This newsletter system is a time-saver with all the bells and whistles. Imagine that you can run an A/B Testing on your newsletter campaign. Easy Right? Now, imagine you can do A/B/C/D/E/F/G/... to ALL your audience. Here is how it works: First you set your Schedule, RSS feeds, set your desired look and feel of the newsletter, add your logo, add your offer, and add your links. Second: (YOU ARE DONE) you do not have to do anything else. This fantastic A/I system will randomize Subject Titles and articles and show those articles to your audience depending on what articles they opened in the past. My open rates are through the roof and the engagement is great. I maybe change a few graphics and some of the links every month but That is it. The best newsletter system by far.

The only thing I think they can improve on is Reporting. You get reporting on your dashboard however in other platforms, there is a way to print branded reports. I have been in contact with Customer Service about this and they are working on it. However, If I ever have a question or need an explanation of any of the reports, Erica with Rasa.io is always helping me when I have questions. She has been always available and very diligent to answer my emails.

Automation is the best benefit. Everything Rasa.io does, you can do on your own. However, I do ALL of my newsletter tasks in 10 minutes a MONTH. Not kidding. Once your newsletter is set with feeds and design, YOU ARE DONE! the system will get good titles, articles and add them to your schedule. automatically. You get an email a few days your newsletter is scheduled to go out so you can review it. Done! I love it.

I like it's simplicity. The website is very intuitive due to its simplicity. It's walk-through in sending your first newsletter is easy to understand. The ability to change any of the metadata really helps if you want a little control over how the articles are presented in the newsletter. I also use ConvertKit and love that it can pick up new ConvertKit subscribers and put them in my newsletter list automatically.

I really would like it if they could add a call to action button in the newsletter. We are all businesses after all. Without a call to action button the newsletter seems a bit passive. I worked around that by bolding my text and all caps, then attached the link to the link. But a nice button would get more attention.

Rasa.io collects articles and blog feeds for me. But the best part is that it automates the curation for me. All I have to do is approve the articles. Then the newsletter gets sent out. Curation should take more than 10 minutes each week, or as frequently as you want to send your newsletter. This is revolutionary for me because I no longer have to babysit the process to release a newsletter. It's truly a program in which I can set it and forget it.

The AI generated newsletter is bespokely useful for the end user, and subscribers tell me they actually look forward to receiving it. As well as relying on the blog RSS feeds, it's easy to add and customise additional content on the Rasa platform, or using the Rasa chrome extension The customisable template and newsletter are visually stunning. The team at Rasa are lovely to deal with and both supportive and receptive of any queries I have. I love that I'm able to access a marketing platform that leverages AI & machine learning to customise a newsletter for the subscriber - personalised customisation is what helps people stick to something.

I'd like to be able to edit or delete the meta tags automatically generated for articles. This would help me analyses the overall topics performance.

I has become my businesses number one marking tool. As I now have an easy way to review news from the industry, it has opened up additional revenue streams; I know what performs well and am able to consult back into the industry about content development, based on empirical evidence.

Finally found the perfect newsletter creation tool. Struggled and tried many different solutions over the years. My opening and click rates are much improved and I received plenty of positive feedback from subscribers after switching to Rasa.io. Easily integrate third party content as sources for your newsletter. Design one time, write a few posts on your blog (own website or Facebook, etc.) and you are good to go and have weekly or bi-weekly professional newsletters sent - this is what I really like the most! Just write a few posts a week and forget about it - Rasa.io will do the rest.

I'd wish there are more different packages available - now it is either free, $29 or $299 per month. Contact management could have more options, but maybe it is good they keep it simple. Overall, there is actually nothing to dislike.

I love how easy Rasa.io makes it to find high-quality content from my own organization and outside sources to put in front of my readers and my association members. Beyond the ease of its automation, Rasa.io as a company is especially qualified to assist those in the nonprofit association space. They have been extremely generous in allowing associations to use their platform on a free trial basis to help associations get important messaging out to members during the coronavirus pandemic. They know their audience well and provide a great service to the association community.

Rasa.io does take some getting used to. It is not like other conventional email programs such as MailChimp or Constant Contact. You will have to learn a new way of doing things. However, once you get the system figured out it will save you so much time and effort. The time it takes to get up to speed on the platform is time well invested. In addition, Rasa.io provides great technical support and customer service.

We started using Rasa.io in March of 2020 at the start of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States. We needed a way to get a lot of information out to our association members who were classified as essential workers. Rasa.io helped us tremendously in keeping our members up-to-date on the lasted information they needed in the farming community.

How Rasa uses AI to curate and customize content for the individual subscriber.

How I have to manually add new articles if my RSS feeds don’t have new content. It’s tedious and very time consuming. Also, I don’t like how Rasa still sends a newsletter out if I don’t have enough articles. And I’d like the option to “send now.” Some things seem glitchy or tend to lag such as logging in (I couldn’t log in on the weekend and couldn’t get support in time to stop my newsletter from going out), or seeing the analytics once a newsletter comes out. Also, no personalization - I can’t include subscriber’s first name in the text.

We can reuse our content and tailor each newsletter to the individual subscriber.

