I love how easy it is to send out reviews to your customers and how it tracks to make sure you haven't already sent one. Love how it can autoshare on social media and autopopulate on our website!

No complaints at all - it's a great software!

NiceJob has helped increase our online presence by generating a lot more reviews from our customers. We love seeing the 5 stars build up! They are great for posting on our website and for when people google our business.

We use nicejob for our reviews and website. The website is great because we can change some text and edit it ourselves without having to send in requests all the time. Our reviews have gone way up on google and facebook with this service too. The social sharing of reviews and stories are great because it lets people on social media read reviews of others and its all done automatically after it is set up. It's easy to figure out how many leads we are getting from the website. The team at nicejob is always very easy to get ahold of and very helpful.

I think the app doesn't help us much. Not sure if thats because we have an integration with housecall pro and is not really needed. We typically do not use the app for anything.

We wanted to have a nice website to convert more leads. It has been great for getting us online booking jobs. With all the great reviews and a lot more of them people seem to book online from our website more often. We have got a lot more reviews on google so we are starting to rank much better too. Its nice that the reviews and stories are shared on our website with links out to the platforms they are left on.

LOVE the personal customer service. Actual people are there to help, and make sure you have all your questions or problems answered and addressed. LOVE the format. LOVE the followup program. LOVE the ease. LOVE the people responding when NiceJob contacts them for a review!

There are no downsides to using NiceJob. They do all they say they will do and more.

Problems NiceJob solved are we are finally getting reviews from customers that we were not able to do on our own, before we used NiceJob. Benefits NiceJob realized are referrals we are finally getting from customers! Customers have a chance to leave a review on different platforms such as Google, Facebook, etc. If they do not have any, they can leave a review at NiceJob. REALLY appreciate the review getting instantly sent to platforms such as my webpage, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. NiceJob always notifies us when they are trying something new to see if it will work for our business - great benefit to have a company who cares and is on the cutting edge of technology to help my company.

Nothing. I have liked everything so far.

It is easy requesting reviews from people, and easy to respond to the reviews.

Their top priority is to make you succeed and they don't stop till you do. They are quick to respond and offer helpful suggestions even if you don't fully understand it, trust it. It works!!

It's fully automated, and I no longer have to spend time each week to manually send out emails or follow up. It also auto-post to our integrated social media site - truly an automated function end to end.

Not so much a dislike, but something to monitor. Depending on which software you integrate with, be careful on the tag you have on your customer profiles to enter into the campaign. We found out a year later that the tag set up by the two vendors were all lower case therefore ours was not working as we use all uppercase. The tags are case-sensitive.

It was more of an efficiency not a problem solved. We now have so much time back to work on the business.

This software completely automates our review process and has increased our reviews dramatically. Great addition to our business

I like the process of getting the reviews, most notably the texting and follow-up with my customers.

Right now, I can't integrate Nice Job with my CRM system, which is The Customer Factor, but I know they're in the process of finishing the framework for this integration.

We are getting quicker responses for reviews because of the text feature; customers and prospective customers can view more 5-star ratings on my website, and our new reviews are then posted onto our Facebook page.
