Since I migrated to FreshBooks, my invoicing has become much easier to set up and manage - and I look much more professional. Greatest benefit is being able to track all outstanding invoices in one place and sort by customer or other key parameters.

Freshbooks is simple to use, fully of useful features and reports, and perhaps best of all, they have the best customer support I have ever witnessed in my 30 years online. Bravo!

The only thing I've ever found to dislike is the 50 character limit when creating a title for an invoice.

I have solved a myriad of problems, which is important since I am a small company with limited accounting resources---namely me. Freshbooks provides me with everything I need to stay on top of both day to day and long-term numbers relating to my business. They provide me with reports that I couldn't dream of that provide new and helpful insights into how we are performing.

The quick response to issues and questions. The friendly follow up and resolution to challenges.

I have individual clients that work for the same company. For example, 50 Realtors who all work for Keller Williams. Would like the invoices to be able to auto-populate so I don't have to continue to fill out the same business name and address over and over.

Ease of issuing and paying invoices online. Quick resolution when we need to refund a client.

It is easy to create multiple billing rates for various consulting arrangements, UI is very well realized. Reports make tax preparation quite simple.

I think the pricing change was rather sudden, and not handled all that well from a PR standpoint.

I’ve never had a billing platform this flexible. I’ve juggled simultaneous projects as a cloud strategy consultant, Engineering Process, and general IT consulting, all with different clients and billing rates. This was more difficult before FreshBooks.

Ease of use. Generating invoices and interfacing with clients is a breeze.
