I have been using ScalaHosting for almost three years. I am satisfied with their service - "Managed VPS". I no longer have problems with server load, CPU time, inodes and delays. Thanks to their SPanel I am able to manage the server profiles and the server itself. I can say it is even more intuitive than cPanel. In case of a problem or questions, the ScalaHosting team responds very quickly and is patient. In the time I've used them there hasn't been any service interruptions.
At the moment, I don't think there's anything I don't like about their service. Maybe just the slightly higher renewal prices, but that's normal practice.
Mail delivery and web security issues have been solved by them with great passion.
Customer service is top. Hosting services and backups are prety good. I have a business website and I use CPanel. It's the easies way to adminster my services. I have everithing I need to manage my website.
Upgrades are sometimes difficult. My website is based on Drupal and I used to have difficulties upgrading my hosting plan.
Managed VPS is fantastic. I use it for years and I'm still happy with my VPS. Whatever problem occurs it's immediately resolved by the fabtastic customer support team.

What I like most about ScalaHosting is the amount of computing power you get for such a reasonable price. Also, the customer service is excellent! The platform is easy to use, and if you need help, they are always there to lend a helping hand. Eas of Implementation, and great support if you get lost.
The only downside to ScalaHosting is the email spam filter is not very good. Way to many spam emails get through, even with changing the settings, the amount is too much for a small business to manage.
ScalaHosting solved our business email problem. The program they offered was less expensive than the other Hosting companies and I can create company emails with ease.
I like that when I complained about an issue I was struggling with and there standard tech guys couldnt resolve it, one of the bosses reached out and made sure I was happy with everything they were doing and offered full refunds with absolutely no quible. They worked with me on the issue and since then I have had nothing but a pleasurable experience in all dealings with ScalaHosting. The scalability and speed of scalability is fantastic and was the main reason I originally chose ScalaHosting and definitely does everything they say on the tin.
Its a small downside - but the initial tech operatives are quite limited in what they can do - so on certain issues you need to be passed up the chain to thge next level or higher of tech guys, but they do do this well and very pleasantly

Technical support is the most important aspect while choosing the web hosting provider. When I need help to solve the problems, the Scale support team always ready to help me. I have been hosting with many provider before, but most of them ask me to open a ticket form and then I have to wait for solution. But scala support team is different, they always ready 24 hours to chat me, help me and give me instant solution in just a few minutes. In case I'm busy I still can open support ticket and get answer via email. And then the price is affordable, If I need extra disk storage I can order in just a few dollars and then it will added just in a second to my server. Free Spanel is easy to use and implemented to my websites and the frequency of using is almost everyday, even more than once in a day to manage my client's websites. Integration to daily email activities is very easy because they provide webmail.
In general, nothing, I can't compare the features in CPanel with Spanel, but by providing free Spanel I would choose it compared to the expensive price that must be paid if I use CPanel. But spanel regularly improves its features to make them even better.
The email problem, server get blacklisted, spam. Websites can be published and not monitored everyday, But email must be always online and delivered in every minutes. I trust I can rely on Scala sopport team can solve almost my email problems and errors.

I've been with ScalaHosting for years from reseller hosting to managed VPS with their custom SPanel to now self managed VPS with their SPanel and have never considered leaving. They still haven't implemented a method to create backups that are uploaded to Google Drive, and also the development of their Spanel seems to have slowed down a bit since the time I started working with them. Also, some customer service agents insist a little too much on leaving a review on another reviews platform mentioning their name.

There's so many things to like I can't even start to mention them here - it would literally take me a tome to write it all out! Reliable hosting and top notch customer service which is miles beyond even the paid customer service at biggies like AWS, Google etc. Often times I need techni out on things for which I wouldn't necessarily "hire" someone, and their tech staff has always been the guys i bounce ideas and questions off off - to always receive very friet, practical and helpful answers. I'm fact, it was after I moved to Scalahosting that a most VEXING issue with my site (going on for years, noone had been able to solve it, was costing me big bucks and then some) "miraculously" got resolved - and it all started with the conversation I had with their tech staff. I run a local web hosting business; my big pain was hosting servers like VPS and its support and ScalaHosting are the one on which I can rely; I never faced the down time, never had other kind of incident; yes I remeber in past one of my client faced accidental corruption to their website, some kind of malware attack and yes ScalaHost support team did every effort to help me and my clients website to recover from the corruption, they did out of the box support.
I am using Scalahosting VPS services about a month now and I moved all my data from another two servers to them. About Sales and Support: Scalahosting team is very helpful whether Sales or Support Team. They are trying to help you through Tickets or through direct chat. About VPS service, their servers are stable, and the speed is very good. VPS servers is cost effective, and it is not a high cost as they provide the SPanel instead of buying cPanel license. Spanel is easy to use and simple. Easy to integrate and implement services with SPanel.
SPanel is a great tool. They need to add more features in it and I think will be great afterwhile form cPanel or WHM.
