SAP Concur is very easy to use. There is a very visible button you can click to start a new report. In the report header you can give a summary about the expense: purpose, duration, out of town or not...Then you can add each expense and attach receipt. There is a web interface and there is also an APP. so if you are not done with the report. you can save and log in from the cell phone APP. and just upload a picture with phone to each expense. when done, you can submit from web or cell APP. it will automatically go through the approval chain. It also sends automated email notification when the report is approved or paid. I use it every time i have an expense report to submit- that is once a month. I never needed to contact Customer Support because it is so easy to use! for my company, it is a nightly feed to SAP FI to get paid. integration is easy.
I do not like how it requires hotel charges to be itemized. sometimes hotel has more than two types of taxes applied. but it only gives two tax fields so i had to sum the tax and put in the two fields.
It solves the manual process of submitting expense report. before Concur, we were using Excel form and it takes a long time. also people make manual error in caculation. Concur do summation automatically. It benefited me and my company in a way that it increased efficiency and accuracy of expense reporting.
SAP Concur ever since 2019 has been the main backbone tool for travel and expense management in my organization. I like how it automate over 83% of repetitive manual accounting tasks from AP, AR to inventory control.
I do not have any least aspect towards SAP Concur. Integration with S4HANA is a robust shot!

SAP Concur is one of the best software I have ever used till now because of its use and intergration with accounting sap makes my job very easy.
I dislike it's reporting mechanism and data import does not happen in proper way as it contains some errors and blank coloumns when i import it in the excel format.
Travel expenses was one of the most crucial expenses for our company which has lot of cost. Now we got clear visability of this expenses and better settlement of claim.
It is very much mobile friendly and time saver we use it to submit payment quickly

It's Intuitive and Simple Dashboard allow us to write notes and Upload receipts. It's Automatically data capeturing feature allow me to mange my all expenses. And it's customer support services is awesome. It's implementation is very good.
Sometime it's UI is not user friendly. And it's mobile application is somehow slow specially when a lot of exoenses manage a time.

SAP Concur is both an app and usable via website. Everything you need is in one place and is very user friendly.
I feel like I should click "save" somewhere before I exit the app. I am always concerned that I am not saving what I have entered.
SAP Concur made it easier for my organization to manage all expenses. As people retire, we are less concerned that the app manager is leaving as many people know how to manage the app.
