The software acts like a personal assistant. I tell it about my priorities and preferences, and it shifts my calendar around, accepting and declining meetings, in accordance with those wishes, no matter what surprises crop up.

I get to-dos from many different systems: Jira, Google Doc Comments, Fellow, Todoist, I wish the tool had more integrations so I could track all my todo lists, and allocate time to burn them down, from a single place.

I frequently need to reschedule 1:1s as project meetings crop up. Reclaim.ai automatically finds the next available slot that works for both me and my direct report, and reschedules the meeting if I cannot attend. Reclaim also auto-schedules time to for my todo list items, and habits, so I can never have the excuse of "never having time".

Blocks time on my work calendar for personal events privately (just says "blocked). Also syncs travel calendar from tripit into work calendar so that flights show as “busy”. Basically keeps all my calendars in sync. The smart 1:1 feature makes it simple to keep 1:1’s scheduled, even when all our calendars are moving around. The scheduling link feature allows people to book time with me (like Calendly) but it’s smarter because it can move things around to accommodate requests.

Reclaim has made juggling all my responsibilities, both personal and professional, incredibly easy. I can't imagine ever giving up this tool.

My favorite part is that all my client calendars sync to one primary canlendar. Also, I can create specific invites for different clietns. Which means, I am never double booked. It is a must for busy people that have non-stop meetings like myself.

I wish there was a chrome extension. To get my scheduling link I often have to jump back into the webiste. Which isn't a big deal, but when I am working across multiple desktops, more integration would be nice.

I work across many clients, and I always run into internal folks double booking me. This tool allows me to never double book. Also, it builds in breaks for me as many meetings run over.

I think the most helpful thing about Reclaim is the main function of reorganizing your schedule to fit everything in within your work/personal hours. I find myself stressed when I just have a list of "to-dos" to get done and no idea when and how I will get it all done. Once I implement Reclaim and get it all imputed into the calendar it schedules it all for the best way on my schedule....I feel so relieved and like a weight has lifted off my shoulders. It's like my own little personal assistant!

One thing I would like to see in Reclaim, and maybe I just need to research to see if it is a thing is the ability to change your work/personal hours on specific days. For example, I am getting married this year, and I would like to have the option to just change my personal/work hours for the week of the wedding so I can have it plan out everything I need to do before the wedding. Just an idea, but overall... I really have no complaints!

It helps me stay on task and know specifically what I am working on and for how long. I like this because it will keep me focused on the task at hand and be more productive in my work day!

I have a very busy calendar that spans 1:1s, team meetings, and it's also how I organize my todos and tasks. If it is not on the calendar, it's not happening. Reclaim solves my problems in a way that seamlessly integrates with Google Calendar so I'm not outside of my exisitng approved tooling. Smart 1:1s are a life saver, because Reclaim can automatically reschedule them if there's a more important conflict that arises with ZERO scheduling effort on my or the other attendee's part, I no longer ask the question "Does this time work for you?". Habitsare very useful for events like Exercising and Lunch. In a remote world where I'm juggling meetings with multiple timezones, it could be overlooked or booked over, but at least having them smartly move based on my schedule is a plus. Overall Reclaim has changed my perception in how I work with my calendar and what I expect it to do.

There's little to dislike. If I share anything here it would be nitpicking on improving details and polish. Th eonly thing I wish for is if the Planner would allow me to crate events by dragging on the calendar surface (similar to other calendar apps). It feels more natural even if Reclaim ends up moving things around. I sometimes find it cumbursome to find the +new button in the nav.

I operate a small business, have a family, and attend university; Reclaim.ai has allowed me to turn an endless to-do list into actionable tasks with dedicated time to complete them. The service is regularly updated with new features and useful updates.

Some improved abilities to revise past calendar activities and manually allocate time to Reclaim.ai tasks. Specifically, the ability to create a future event at a specific time for a Reclaim.ai task would be useful. Reclaim.ai could be used for me as a time-tracking software as well, but it would need to be able to generate some reports that would breakdown time spent by task.

Reclaim.ai is putting my focus on the tasks that need my attention. It is also planning and budgeting my time and giving me a good grasp on what my true time budget is, what tasks are over-extending my production, and when extended working hours are necessary to keep critical tasks on schedule.

Reclaim, does what the names says, it helps me find pockets of time in my day to fit in more of the personal things I love (running / cycling, etc.) automatically. This allows my co-workers, friends the ability to book meetings, use the easy scheduling link, and reclaim does a great job through "habits" of shifting my workout blocks or other personal events I want to do on a recurring basis to the best time to fit those into my day. Everything it does it does well. I wish there were some smarter features around travel time, as well as some other meeting booking options with more than 2 people in a meeting. I'd love full team wide meetings as well as meetings with multiple external attendees.

