A good tool always makes the work more efficient for any company. I was introduced to Rocketlane the day I joined my current company and worked with Rocketane right from setting up the tool. The features I like are: Dashboard- We created many charts and cards for every Manger's MRR, the number of projects handled by the manager and his team. Notification- As an admin, I get to know which projects are getting updated Files- Project-related files can be stored as a repository and are easily accessible. It is really helpful for me as an only PMO to keep track of 200+ projects!!

The status update section should be modified. Sometimes feels sending trackers to the client via email is more effortless.

It is helping me to keep track of 200+ projects together, helping to calculate Total MRRs and get regular views on the projects that need more work to get them billed. We were able to have region wise , manger wise project views and updates very accessible.

The ease of use, amazing customer support and faster resolution to new requests and/or product issues. Giving you more than one :)

There is nothing to dislike. All features are excellent.

Rocketlane provides the ability to create the organization level visibiility on multiple programs running across regions, thereby making decision making more data-oriented and removing the dependency on people. Further it provides the users to plan and execute projects with clearly ownership on deliverables and track milestone dates with ease. The ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internal and external is seamless and makes project delivery mesurable.

The best part is that the tool helps streamline multiple phases involved in the projects and their related tasks and sub-tasks. Seamless integrations that are made ready, like Salesforce and Slack, and you watch out for real-time notifications that create strong visibility. A shared platform where you can add team members and customers who are given a magic link to access, thereby promoting a birds-eye view of E2E.

Nothing to dislike about the software/tools. Holds a strong base, and I still expect the product to release more features that enable ease of use on the go and have a hands-on.

We have been dealing with extensive processes that usually go unnoticed, and things were missed, or we couldn't track the set due dates. Now that we're happy to use Rocketlane, things are controlled more efficiently, from onboarding to going live and adding dependencies, referring to the documents and everything in the same window.

I can easily create templates and have my own workflow set up in no time. The experience looks neat.

As far as my team is concerned, there is nothing that I dislike. Everything was easy from start to finish

Rocketlane is helping us set up our CS workflow where we can create milestones for ourselves and it helps to track out account progress better.

We always want a Project Management software where we can manage our Projects easily and track the tasks without any hassle. Rocketlane software is the perfect software for us to manage and update our tasks and Projects. Few special features that I want to mention in Rocketlane are- 1. Notification - We get all the notifications in the Rocketlane app and in the email as well of all the updates and communications that we do with our clients. 2. New Project - Creating a New Project is quick and easy. 3. Report - Reports come out in detail. 4. Overdue - Overdue is a great feature to track overdue tasks. 5. Project Plan - We can create the Project Plan according to our client's requirements. 6. Spaces - Spaces is a good feature to send across the sign-off sheet to our client once we complete the Projects. 7. Chat - We can do live Chat with our clients through the Rocketlane chat feature. Private chat is for Internal chat and General chat is for client chat. 8. All Files - Projects-related files can be uploaded in All files sections which can be accessible for us and for the clients as well.

At starting when the software was new, we face some slowness issues but that is now rectified by the Rocketplane team and the slowness issue is resolved. So there is nothing to dislike about the Rocketlane software.

The best benefit is the support that the Rocketlane team is giving whenever we required it. There is a chat with us option available in the Rocketlane app by which we can do chatting with the Rockeltane team if we face any issue or we have any query regarding our Projets and the response is so quick. I will definitely recommend this software as it has all the features that a company wants for their employees to manage their Projects.

so far, the platform experience has been exceedingly good and nothing stands out as a dislike

Rocketlane has not only made my implementation management easy, but also the process of accessing it. It gives me a very clear break up of timeline for each step.

Nothing that I could call out as bad till date.

Rocketlane has simplified the Onboarding/Implementation planning and tracking process for us as compared to the way it was earlier. All the ongoing projects on one single page.

Rocket lane gives a clear protect roadmap with tons of analytics. The automation with salesforce and jira is most appreciated.

I wish there was a way to make a default view option.

The complete Project Management effort is now highly structured and accessible. Handling such a vast number of tasks & projects was never this easy.

The User interface and how tasks can be organized. Coming from excel based onboarding Rocketlane gives so much more leeway for accountability and ownership of tasks.

Potential scalability issues. As setting up billing structures is a hard, complex, and large process more features regarding the organization of tasks the more complex the use case the more you can see some more challenging usecases for Rocketlane.

Faster and more efficient onboarding. All information pertaining to the onboarding is in one place. And helps CSMs get a clear understanding of what is pending from the implementation phase.
