I mostly enjoy SAP Concur's user interface since it makes it easy to keep track of my spending and travel plans. It saves time and effort to keep employee expenditure records because the system automates every step of the process, from spending tracking to payment.

I have utilized SAP Concur for both my primary and secondary travel expenses. I can't think of anything I don't like about the system because it worked promptly and smoothly.

1. Every aspect of the reported expense is closely monitored and gives a current status. 2.Thanks to Cash Advance, the time spent manually assessing the cash advances was greatly reduced.

Management of all expenses is easily possible with just a smart phone. Take a photo with SAP concur, it will scan and import the invoice information into the automation software. All information and current travel costs can be seen on the dashboard.

During the time of use of of this app, I'm satisfied with SAP Concur, it's great expense management automation software.

Never faced any issue with sap concur till now.

It maily solves the payment management issues and travel management issues. We could answer the queries by checking the status easily in this and it is very useful.

SAP Concur is by far the greatest travel and expense management suite I've ever used; every function is simple to use and has a natural feel to it; the expense management portion of the program is far easier to use than other Independent solutions I've tested. Concur is an all-in-one trip booking and receipt management solution. One of the nicest features is the app, which effortlessly links with the internet platform and allows you to take images of your receipts for simple and immediate access. SAP Concur also helps to streamline travel schedules through booking and spending, yet for the sake of simplicity, I occasionally prefer to book directly.

While there isn't much that can go wrong with this program, I have occasionally have problems with receipt photos not appearing right and having to re-upload and/or resize/rotate them. The online platform for travel bookings may be quite sluggish, and it doesn't always enable you to upgrade, forcing you to start from zero. I also don't like the upgraded expenditure report layout - I preferred the previous side-by-side view.

When traveling for work, the ability to utilize the app to post receipts in real time is a huge plus. I can take a photo and not have to save all of my receipts, allowing for much faster expense report generation and submission. With this program, I manage all of my travel and spending. I can also simply schedule excursions for my team members who do not have a corporate credit card. SAP Concur allows me produce and manage continuing expenditure reports without any extra effort, which is quite helpful. Auto-population of corporate charges is also very helpful and removes a lot of human entry that other systems require, even for the most basic spending.

I like the granularity that SAP Concur has which allow users to file their claim accordingly and neatly with the foldering tool

the UI seems a bit old school, perhaps would be better if the UI uses a nicer look (aesthetically pleasing)

Support on cases logged is not as good as it used to be. While I see that SLA's are being met, I feel like the agents could use more training or should be more experienced.

Concur continues to add features that facilitate this further, as we added the ExpenseIt feature when using Concur mobile.
