Unclaimed: Are are working at Unbounce ?
Unbounce is a flexible and powerful landing page builder for all screen sizes. It offers two solution categories. While it offers code-free drag-and-drop functionality for solopreneurs and lean teams with limited development resources, it also allows for custom JavaScript and CSS programming for more experienced users. Unbounce offers two major product categories – Classic Unbounce and Conversion Intelligence Platform. Classic Unbounce allows marketers to design pages in minutes with its 300+ built-in templates and integration with theme stores, plus an array of marketing-focused capabilities such as offer targeting, A/B testing, and content gating just to name a few. The newer Conversion Intelligence Platform leverages AI and machine learning that empowers businesses to create high-converting marketing campaigns. It offers industry-specific, goal-based, and data-driven page templates, content delivery based on traffic sources and visitor attributes, and AI-assisted copywriting capability.

Compare Unbounce with other popular tools in the same category.
- Lots of existing templates available to choose from. - The drag-and-drop feature is the most useful. - A/B testing is very easy - Lots of integration options are available with different tools
- Sometimes, it's too slow to load at Unbounce. - Often, it's hard to make a balance between mobile and web layout. - Less options in free templates, but this is understandable as Unbounce has to make money too.
- Making landing pages at ease - It solves the process of generating leads from landing pages. - Great content for marketers to refer to. - A/B testing becomes so easy with Unbounce.
The drag and drop feature is the most useful. You can copy and paste elements from different landing pages to another with ease and also share templates across different pages. I love the range of templates that they have, based on my experience using a few different landing page tools, there are few that have the number and quality selection of landing page templates as Unbounce.
The price could be a concern for some users. Apart from that, there are still some compatibility issues such as integrating easily with third-party platforms like Mailchimp. Also, I would love to see an auto-reply or notification option to send to users when filling in a completed form. If the user fills in a form, usually they would expect to receive a notification back confirming their response which would help improve the conversion rate which is one of the key objectives for marketers using Unbounce. Another thing is the customer service. The service is acceptable but in my experience they only respond during North American office hours which is a limitation for an international company such as Unbounce with a global client base.
I believe it's an excellent tool for businesses and organizations that have the resources to invest a small amount into the subscription but do not have in-house resources to build landing pages. They offer a nonprofit discount which is very handy as the price could be high for some nonprofits, even though it's a very useful tool and an industry-leading product.
It's very easy to use, intuitive, and they are constantly making improvements. I especially love that they take customer feedback very seriously - I've experienced this first-hand by participating in product interviews with their team.
There are a few minor kinks I think could be improved: 1) I understand that the mobile functionality is complex - but it'd be great if they could make the process of optimizing a page for mobile easier. 2) When running a test, it'd be nice if you didn't have to manually calculate the split percentage for an a/b 3) When starting a new test, it'd be nice if they manually reset the stats - if you have a page with thousands of visits and introduce a new test variant, you're not getting an apples to apples comparison 4) It'd be nice if there were dashboards to indicate results from previous tests.
Unbounce makes it very easy to create high-quality landing pages that integrate into our marketing tech stack. There are also lots of customizations and scripts available in their community that help you elevate the quality of your landing pages.
The design platform is easy to use and flexible
Not many templates to start with. Not advanced design templates.
Sometimes we have to start running campaigns in minutes and we cannot wait for the dev team to start building a brand new page. It may require too much time. With Unbouce we can design a landing page in a few minute.
The flexibility and the independence that unbounce give to marketeers to create landing page and pop ups whitout having to depend on tech professionals
The lack of responsiveness from web to mobile pages
Creating high conversion landing pages with ease and without the need of tech and product professionals
Unbounce helps me as a non-technical marketer to quickly build, deploy and test responsive landing pages.
Sometimes the pages don't have the pixel polish you'd get when coding from scratch.
Building and testing landing pages. Increases ROI for our clients which makes our job a lot easier.
Unbounce is pretty flexible, allowing you to quickly throw together a landing page with an existing template, or start from scratch and customize quite a bit. I enjoy that basic a/b split testing is built-in.
The ability to edit a block of content on one page and have it updated on others where the same content is used would be nice. I believe they're going to release additional reporting insights on their smart traffic tool soon, which will be helpful. It would also be awesome to be able to track more than one goal at a time.
Quickly designing and deploying landing pages on custom domains, with the ability to edit and re-publish quickly without dev involvement. There are a whole bunch of new features and functionality (smart composer, new integrations) that are being released, which is nice to see.
Is useful to work across large marketing teams, because the learning path is too short, and almost anyone can be creating and deploying new landing pages in a moment. Also it has multiple integrations with different tools, CRM or automation flows easily.
Sometimes you need to use custom code to resolve some issues, but is only for advanced needs. It will be very helpful if this tool could have a CDN included to share images and code files.
We run a lot of campaigns every month and sometimes we need new landing pages to receive that traffic, is easy to build this new landing pages at the same time than setting up new campaigns
I like the templates you can use to make your own unique landing page. The templates make my job easier and quicker. The landing pages look professional because of the templates I could pick from.
I wish I could see more analytics about the landing pages. There is only very basic information about the analytics, but I wish I could make dashboards or reports based on the analytics.
We were able to make landing pages that integrated well with our Google Analytics and WordPress accounts. It was easy to build the actual landing pages themselves.
Easy to use UX and allows someone with more limited web developement experience to create and optimize landing pages that make a huge impact for their business because they do not need to wait on the development team.
Even though there is an integration with Google Analytics, I feel like it lacks the internal analytics within the program itself. Really would like to see more control with analytics
We mainly use Unbounce for landing pages. Event landing pages have been easy to create, duplicate, and customize so that they are event specific and audience specific.
