I have been using the rasa.io Smart Newsletter platform for nearly a year and have been absolutely blown away by the results. I did a little research and it seems that the average open rate of an email newsletter is about 15 to 20% but the open rate on my newsletter has consistently been 55% or higher. Because the platform is so easy to use I have been able to produce super high-quality content on a much more frequent basis, however, the thing that people love about the newsletter is how the artificial intelligence algorithm is constantly improving the curation of my content specifically to the interests of each individual reader which creates extremely strong engagement. I’ve used both Constant Contact and MailChimp and they can’t deliver anything even close to what the rasa.io Smart Newsletter can. I use a blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, but my Smart Newsletter is by far the most effective marketing tool for our organization.

At this point, there is nothing that displeases me about the platform.

I want to drive a higher level of engagement with my followers and increase the number of quality people on my email list and this platform has accomplished both. My followers absolutely love the idea that the algorithm is constantly customizing their newsletters just for them, this is a big selling point. Also, the open rate is off the chain which means that my message is getting delivered to many more people than it did before when I was using other platforms. Because it is super easy to use it takes me a fraction of the time to curate content that my followers find valuable. All around, this has been a great solution for what I'm trying to achieve, I couldn't imagine something that would do a better job.

This is real simple, rasa.io delivered on the promise of increased engagement as a function of applying their machine learning to our daily newsletter. OR's and CTR's not only increased, but have remained high. And continued to inch upwards for the last 2 years. And rasa.io is affordable as well with tiered plans.

There are no discernible issues that I can describe as problems that need to be addressed.

Because we have an audience that is sensitive to faith-based content, we have chosen to manually curate the content rasa.io selects i.e. to be the final filter....this is a benefit that rasa.io allows us to do this....but it can take time.

Rasa.io automates the process of regular newsletter creation and keeps us engaged and in front of our most important constituents with only a few clicks. As a startup accelerator with over 14k active subscribers we were struggling to produce consistent weekly news briefs derived from external sources that are relevant to our audience while also maintaining focus on running our core business. Rasa.io allowed us to set up a slack channel that our whole team can contribute to and automates the publishing process in a way that promotes relevancy based on user behavior and automatically fills in blanks around our content. We drop in links for what we are reading this week, and rasa.io does the rest. Our open rates have remained above 14% and click through rates and engagement with the content we post is strong. I would highly recommend this platform for an affordable and effective alternative to laborious newsletter creation process in other, more conventional platforms.

initial launch process was scary, because we were not sure how our audience would react to this new stream of content, however the rasa.io team was great and incredibly hands on in walking us through the set-up process and allowing us to phase implementation starting with a beta test in a subsegment of our audience. It also takes some getting used to that you don't see what every user sees when the finished product goes out. However, I have been incredibly encouraged by IRL feedback that I have gotten from our constituents citing articles articles and other media that we have pushed through rasa.io. This tells me the algorithms are working and our audience is engaged. I also send myself several versions via different email addressed, that has given me a useful work around. Overall, this is a great educational tool for our community.

We would not have the ability to produce content at this production level and with this level of consistency without rasa.io. It has improved our workflows tremendously and enabled a small team to produce great results by leveraging back-end technology to simplify and fill gaps.

Because rasa.io is powered by AI, each newsletter is unique which allows for a great learning opportunity based on the subscribers clicks while creating excitement for the next one. Best of all, our newsletter has increased traffic to us directly, resulting in better engagement for our business.

Each issue is customized based on the individual readers topic click through history. • Topic engagement for each subscriber is automatically passed to HubSpot. This provides great data for Contact segmentation for our promotional campaigns.

As mentioned above, useful engagement data is automatically synced with HubSpot which is great. So, more of a wish list item, I would like to see detailed click url information passed for each subscriber to learn which articles they have been clicking on.

I wanted to complement our own newsletter articles with relevant content from other curated sources. Overall, it has been a great newsletter solution for us, delivering an engaging newsletter with minimum administration.

