I believe I won't stop using SAP Concur even when we get to 2024. It allows me to save time by automating complex repetitive accounting procedures such as inventory control and invoice customization.
On my end, I dislike nothing about SAP Concur - it accomplishes all my daily accounting processes from billing to paying vendors.

It's also very secure across any device with the required device passcode before logging in. the Expenseit receipt upload feature automatically generates the expense, making the process much quicker. With such big monthly expense reports, this takes things much easier and more efficient.
I wish Concur had a more friendly user interface, especially when booking travel. It would be helpful if you could filter the flights better once you select a date and time.
Concur makes our large expense reports MUCH easier to manage, especially with the easy to use interface and itemizing feature. Concur makes my travel experiences much easier with booking airfare, hotels, and rental cars, while also managing my expenses. Being on the go is difficult, but Concur manages everything at my fingertips and is extremely secure.
I can take a picture of a receipt from my phone and it automatically fills in items for the report.
There are times when the city/state is wrong for an expense and I have to manually fix it.

I can submit expense reports from anywhere using my mobile devices. SAP Concur's expense reporting solution can automatically capture transaction data from travel vendors, and restaurants. With an automated email I receive from them, I can also track the status of my expense reports in real time. These all save my time and reduces the risk of errors especially when computing the total amount.
SAP Concur has been used to help us track mileage and also track our business expenses so that we can make sure they are properly submitted and reimbursed. This is the best tool that we have come across and it works for all of our needs.
The mobile app is sometimes a bit slower than we would like. The desktop tool is the best when it comes to uploading files and receipts. It would be nice if the mobile app was just as user friendly.

Sometime expenses from card don't gather all information itself which has to be fed in the system them manually which sometimes is irritating.
