Customer Service and Accuracy Incredible
I can't think of anything at this point.
1. Time savings. We have a small staff. Using rasa.io's AI email solution enables us to customize a member benefit without any labor from our staff. 2. Member engagement has increased. We see unique weekly open rates that range between 45% and 55%, our average open rate is 49%, and our average click-through rate is 16%. Having an extraordinarily high level of weekly exposure with our subscribers is invaluable. This is a great automated way to ensure our messages to members and our important articles are getting absorbed. 3. Increase benefits at a low cost. We are able to customize the look and feel of the email template, make sure the most pressing content we want to get out is at the top of the email AND, their customer service is so amazing - no vendor headaches (I actually look forward to chatting with them). This is a benefit that we are seeing a return on our investment and we are very pleased. Lastly, rasa.io's product is a technological solution so inherently there are going to be issues that need to be fixed. One time we received a heads up email about an error they made (this is the sign of a great company...honesty). Their “error rate” is so low and if there is an issue, they communicate with us (their customers) and get ahead of it. They're very responsive and really work to educate/inform customers. I HIGHLY recommend them as a vendor and their product.

My rasa.io newsletter is a fantastic compilation of my favorite digital marketing blogs and industry thought leaders. Over time, the AI has tailored the feed to my interests and is serving more relevant content every day. It's also super easy to use and setup. I am also not familiar with another email newsletter product that auto-curates the daily feed and personalizes it to the user (based on their activity and clicks). You can't get much better than that.
Not much to dislike. The product has matured over time and I honestly have nothing to complain about.

RASA analyzes which subjects each client reviews/reads and creates a unique reading experience by delivering emails with that content to their mailbox. Each client gets a customized experience every time the open one of our emails.
Nothing really. I took a while for me to understand the back end - but that's on me - not on them. Now that i'm familiar with it - the process is extremely efficient.
We tried canned email blasts, but clients never read them and the content was the same in every mailbox. Now our clients know we are working to deliver they content they are interested in and they are reading the emails more consistently.
We have been using this tool for almost one year and I am super impressed with the unique sourcing of individualized content. I get a lot of newsletters from many different organizations and every time I read the newsletter we publish, I find the content completely on-point and compelling. The AI really works well and pumps out individualized content for each of users.
There were a couple things that were not there when we started, but rasa.io has addressed them both. We wanted more design templates and a more robust FAQ section. rasa.io responded to those requests and these areas have improved.
Most of our users are business leaders looking for really interesting articles and content that really helps them learn and grow their business. Our click through rates are strong and we are seeing a good flow of traffic into our marketing funnel.
The platform design is easy and takes the drudgery out of content curation. It allows us to leverage other content for our purposes. The analytics that we get are unique to us, but reflect what our content resources provide. It reflect trends that they cannot access of obtain.

Breaking into our metro markets. We can launch cost-effectively and powerfully. That makes us a player out of the gate. It is our strongest leveraging tool.
The rasa.io platform has significantly enhanced the engagement of our members over the past several years. The effective us of AI/machine learning embedded in the platform really zeros in on the content folks really want to see and the result has been open rates and click through rates not seen before at ASAE. This “behavioral data” will only add to our ability to develop the products and services our members want. In addition, the ease of use of the platform has really reduced the staff time involved in producing and distributing our newsletters.