Simple to use. Easy to create newsletters. Great value for small businesses. Company is super fast to respond to any questions or issues.

It wasn't obvious at first that you have to "turn off" articles otherwise they cannot be used at a later date. Once we got past that hiccup the first week, everything has been great.

We're a small company so we needed an easy way to develop a value-added newsletter. Rasa.io does that with flying colors. We used to spend many, many hours designing our newsletter. This has shortened that time considerably and made the newsletter more interesting and well-rounded.

The concept is awesome and it really does work. Personalization does take some effort but nothing compared to the benefit. It will set you apart form your competition.

The template isn't the most flexible, but it is still manageable.

It couldn't bet better than Rasa. This is the automation and personalization tool has inspired me to create beautiful, personal & contextualised newsletters that engage users. Email newsletters are an/used to be important tool for us. They provide a way to reach out to customers, keep them up to date on new products and promotions, and remind them of our existence at regular intervals. But not every email newsletter is created equal. You can now send them something new in a way they'll want to read as opposed to glancing at the phone and marking as deleted or spam. I view it as a content aggregation tool with a personalized twist, powered by AI. Set up is fast and easy. Prior to getting Rasa, I was honestly falling under the impression that email newsletters were on the cliff. This has revived it big time. If you want to make sure your users are getting the information they care about, this can really help!

Not a dislike per se but I wish it supported many more languages (Malayalam, for example)

We struggled for months to get a weekly newsletter off the ground because of the amount of time it took to create and assemble quality content. We were ready to abandon the cause before rasa.io came along. This resource has been excellent for us allowing us to "level-up" our offerings significantly with a much smaller investment of time than we previously thought would be possible.

A couple of content glitches, but nothing major. The support team has been extremely responsive and the platform has continued to improve.

We now have a consistent high-quality weekly newsletter going out that is a genuine value to our community of practice but doesn't require a huge time investment from our team each week.

Staying in touch can be challenging. this product makes it super easy.

Rasa.io is super easy to adopt. Start to finish, we were able to reproduce a viable alternative to our current newsletter within about an hour. We are now adding refinements to make it more powerful, customized, and far and away better than our current newsletter.

There's not much to dislike. I am keen to see the team add more features and integrations, but all-in-all this is almost exactly what we need, right out of the box.

We used to spend a combined 2-3 hours *per day* writing a newsletter that was only OK. Now we will spend about 20-30 minutes for a much better result. Booyah.

I love that it allows me to pull from great resources and provide a great newsletter for my readers every week with minimal work.

The platform is very easy to use to curate relevant content or to add a specific article.

There are only a few free designs available that all look fairly similar but you can easily upgrade for more options.

We have replaced a lot of generic emails we used to send by combining our offerings with relevant sources and news.

The application does a great job of filtering in content that our prospects and clients will find compelling. The best part is it works on its own, but tuning and adding your own articles is really easy.

Could find more sources, still takes input and some manual work. However, our focus area is very esoteric and it may be much easier for more general topics.

By its method of providing data I could realize that it does not establish a clear link between the most outstanding data and the least important of the software, where it is evident that there is no correct adequacy to provide the most favorable information for the marketing system, which generates delays in publications and does not allow to know in detail the benefits contained in the system of rasa.io, having several details to improve in order to offer a free process of execution of corporate strategies.

There has been a problem in the past with the newsletter initially going to my subscriber's spam list. I think rasa.io has fixed/is actively addressing this problem.

Creating consistent content for a newsletter can be a tall task for a small team (even a large team) which has stopped me from even starting a newsletter with previous companies. rasa.io has simplified this process and has made it extremely bearable and effective for consistently engaging my audience with relevant information that is uniquely specific to each subscriber.

It takes some work to get everything running the way you'd like. The first month or so requires a lot of monitoring and tweaking. It isn't overly burdensome, but you should be prepared to invest some time in the product on the front end to get the results you want.