Reclaim.ai helps me not have to think about juggling everything on my plate, prioritizing and making sure I have enough time to get it done. It takes all the input I give it, and plans out when I need to be working on what. If something else pops up, or I need to reprioritize, it automagically makes the changes for me.

Where do I start? Calendar defence helps me really see where I am not honoring my own needs/boundaries when it comes to work. It so easy to override lunch/meditation/decompression etc when its not on my calendar, but it also reprioritizes things based on priority which is great. I also LOVE the scheduling links - the fact that clients can link their google calendar to show only the slots that fit across both of us is amazing, plus it allow me to speed up when I'm booking calls more manually too. I also love how it integrates multiple calendars (personal/business/etc) so that nothing is missed.

Calendar defense across multiple calendars. I have a calendar integrated for calls/events with my mentor that historically would get double booked with client calls that now is defended against. Plus it reminds me to take breaks and defends those to ensure they happen too.

I have an absurd amount of calendars to monitor. Reclaim keeps them all straight and helps me defend time during my day to take care of myself and my business.

My least favorite thing is that it automatically marks a task complete in Asana when I finish it on my calendar. I'd love to be able to choose whether or not to mark the tasks complete.

Reclaim.ai consolidates my calendar and helps me plan my days. It also lets me know when I have overscheduled myself. When I follow Reclaim's suggestions, I get so much done! But perhaps the biggest benefit is having a team language around "defending" tasks in our schedule. Because I have control over the priority of tasks and how aggressively that time is defended on my schedule, I am able to better plan and take care of myself and my team throughout the week.

I can actually see what's going on in a week and whether or not I have time to meet all of my obligations. Reclaim automatically locks down time so I can meet my goals, obligations, and expectations without spending hours re-allocating time.

Speaking of seamless integration, I conducted an experiment using ClickUp, where I assigned a custom field to trigger Reclaim. To my delight, the tasks appeared in my Reclaim calendar without any manual interaction. This level of synchronization makes Reclaim a valuable tool for users like me who prioritize simplicity and efficiency. What's even more impressive is that Reclaim offers its core features for free, making it an excellent choice for individual contributors working with open schedules. You can connect up to two calendars without spending a dime, merging them seamlessly within the software. This pricing model is a refreshing departure from the subscription-based approach of many productivity tools.

However, no software is without its areas for improvement. One aspect where Reclaim falls short is in prioritizing tasks according to the user's custom preferences. While it integrates well with platforms like ClickUp, the order in which tasks appear in Reclaim doesn't always match the desired priority. Some intervention is required to rearrange them manually, hindering the seamless experience. Another limitation lies in Reclaim's handling of time blocking. Let's say you want to dedicate a continuous six-hour block to tasks tagged with a specific custom field. Unfortunately, Reclaim treats each task individually, cluttering your calendar with separate entries instead of consolidating them into a single time slot. This can make it challenging to manage your time effectively. Recurring habits pose another challenge for Reclaim users. Unlike tasks, these habits can't be integrated into the calendar directly. Instead, you have to recreate them in Reclaim and track your time separately. Furthermore, completing a task in Reclaim requires manual dragging back into the calendar as there is no "done" button available. Deadlines can also be a source of frustration. If you have a task with an unknown or non-imminent deadline, Reclaim will continue to display it on your calendar until you complete it. This can clutter your schedule and create unnecessary stress. Although Reclaim tracks time automatically, it lacks the ability to confirm with users when unexpected overruns occur. I don't want to make as many decisions throughout the day and reclaim does it for me instead. It also gives me a wider view of how much more time I have left in my day and week.

I have been looking for a software like Reclaim for months! Reclaim has helped me organize my calendar to be efficient as possible. Working with 5 very different clients, I needed a software that allowed me to schedule my tasks around my various meetings and fit things in based on priority. I can't say enough good things about this software!

It blocks out time for the things I need to do each day, making sure I'm not too over-scheduled and giving my day structure. It also blocks out events from my personal calendar(s) on my work calendar, which is extremely useful to avoid conflicts between things like doctor's appointments and work meetings, with no additional work on my end. The support team is very helpful and responsive every time I have a question or a request!

While Reclaim has integrations with engineering task management tools (e.g. Linear), I have not found them to be flexible enough for real-life usage.

Reclaim is great at helping me schedule my workday effectively and helps me build good work habits and keep them top of mind. The slack integration is valuable for my team to know where I'm at at any given point in the day

Everyone on my team has multiple calendars. Originally we would have to ask each other, 'which calendar do you want me to invite you on?' Or, we would have to invite multiple sets of emails to one event. Now we can just send out one invite and trust that it will percolate everywhere.

When I first started using Reclaim, it was a little confusing getting the calendars set up, so originally I only had a one-way setup. That got really annoying because I still had to check both calendars, so then I went back and figured out that I could sync all the calendars to each other.

My problem was that I had multiple work calendars to manage. Previously managing meeting bookings took a lot of time and effort, more than it should have. It's way more seamless now.
