Respona's UI is very intuitive. I've found their customer support to be best of class and they have a lot of helpful resources to get users onboarded quickly. The demo call I was on was catered to my needs and the presenter gave me specific tips on how to best use the tool (and for link-building strategy!) I like that you can connect Ahrefs to Respona to import your data over to help the software work even more to your advantage. I think this product has a LOT of potential, and I will heavily consider using for any linkbuilding tasks.
A few things come to mind: - To get the most out of Respona it seems as if you need to use Hunter.io (for contact finding)-- which will be an additional service to add on. They don't support many other contact finding services (our company uses Apollo) - Our industry is a bit niche, which means that it's quite a bit harder to find relevant websites to backlink from. Plus, with backlinking, there does seem to be a pay-to-play aspect, that Respona doesn't totally accommodate (or help you plan for) - When using the contacts that Respona populated, many were returned as invalid emails.
Helping automate linkbuilding campaigns with helpful templates for writing, finding websites with appropriate domain authority to prospect, and managing sending emails out in volume.
I love the all in one aspect of the software; before I had to manually build email lists (time-consuming process) + pay a VA to add names/email addresses to the list. Now the manual process is reduced 60%, and the VA process has been automated by Respona (eliminating the VA need).
The fact that I can't easily import Ahrefs competitor URLs into Respona (at scale), so there's some manual work to do in order to make that work for me.
Making it easy to do the entire outreach process in one tool (link prospecting, name/email finding, email verification, and sending automated emails).
I like how basic the features are. It is simple, fluid, and pleasant to use. I like the client service as well. They are in front of the curve! Kind and knowledgeable, with an answer in under two minutes. I adore the constant advancements the tool makes. I advise anyone looking to automate cold emailing to try it out!

I've always had trouble with the outreach process. But Respona has offered an excellent resource for cold outreach.
In the last 18-months of my previous positon, I earned ~950 links (no duplicates / syndicated links), with an average DR per month ranging in the 65-80 range, with 50-69 links per month. During this time, I had limited prospecting tools, no support staff, no PR tools, just google sheets, great content, and manual prospecting. Having been doing Digital PR for 5 years, and now in a new position, using Respona is able to truly take things to another level of scale, targeting, segmentation, and results. My favorite aspect about Respona is that it combines an aggressive focus on high-quality results and work, with seamless integrations between each of the various modules. I have been able to do away with a lot of the different tools that I had previously that piecemealed my prospecting and outreach efforts with just this one, simple-to-use tool. For example: Scraping google for targeting queries allows for highly targeted campaigns, segmented by groupings of KWs. The personalization fields allow you to include those added touch points in your segments to pitch truly unique emails at scale The prospecting automation and different sending strategies allow you to spend less time in the weeds of finding who to contact, more time creating campaigns, and touch base with all the right prospects in one go. The integrations of Ahrefs and SemRush do wonders for helping you filter for higher quality sites to target when scraping google and for creating backlink based campaigns. The prospecting features are great for using different means of identifying the right prospects, a versatility that no other platform provides (having used nearly every one out there to date). A built in relationship contact database for a single place of having all your contact data (which they are working on making even better soon) A HARO management module that allows you to filter HARO queries for specific KWs, assign those queries to specific users, that they can then pitch directly from within Respona Crazy to think how killer Respona will be in the next 2-3 quarters with the updates and features they have planned. Best of all: The team. Between Farzad or Ivan, I have never had better customer service. The team is attentive, wants to learn from you and your needs, always looking to improve the tool, are happy to show you their strategies (which are killing it), and even meet to help you with your own.
If you are a traditional PR or digital PR looking for a "contact database" to just export and use, this isn't it. The thing is, if you want to be great at PR, I have found that isn't the answer. You have to learn how to target the right people, at the right sites, with strategic searches on google, bing, and bing news. Doing so will provide you an endless amount of opportunities of highly relevant journalists, editors, reporters, writers, bloggers, industry sites, or publications that will thank you for reaching out.
The major problem Respona is solving is by removing all the complexities of finding relevant sites to pitch, finding the authors of that content and/or relevant contacts at those sites, automating the finding of contact details, loading them into segmented campaigns, tracking the results, managing your relationships, and providing the ability to do one of the hardest things -- Scale high quality PR / link building outreach.
Respona feels intuitive and directly solves the problem of scaling outreach. I love the ability to personalize messages and I have quickly seen results from Respona campaigns. One nice touch in regards to onboarding was receiving an onboarding call with the team to make sure we had everything set up for success. Everyone on the team is super responsive and attentive to feedback/questions.
Nothing so far, I'm excited for more companies to discover Respona!
We primarily use Respona to place our product in articles that we think prospective customers will read. I'm impressed with the ease of Respona's flow and its effectiveness! On the first round of outreach, I landed our product in an authoritative, high-quality blog. Super easy and great for startups like us that don't have much time to do this outreach manually.
Respona has helped me with my link-building efforts allowing me to reach more people in less time. Before using Respona, it took me a lot of time to contact the correct persons. Now, I can find the perfect prospects for my campaigns and build more collaborations in less time.
Everything works correctly so far. I can't think of anything I dislike at this point.
Respona is a time saving tool. Automatizing repetitive processes lets you focus on other important things, creating collaborations, and building more links.
When you are doing a link-building outreach process you need to use a tool that helps you to schedule your email and get proper results after the e-mail shoot like response rate and one of the best parts you can integrate ahrefs, moz, and email finder tool which very helpful to see the website metrics as well. I am using Respona since the last year and I found no tool is better than this as I already use many emailing tools.
Respona is the all-in-one tool for me and sometimes it takes more than the usual loading time, but as It provides high-quality user interface I am happy for that as well.
Earlier I use many other tools which help me to email the contacts but they are not showing DR, DA, and traffic and I need to check them manually, Now I am free because of Respona as I attache my ahrefs and moz so I t will help to check all the metrics on the same tool and no need login on another tab on my browser.
I like being able to set up complete email sequences that I can set and forget, as well as being able to see the analytics for those emails. It's also helpful to be able to find contacts and sources to reach out to.
I often had issues when uploading CSV's of contacts, so be sure they are perfectly labeled before adding to a campaign - the system will flag errors if it doesn't recognize something that isn't explicitly labeled.
It solves the problem of both sourcing contacts and setting up a sequence for outreach that's completely automated without having to do the manual subsequent follow-up.
Respona is worth an investment because building links on high-quality websites is constructive with this tool. It is fast, user-friendly, and affordable. The user interface is incredible, and The HARO feature is impressive. Overall this is an excellent product for link builders!
Right now, I don't think there is any problem with this tool. Some issues occurred when I started using this tool, but thanks to their outstanding customer support, They fixed the issues fast!
Respona helped me to solve the issue of finding an appropriate email address to pitch my first email for the link-building campaign. It increased my performance next level! In the end, Respona has made it much more manageable to find a perfect email address.
Respona's platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use, and if by chance I'm unable to figure something out on my own their attentive live chat customer service is always exceptional at helping me problem solve (either at an account level or just navigating the platform). It's made my outreach work streamlined instead of grabbing emails from multiple sources and having to send out communications individually. I also love their integration with Ahrefs so I can get the most up-to-date data.
Sometimes there are a few glitches as the platform is relatively new, or error codes that I'm not sure how to override, but again when these issues do come up their staff are quick to get their engineers on board and see if the problem can be solved.
My team is using Respona for outreach purposes to promote out content and to take out some of the manual work that would normally be included in this process (things like finding emails one by one, sending individual emails to long groups of contacts where each email needs personalizations, and keeping track of the results/opens/replies).
