I love how easy it is to send money direct deposit. And there are no fees! It's absolutely incredible, and very easy to use, and I really love Melio. And that's the truth.
I don't find any donwnsides. It's really simple to use, and it's really user friendly.
Melio has solved the problem of finding a great way to transfer money without fees.
Melio has helped us streamline and speed up payments to our vendors. Love the ability to send ACH payments without a fee. Customer service is phenomenal. Their service has been invaluable!
The only suggestion I have is to allow non-business vendors to make payments to us.
Speed of paying vendors. Electronic ACH payments.
I love how easy it is to enter a new supplier's invoice info and set up an ACH Payment. If transfer time is less important, no fee is charged for transfer.
If not using a fee based transfer, the payment take a little longer.
Melio provides a reliable and trusted method to pay vendors directly from your bank account.
It's easy to use, easy to navigate, and the fact that I can use it for free if I have a business bank account is huge, also.
They did have a problem interacting with QuickBooks Online a year ago, but it appears to be fixed now.
Paying my virtual staff needs a virtual solution, and this is nicely taken care of with Melio.
Melio is easy to use, functional, quick to work out the kinks & free
As a new solution, there can be some quirks as the connection with QBO is established but most of those get fixed quickly
Getting the bills paid & free in the process - that in and of itself is huge
The user experience and simplicity are best
I don't see many options for Migrating from another platform
Rather than printing or writing checks in house, melio saves us so much time
Easy to schedule payments, add vendors, ditch the check signing and do ACH
More security features perhaps like double authorizations over certain amounts, etc.?

Not much to dislike! Like I said, it is very easy to use and navigate.
It allows us to have multiple signers for various vendors.
Easy to use. Great integration within QuickBooks Online. Low cost with enough features for many smaller businesses.
Melio does not currently integrate with Xero.
I'm able to manage my firm's internal accounts payable directly within QuickBooks Online, which saves time and ensures that the transaction is entirely recorded within the system. Melio continues to mature and add features and I continue to look for clients who may make sense to use Melio.
