Great AI-curation and simplicity for coordinating in-house content. The tools and service are postively streamlined and easy to use.
There's nothing in particular that's an issue. The tools and training covers the material well and the staff are great with troubleshooting issues.
There's been minor related issues from a technical nature, however we've been able to resolve accordingly.
The artificially intelligent news digest gives each member the science update they need with very little effort required by me. The digest is set up to highlight information directly from our website as well as pull articles from other relevant journals of our choosing. The more members click the more valuable it becomes! I also really like is the reporting dashboard that indicates what articles, sources and keyword information our members find valuable in any given timeframe. We are able to promote some of our other products in the newsletter very seamlessly and have had great response there as well. The customer service team is very responsive and happy to work with you on even little issues. You can't go wrong selecting Rasa.io.
I can't think of anything I dislike. In fact, we are looking to expand distribution in the next few months.
We want to engage our members in a meaningful way, a way that is uniquely valuable to them. The open and click-through rates are clear indicators that members are finding value.
Rasa. io procures articles from websites I input to send my subscribers articles that they may be genuinely interested in. It can take, say 500 articles, and send 3-5 to someone that they are likely to read. Each time I send a newsletter, if the receiver clicked a link the previous time, Rasa's AI will tailor their articles to them more and more each time. It's intuitive and easy-to-use. Anytime I have ever had a question or concern, their customer service has been fast and friendly in their replies.
Honestly, I haven't found any. The integration has been seamless, I get notified when it's time for me to review, if I want to curate any articles, before the newsletter is sent out to my readers. The emails are also customizable to have your own logo, colors, etc.
Rasa.io helps me keep up with audience engagement. This way, I'm not having to sit down for hours each week and find articles my audience might find relevant, and I certainly don't have to hand-tailor it to each individual because Rasa.io does that for me. It saves me massive amounts of time and mental energy.
We started with Rasa about 2 years ago and since then have been able to start an entirely new revenue stream and provide a fun new product for our members. It has been really successful and super easy for us to do. Overall, it's a really smooth system that lets our really small staff team put out a professional-looking product. Their automated capabilities and ability to segment news items into specific newsletter sections is great. I like their ability to eaily turn news items on and off and highlight lead posts. Their advertising system is easy to use and really beneficial to us for non-dues revenue. Their customer service team is amazing. My personal rep responds to my emails and requests within minutes most of the time.
There are some improvements I think they could make. I think there are some user experience elements that could be smoothed out. First, the ability to elevate a "standard post" to a "lead post" could be great. Right now you have to manually add it to the lead post section of their system. Being able to edit a previously scheduled advertisement before it gets sent out would be nice, again you have to add a new one entirely and then delete the old one rather than just editing once. There are a few things like that throughout the system that it would be nice to have resolved for a smoother process week to week. But overall its a great system, they would just be "nice to have" items.
They system has allowed us to add a much needed weekly benefit for our members with valuable content. Most of all it has created an entirely new revenue stream for us.
Rasa sets you up for success with both its knowledgable support staff and its helpful follow-up tips newsletter. It's clear from my interactions with support staff that Rasa is encouraging when it comes to creating a better newsletter that will attract engagement from our Association members.
With so many options, the dashboard can at first seem daunting, but the more I work with it the more secrets I find for how to produce a better newsletter.
My organization previous built our weekly newsletter in html every week. Rasa dashboard is well thought-out, and I can now devote time toward ideas rather than repetitive building.
Extremely easy to set up your newsletters, a little bit of work up front makes for a wonderful experience going forward. After setup, just watch your open and click rates go through the roof.

RASA is the best newsletter program available. It is user friendly and produces professional-looking newsletters that your clients will want to read. It allows for flexibility with efficiency. Our club went from producing once a month newsletter to a weekly communication in less time it took to create a subpar newsletter. We are not only users of RASA, but we are fans of RASA. I recommend RASA without reservation. You, too, will become a fan.

The platform is an excellent tool that will automate a process that is currently time intensive. The product created is something I am proud to share with clients. What is great about Rasa is the Customer Service/Account Team. They are responsive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a "baby boomer" user I had concerns about training and generational learning – I can say without a doubt, the Rasa team alleviated my concerns, were professional and made me feel comfortable with their product. I hope to escalate our firm's use to the next level once I am fully comfortable – I can see this as an excellent tool for my organization's Marketing/Branding strategy and goals. Special kudos to Molly who has been amazing.
Have not found anything I dislike at this time.
We do a weekly newsletter and currently source and identify our own articles - it can be time intensive. Although we use an email platform, it does not have the AI capabilities of Rasa. With the trend for personalization, we believe this will be an enhanced vehicle for our client audience and provide information to them that focuses on their specific interests. It's a great brand recognition tool that educates and adds value for our reader.
