User interface is very user friendly. All the respective modules are separately divided.
Some times it will become difficult to find a particular module. We need to search as a trial and error basis.

I have been using intacct from the past 3 months and i couldn't come across any shortcomings. I don't have anything to dislike about Intacct due to its user-friendly GUI.

How this client handles the Multi-entity Management, Customized Reporting, Dimensions, Attaching invoices is very easy, Integration with Concur, Purchase Orders.
There are small things that could be improved in order to reduce the amount of clicks (such as copying dimensions from one line to another), The pricing is definitely a lot higher than you're going to be paying for most similar solutions

There is nothing to dislike about Sage Intacct as it has all reporting things along with Payroll requirements and consolidation for large enterprises. Reporting building and reporting editing is also very easy

Till now I don't have anything to dislike and I didn't face any difficulties in doing my regular work and report preparation.
I can modify the fields and manage my views to extract reports from Sage Intacct as per my requirement so I need not do various manual works on the reports to bring it to my required format.
It is comprehensive It is easy to use with a user-friendly interface. It has the option of creating new custom reports with help in the month end preparation of accounts and analysis The dashboard feature helps in many daily checks.
I have not faced any major problems to date with Intacct. In my experience, I have seen it is much more advanced than Quickbooks too. There are some minor issues that come sometimes which get resolved easily through the support team.
I use the Order Entry Module, Contract Module and Project module for my client. Sage Intacct helps in easy assimilation of the various modules. It helps me with easy integration with any new clients.

Sage Intacct accounting features are very easy to use. It's a good accounting software to make use of. It makes the job easier. Easy to learn quickly and manage with little time or effort! Better than other accounting software QuickBooks etc. I will recommend everyone to try this accounting software
I have found NOTHING that I dislike thus far. Accounting is remarkable since it has eradicated accounting errors. We can create invoices easily. Very good accounting software. Sage Intacct has a very good features, which will satisfy all accounting needs of the users
It is very helpful in generating reports from the invoices and journal entries, we have posted. we can generate reports and perform analysis very easily. We can select different periods and compare the reports. Easily we can download and present the accounting reports from Intacct.

One drawback of Sage Intacct is that the system can seem a bit threating to new users. There is a lot of information readily available which can stress out new users.
The problem that Sage Intacct has solved most of all is reporting for Grants. The software easily allows to track condensed financials - along with grant-by-grant.

Nothing as of now. But at times large reports are difficult to be pulled due to limits placed in the application. However, for the small and mid size applications this is the best tool.
Intacct is solving almost all the issues right from accounting the transactions to reconciling the books of accounts at the end of the period. This application is really good.
It helps in finding the chart of accounts & extract files easily & can process the foreign currency Bills in the Accounts Payable Module
It cannot be used in Offline and sometimes it causes integration issues & when we click on a new tab many windows get opened.

There are no specific downsides in Sage Intacct during my time with Intacct. So could not list down any such dislikes about Sage Intacct. I recommend it to others as well.

I wish that Sage Intacct's Purchasing Module was more robust and came with more out-of-the-box reporting. Our complex internal approval structure was difficult to make work in Intacct.
Sage Intacct provides more visibility to department budget owner's and has made for more accurate financial reporting. The system allows for faster reporting and month end close.

Pricing is higher compared to other software available in the market. Sync issues persists from other software. Running Consolidation of Financials will take more time.

sage intacct solving our main problem on extracting reports. sage is helping us to get the required reports based on our specification. Sage Intacct solves my problem of using different invoice templates for different customers and this is solved by Intacct by enabling us to use a Number of templates and share it with the customers.

Trended Trial Balance is not available by default in the standard reports. It would be great if we get the trended Trial Balance in the standard report.

I like the user interface of this application also it helps to do the accounting easier. We can pull the reports on real time basis and also we have filter where we can filter the output which we want.

all the Payment methods Sage Intacct won't support currently and the existing Inventory module does not support clients who need inventory accounting and inventory management.
Allowing Custom field creations to vendor master and also for 1099 details with integration to Power BI will ease our day-to-day job and at the year's end we can pull one report to file 1099 which is Awesome. Custom Audit trail report we can pull for all the vendors at one go.

Ability to delete/modify data after incorrectly posting a payment on an invoice. We need to reverse the payment if wrongly applied which in turn creates an extra line item in the bank.
