception to execution. It has given me visibility which I didn't have before.

The AI feature! I love that I don't have to enter metadata associated with each contract manually; also, the ability to do the governing summaries is beneficial!

Notifications could be improved. I wish there were a way to be able to set up automated notification messages that could be sent to a Business Owner for each contract based on several days before the contract's expiration or renewal (e.g., reminders of upcoming expirations or opt-out dates that could be sent in increments like 90 days prior, 60 days prior, 30 days prior)

LinkSquares' Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities solve the issue of manually entering contracts' characteristics (metadata). The AI created time savings and efficiencies.

Great service and it's a pretty intuitive tool to use.

We don't have the internal need to use all of the tools that are provided.

It's a great repository for us to keep up to date on our contracts. We're able to also create reports to monitor things like when contracts or SOWs are about to expire.

The customer success team is amazing. John Kendall was very helpful, accommodating and a great resource in setting up Linksquare. He is also a warm individual and trustworthy. The product itself is simple where it needs to be and can scale to where we need to be for more complex requirements.

Linksquare can have a better and improved visual interface in the future to remain competitive.

Contract repository and contract management.

It is very user friendly. Still learning how to use it - but it appears to be simple once you learn the steps!

It has ALOT of set up that is required which is difficult to work, learn, and do the set up!

Keeping up with contracts that are not fully executed or that expire or need to be renewed.

The software is intuitive and easy to use, but the best part of LinkSquares is its phenomenal support from the implementation team and customer success managers.

The company is still innovating. This means some of the platform elements are still being adjusted to allow for more customization. However, the company takes feedback seriously and incorporates it into the product roadmap.

Being able to report details from a broad set of contracts concisely is difficult. LinkSquares aggregates information pulled out using AI to simply give a customizable summary of a company's contract universe.

LinkSquares is most helpful in ensuring that cross-functional teams have full transparency into the contracting process. Compared to the competition that I have been exposed to, the system is very intuitive. In addition, Analyze has made searching for contracts much easier and more efficient.

I would like to see improvements made to the clause library to store contract playbooks in a much more helpful visual fashion than currently exists. Right now would like the ability to assign WF's at the reviewer level without having to go to admin to reassign ownership. It would be helpful for colleagues who are out of the office.

As a legal organization, our goal is to help enable cross-functional teams to do their job. This tool has enabled the legal team to be more efficient and transparent with the organization. In addition, this helps legal manage workloads and get direct input from the business stakeholders in one workflow instead of going outside of the system to get feedback.

LinkSquares' ability to OCR any document and make it searchable within their repository. This has been a valuable tool throughout the business, from legal to compliance.

Although minor, their cost was higher than most of LinkSquares competitors. After going through the implementation and onboarding internally, the price has been justified.

LinkSquares has helped define previously undefined processes for agreement requests throughout various departments within the company. This has increased efficiency and turnaround time significantly.

Since 2017, we’ve been using Linksquares as our contracts warehouse. We love that it’s user-friendly and provides reminders when contracts are about to expire. Documents are automatically OCR’d when uploaded, so searching is easy. I recently did a bulk upload, and it was a big timesaver. We highly recommend Linksquares!

We must delete the existing document and upload a new record with additional pages. Would like the ability to attach more pages to a current contract.

Our legal department was filing hard copy documents and after we got on board with Linksquares we have converted completely to paperless filing. Saves time and office space. Most importantly everyone has access to all the documents when working remotely!