Amazing support team, and if you think a feature is missing, you're probably wrong! Just ask them, they'll set you up :)

I love that rasa.io has nearly "set it and forget" functionality. Now that my newsletter is set up, I just check in on it occasionally to see if I need to make adjustments, add new sources or readjust filters based on what's going on in the world. Otherwise, all my subscribers are getting a legitimately helpful newsletter that I know they like, and it's increased readership to my native content simply because it's appearing next to headlines that the AI tech knows my audience will be interested in. It's kind of like I'm sending my blog posts off to school every morning and knowing, no matter what, they'll get to sit at the cool kids' table, which only makes them more popular.

We have a pretty good assortment of sources in our newsletter, but that does include paywalled content. I've gotten two or three complaints about this. Once I've complained how the tech works, though, it seemed to smooth things over. But it would be great to somehow flag those sources as paywalled in the newsletter itself, or create limits around how much of that (in total) lands in my audiences' inboxes in each newsletter.

I'm creating individualized newsletters every single week without having to mess with it every week. It's a personalized experience for my audience, but with less work on my end than a generalized curated newsletter would take. I'm also getting great insights on what my audience actually finds interesting because rasa.io provides the top headlines on the backend.

rasa.io has their own artificial intelligence and algorithms that curate newsletters to individuals based on their interests. Its news you actually want to read, that knows what you are interested in. It has been a game-changer in the association marketing world.

Limited ability to customize CSS, as a developer and designer, this is one area where it would be helpful to have.

The mundane world of newsletters that no one reads. Finally there is a solution that fixes this. Also there are tons of advertising opportunities, the ability to add custom articles, lead articles and much more.

Problems rasa has solved for us involve having to constantly think of new topics for weekly emails out to clients along with designing a email weekly. The fact that it's all on a schedule too helps a ton!

Ability to setup/manage multiple newsletters as well as the ease to customize content, look and feel of the newsletters, as well as ability to add our own articles and promotional images with links to the templates. Also, the "free" level makes it easy to implement and test without a significant commitment in order to prove value to stakeholders.

We've implemented rasa for a number of different reasons. Setting up specific newsletters to: - monitor feeds to send specific information to sales teams to use as a nudge with prospects; - minimize alerts from multiple sources around educational information we want to stay abreast of internally; - and setting clients up to create a more consistent, interesting newsletter for their subscribers - some who previously were curating content to share but no longer had the time; others who hadn't gotten on a cadence of sending quality information regularly - this solved that issue and increased engagement with their list.

Rasa.io has allowed me to offer a weekly newsletter that is relevant to my audience. The technology has a built in workflow that makes the process simple and quick., After an initial setup I was able to send a weekly newsletter that contains relevant content that my clients actually read and enjoy. The analytics allow me to review what is being read and what is ignored. The review process literally takes about 15 minutes a week to accomplish.

I think the reporting could improve. It would be nice to be able to parse the data to a more granular level.

Customer Service and Accuracy Incredible

I can't think of anything at this point.

1. Time savings. We have a small staff. Using rasa.io's AI email solution enables us to customize a member benefit without any labor from our staff. 2. Member engagement has increased. We see unique weekly open rates that range between 45% and 55%, our average open rate is 49%, and our average click-through rate is 16%. Having an extraordinarily high level of weekly exposure with our subscribers is invaluable. This is a great automated way to ensure our messages to members and our important articles are getting absorbed. 3. Increase benefits at a low cost. We are able to customize the look and feel of the email template, make sure the most pressing content we want to get out is at the top of the email AND, their customer service is so amazing - no vendor headaches (I actually look forward to chatting with them). This is a benefit that we are seeing a return on our investment and we are very pleased. Lastly, rasa.io's product is a technological solution so inherently there are going to be issues that need to be fixed. One time we received a heads up email about an error they made (this is the sign of a great company...honesty). Their “error rate” is so low and if there is an issue, they communicate with us (their customers) and get ahead of it. They're very responsive and really work to educate/inform customers. I HIGHLY recommend them as a vendor and their product.

My rasa.io newsletter is a fantastic compilation of my favorite digital marketing blogs and industry thought leaders. Over time, the AI has tailored the feed to my interests and is serving more relevant content every day. It's also super easy to use and setup. I am also not familiar with another email newsletter product that auto-curates the daily feed and personalizes it to the user (based on their activity and clicks). You can't get much better than that.

Not much to dislike. The product has matured over time and I honestly have nothing to complain about.

RASA analyzes which subjects each client reviews/reads and creates a unique reading experience by delivering emails with that content to their mailbox. Each client gets a customized experience every time the open one of our emails.

Nothing really. I took a while for me to understand the back end - but that's on me - not on them. Now that i'm familiar with it - the process is extremely efficient.

We tried canned email blasts, but clients never read them and the content was the same in every mailbox. Now our clients know we are working to deliver they content they are interested in and they are reading the emails more consistently.

We have been using this tool for almost one year and I am super impressed with the unique sourcing of individualized content. I get a lot of newsletters from many different organizations and every time I read the newsletter we publish, I find the content completely on-point and compelling. The AI really works well and pumps out individualized content for each of users.

There were a couple things that were not there when we started, but rasa.io has addressed them both. We wanted more design templates and a more robust FAQ section. rasa.io responded to those requests and these areas have improved.

The rasa.io platform has significantly enhanced the engagement of our members over the past several years.
