It's very easy to use and to get setup. Makes managing your affiliates seamless and commission payouts really easy to do with the ability to connect wordpress, stripe and paypal up together. Perfect for my website!

It's great for tracking what affiliates are doing and also what commissions they have earned. Has made my affiliates so much more manageable and it's also boosting them.

The wide array of options toThe ability to have dynamic affiliate links generated on the fly via their email address. For example, I don't need to manually create affiliate or customer accounts to have them send traffic and be credited. I can simply append the end of my URL with their email or a unique identifier and it generates their affiliate account which I can approve or disapprove into a specific commission group (or no commission group for customer bonuses). customise the software are good, the support team are great with a responsive live chat team. Support is very helpful and I appreciate everything they have done for me.

From my experience for more than 2 years I can say that there is nothing I don't like. The only aspect, of which I have also requested a change from the support, is that of the plug-in relating to the possibility of hiding some parameters of a sale / booking instead of all, and selecting which affiliates to show them to and which ones not. For the rest the best

There is a plugin or built-in feature for pretty much anything you want to do with your affiliate program that can be implemented with the push of a button.

Although I've never used another affiliate program, I believe other software/services have networks of affiliates that you can tap into to to improve your program, PAP doesn't have that.

Our CMS doesn't have a built-in affiliate program, so I appreciate that PAP integrates easily with our cart. We were able to easily offer 2 commission levels to two different types of affiliates and set protections to avoid fraud.

This software has many great functions, exactly everything I need to run my business with ease. Their customer service is phenomenal and always quick to respond.

There is nothing to dislike. My only problem is I wish I began using them sooner!

Post Affiliate Pro allows me to track commissions and members accurately. The software is easy for me to use and understand which is very important to me.

The dashboard has a ton of insightful data to see the weak spots in my marketing funnel and improve my campaigns based on that. I also really appreciate the solid attribution they have. I haven't yet found even 1 instance where a commission wasn't attributed to me. Not even a clicked has gone missing with this platform. I suspect they are using much more than cookies for that but the bottom line is people get their commissions with this software. Which is the most important.

I haven't found any bugs per se but there's a lof of functionality inside! For a newbie affiliate to optimize to take advantage of all of it.. might take bit of time.

I'm using this product as an affiliate, selling online educational courses.

What I like the most is that the platform is quick and easy way to find how much commissions I made for the month. I am able to see how many people clicked on my link and many more statistics available with an easy click. Also I really like that the platform can be customized in any language. For example I am using the dashboard in Bulgarian.

I have not found something to dislike since it’s a very straight to the point product. I am happy with it.

I have used the software since 2009 and must say I have enjoyed the development of the software. Features are continually added and developed on a regular basis. I particularly like the following features Directlink and AffLinkprotectors for affiliates. Nice campaign setup process also intrigues me as it is so simple to use

Categorizing campaigns by verticals so affiliates can determine which one they would like to run. i.e Finance Campaigns all in one group, Insurance, Travel, etc. When the affiliate logs in, they can then search by category instead of the scroll down process that is currently the case. I can detail an RFP should it be required.

I have solved the issue of recruiting affiliates and showing a professional image. Also been able to show multiple campaigns for affiliates to promote. We also seem to have resolved the problem of international payments

Using it for more than 3 years as a Network Merchant. Easy to set up and fantastic support gives you more time to concentrate on your direct work with affiliates/merchants. And probably unlimited integration of various payment and help desk platforms makes it a perfect choice.

Customizing templates (panel themes) takes some time.

With PAP we got all needed tools to manage our affiliates, merchants and tracking. Automated reports and transaction notifications keep us happy almost every minute.

I like the fact that Post Affiliate Pro offers their software as a flat monthly subscription. They do not charge a monthly fee while still requiring you to give up a percentage of each transaction. The customer service is exceptional.

My only dislike would be that the documentation could be more user friendly. The Post Affiliate Pro software is robust in terms of features so it would be great if they were to take the time to make videos to clearly explain each aspect of the software including the basics of setting things up to tracking to payouts.

Post Affiliate Pro has allowed me to enhance my marketing exposure by offering my own independently managed affiliate program. The software is reliable and bug free in my experience. Once it was properly configured I was able to get back to running my business, which was exactly what I was looking for!

Pricing is a little on a higher side for starters. Especially for startups and SMB. But at times it also feels worth it.

I cannot find a dislike. When I think to have a dislike I contact Customer Service and they reply soon and with well documented help to support... and the dislike disappear!

The software solves the affiliate program administration of the company. At all.

My affiliates like the platform, which is for me the best thing so far. Affiliates usually deal with many affiliation platforms, and I only had good comments from them so far. Tracking is accurate, navigation intuitive and support great.

There's a learning curve involved for configuration, but once it's done, the platform feels intuitive. I would also like to be able to do mass updates on commissions, but that's a different story.

My challenge was to find a platform that my current affiliates actually like. So far so good.

So far I have a good experience. I get informed of every single transaction is done in my account. Deposits are done in a timely manner. Their charges for service are also very reasonable and are worth the cost. Software is amazing and easy to understand and maneuver. Customer Service Reps have been very professional at all times. At this point I have had no problems with software. And hope it stays that way. I would recommend the product to anyone looking for a Professional and a easy to follow software.

I like the sheer power and flexibility of the PAP suite. Before finding this platform I literally tried every other affiliate software platform available for small e-commerce operators and nothing else fitted the bill. Nothing was as reliable, scalable and mature as PAP is.

What do I dislike about PAP? Well I suppose it is a little expensive, but then you get what you pay for. At least I know I have a stable platform that I can grow our affiliate business on.

The ability to implement an affiliate marketing program for our products and grow this program. We have realized some initial revenue gains, but more will come once we invest more time in growing the program by finding more affiliates.

The amount of functionality you get for the price. It is. Greta tool to give clients their own affiliate program without joining a network or for those who wish to manage their own affiliate program.

The only downside is that you have to do all the affiliate recruitment but that not the fault of the software.

Post Affiliate Pro was the only system that met our needs with regards to setting up the commission structure that we wanted. However, once we had bought the system we were impressed with the whole pallet of features that it offers and its ease of use and overall simplicity has been very satisfactory for both staff and affiliate partners. The system features a super easy on boarding process and without any actual training our Affiliate Manager was able to start recruiting affiliates and able to start sending out material thought the system. Furthermore, the user part of the system is also super easy to use and we have been generously praised by our affiliates for choosing Post Affiliate Pro due to its transparency and ease of use.

We have not yet come across anything that we dislike about the system.
