We've had 100% success rate in keeping my clients' sites protected and safe from hackers since partnering with Sucuri in 2015. Their support is second to none and their agency style interface/dashboard makes it easy for me to manage all my sites which are being monitored and protected.
Sucuri is the best at what they do, but they aren't cheap. There are competitors and some free plugins that are also doing a good job that provide more affordable options for website agencies like mine and business owners.
Sucuri has helped me remove malware and clean up blacklisted sites then have assisted in monitoring and protecting those sites for the long haul. They have also done a great job at educating me in the realm of website security with their webinars and training videos which I in turn pass on to my clients when they have questions about security or their site is hacked.

There's not much to dislike, really. I would love to see Sucuri add some features to their WordPress plugin so that it's more of a competitor to plugins like WordFence and iThemes Security.
We work with clients of all sizes and experience levels. When a site is hacked, it doesn't make sense for us to handle it ourselves. Hacks have gotten too complex and, unless you're an engineer, it's hard to manually remove malware and feel confident that you've got it all. Sucuri makes this process easy. They do a great job of malware removal and more importantly a terrific job of helping site owners proactively keep their sites safe using the CloudProxy Web Application Firewall/CDN.
They Were able to fixe my website who were hacked by a very bad virus in less than 24h saving me stress and worries. The Team communicate also pretty fast.
The price of the package which i wish was lower or at least being able to pay for a single hack and not have to subscribe for a full year. or at least to be able to subscribe per company on not per website for company who has many websites

Excellent, prompt technical support for a non-techie WordPress admin! Support tickets are handled same day sometimes same hour.
Price is a bit high (annual renewal) but so far the benefits, knowledge base assistance and tech support make the price well worth it.

Wordpress hacking and security - a growing issue.
Sucuri team helped us take care of things when somehow there were adware kind of files (which populated weird pages on google search for one of the sub-domains) on the Server. And, I like Sucuri's Website Backups, this helps when your hosting doesn't include one and you are looking for effective solutions for taking backups, that allow you to restore files with a few clicks as well. Also, you can download the backup files/databases, and do the manual restore if you know what you need to update on the server.
The support team's reply takes a bit of time.

Caching of audio files automatically, because it requires a website to use versioning to overcome this particular issue. For a site that only does audio, caching of audio files can lead to files not playing through to completion.
We had a lot of attacks, probably over 1,000 a day initially! It crippled our website until we used SUCURI.

Firewall protection has been excellent. Ability to use sever side scanning to detect malware before it becomes a problem is great.
They have fixed a malware infection before with no additional costs beyond the subscription. Their free plugin provides a very useful logging format.
Their chat support is useless. They respond, then tell you to submit a ticket for everything. The ticketing systems lacks an ability to add an image so they told me to upload a link through imgur. Uh, sure. Upload an image of our website security settings to a public file-sharing website. Generally slow to respond. Lots of long emails with no conclusion.
We want a WAF, but it is very difficult to install properly. Their CDN is sub-par, and difficult to disable and bypass for another CDN. The biggest benefits are the free plugin, frankly.

I requested a refund after 3 days (for the following reasons) but was denied: - Site monitoring still shows no blocklist (we are). - server side scanner says its activated (green) with 0 warnings, yet if you look at the audit logs it is not working at all "Unable to run server side scanning " - "backup not detected" yet we're hosted by your partner wp-engine which automatically does daily backups - does not show any firewall active, yet I supposedly activated it in the plugin via API days ago - history has 3 days of scans now, with no issues found, yet the entire site is still blocklisted - I have received no support on the firewall activation or troubleshooting despite repeated requests in tickets and chat. My ticket ###### was assigned to a new person nearly 21 hours ago. Is it really that complicated of a request? - I have received no support related to the origin of the current blocklist despite my specific inquiries that have been ignored - I can't share screenshots to illustrate these challenges as attachments are not allowed in tickets or chat

User interface, Web site and dashboard navigation, and customer support extremely hard to navigate. Next to impossible to get support people to speak English rather than technobabble. Impossible to do something as simple as provide log in info to my account so Securi can activate Web firewall or find existing support tickets on their site.

I did not like anything about the company. Initially, i liked the price and the seemingly good reviews, but the company tries to remove the bad reviews and paying anything for this company is too much.
Absolutely horrible support. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. They only communicate technical support through support tickets and you never actually talk to anyone. I had to submit a support ticket when my website was down and my website was only back up and running 4 days later after I cancelled sucuri and had them completely remove their service. This is probably the worst customer service I have encountered.
Sucuri made my work and production worse if anything and made problems. I never had my website go down for as long as it did when i used Sucuri.

I have had a security breach. Thankfully I thought I have Sucuri to back me. Unfortunately, the lousy service from them added to this very stressful experience. The hackers kept on coming back over two weeks. Sucuri only response one a day to a ticket, so even just asking and answering will take 24 hours. Yes, in today's technology era, this company only responds every 24 hours and every time with a different person. It seems they only operate witing US business hours. In between these 24-hour response cycles, the hackers had all their fun on my website. I will not renew my annual Sucuri subscription and instead take my chances somewhere else. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for my next 24-hour response while Sucuri sleep and the hackers have control ver my website/
