If you are a professional that need to have a nice survey tool, I think it's pretty expensive.

The way you can analyze the results are much better than other tools you can use to create surveys.

SurveyMonkey is the best tool which we use for capturing and analyzing customer feedback. It is highly customizable and flexible as it provides users templates to pick and choose. You can create surveys from scratch based on the requirement with so much ease. SurveyMonkey provides users access to surveys and it is seamless across various devices. The real time analysis and trends helps us in decision making.

I have been using SurveyMonkey for about 15 years or more in my professional experiences and personal ventures. I have always liked SurveyMonkey because it has a great analysis component that can track data no matter how many questions your survey is and who answers what questions. I like the fact that you can create open-ended and multiple choice questions and pull queries from those to do further analysis.

Some of the downsides of SurveyMonkey is that depending on the type of payment system you have, perhaps free or the lowest personal tier you can only send a limited number per day of emails. For instance you may have a limit of 20,000 emails but if you have 40,000 to send in one day you’ll have to break that email list up.

I am solving another way to communicate with the customers and people who purchased my book at various events or signed up for my blog. I am able to general surveys asking questions that provide me with great feedback about what they thought about my author events and how I can improve them. I get to see the most popular answers and what drives them to my event.

The good thing about using survey monkey's free survey feature is that you get to create different types of questions and share them with others using a survey link. At the end, you get to pull analytics for survey results.

Unfortunately, since I'm using the free feature, my survey responses are limited to 100 people and so are the way I pull analytics.

We are collecting feedback and are able to create surveys.

I was able to not only see responses but look at what percentages and analytics were responded.

I wish it had a better tracker for who all was able to respond to my survey and who these people were.

I solved the arduous task of having to go through paper surveys.

I am able to solve problems within the company based on reviews from users. One benefit is that it is anonymous so people tend to be more honest and truthful.

What I like best is Survey Monkey's branding; It is widely used and revered.

There is nothing that I dislike; however, I would have liked to have seen more advertisements by way of what Survey Monkey software has to offer in terms of SPSS analysis while I was enrolled in grad school. It was discussed as a tool, but the fine details I do not recall. This is what would have been most impressive to me as a PhD candidate crunching numbers in research courses and completing my dissertation.

Survey Monkey is solving the problem of finding ways to aggregate data for product reviews. I see the benefit of a good investment as a Mystery Shopper and a consumer communicating with vendors about their products. .

I love that I am able to customize my survey questions in various formats. It is easy to create and distribute to a mass of people.

There is currently nothing that I dislike.

It's very simplistic and easy to use. Instructions were straight forward.

Nothing. Sometimes it was frustrating to that the questions wouldn't always generate.

Sometimes when creating questions it won't generate on the survey. You have to double check everything before the final publishing.

Sometimes there aren't options to say not applicale- makes a difference if you know it's important to the survey conductor, but YOU personally have not used that type of service.

SurveyMonkey is very user friendly and has tons of capabilities to create and share the perfect survey.

The plan's price is a little expensive if you don't plan on doing surveys every day.

I love how SurveyMonkey offers suggestions for survey questions. They help us get feedback from attendees on fundraising events and campaigns.

I like the variety of templates as well as the pop up suggestions for questions.

I do not dislike anything, SurveyMonkey is very easy to use and results are clear.

Benefits are being able to do quick, short surveys throughout the year instead of one large survey once a year as previously done.

I like the various of surveys that are offered and how you can mix it up for each survey. The results are also captured in a way that is easy to determine trends.

I wish that you can customize the design templates of the surveys more.

I like the variety of options you have when formulating questions (likert, multiple choose, drop down, etc). I also like that it allows you to customize the link to send the survey to participants.

I dislike the reporting options. Aggregating the data is often in an odd format and it will default to graphs and visuals that are not good fits for the data.

It was helpful crafting discussion questions for my project at school. Any one who is conducting a project and need to craft a survey to reach customers can use this product to do so. Many areas of interest are covered.

Be it questionnaire creation or collecting data or analyzing the data , survey monkey is THE GO TO TOOL for every ones market research questionnaire needs . to put it in simple words it has drag and drop facilities , type your own questions , fix your own ratings , design your own formats . Everything about survey monkey is pretty very much interesting

there are no ready made templates in survey monkey. it would be nice if they have the templates ready made so that i can pick up a template in a particular standard format or a main stream area of application & modify the content to my needs and specific requirements . this would make the site really usefull. for eg . they have a have question templates across customer satisfaction or a customer loyalty program from different industry sectors or verticals . have a search feature through which i can search for my specific question .

I like how Survey Monkey is easy to use, set up, and collect information company wide.

To be honest, I don’t think I have any dislikes with Survey Monkey.

The best about SurveyMonkey is that analyzing data from respondents is getting so super easy with SurveyMonkey. Also Surveys can be filled out and shared across teams within organizations through one single account, which is super awesome and exactly that what I needed!

Sometimes its hard for me to find different options as SurveyMonkey sometimes hides specific things.

Through SurveyMonkey it has now become easier for me to analyze big data.

Grate product to build custom surveys. Very easy to use. Would not require training you should be able to understand how to setup a survey from a get go. The process is very intuitive and software offers a lot of flexibility to build survey you want for your project.

I liked that I was able to create a survey in just minutes and that it was free up to a certain amount of responses. I used it to send a survey to my email list and got the responses I needed easily and all in one place.

I've used it as part of a competitive analysis to compare survey creation features, and also for sending it out to gain valuable client feedback on my company's product.

I love that this site gives you the basics for free. It allows a better communication with all employees, especially if there are ones who work in the field or off site. It gives a sense of security as well for people which is also a bonus because then they can be honest and a better production can be made through that honesty. I love how simple and easy it is to generate a survey. I also enjoy the ability to put your own company or personal touch to the surveys. Gives it a real sense of actually coming form the company instead of another third party site! I also love that the website is substantial enough to not go to my peoples junk emails, hehe. Customer service is great as well! Another plus is the set up of an account is so easy!! We have many admins within each department and they are able to keep their team on one line! Its great!!!

I wish there was a trial run for the extended cost portion. I would love to see what I could do with Survey Monkey if I had all access. There is not much I don't like. Though customer service is amazing, I work within a fast pace company and I need fast turn around time so rarely, but sometimes when I ask a question the answer gets back to me not as fast as it was needed. Though, that has never derailed us from using this application.

The company I work for is trying to over come office life and be more in tuned with our employees. By doing so we have implemented department and all staff events, or just plain "kitchen wants" and by using survey monkey we can derail the many options and get productive feedback on what our people like. It goes from events, lunches, snacks, coffee, paper and pens..etc. This website has given us the ability to easily organize and adapt to the office changes!
