I loved how they took their time and had plenty of patience in helping us transfer large files into the cloud. I'm not tech-savvy, but they were. I'm so satisfied with V2Cloud.
They were Pros in everything they did. I have no complaints.
Sometimes I may not be in my office, and a client needs my attention asap . Now I can log into the cloud on my laptop, see all my documents from work and get to work on solving my client's issues.
When looking for a virtual Windows desktop solution,,I reached out to the top 5 Companies. V2Cloud was far and away the most reponsive. They provided everything you could ask for. Walkthrough Setup assistance and the account and support team bent over backward to ensure we had everything we needed. Additionally, once we were up and running their response to any questions or issues has been unbelievable. Not the normal 4-8 hours or the next day you typically see. I have not asked a question or had an issue that was not addressed within an hour or less. I would highly reccomend them to any one seeking this type of solution.
At this point, I have no complaints or issues.

V2 Cloud was very responsive to my issues when setting up as a first time user of DaaS offerings. We liked the features offered and the price is very reasonable for the level of personal support offered. That level of support and care is almost unheard of in the current B2B environment. This company is setting themselves apart.
The phone app does not allow RDP, which would be nice to have the option of. Streaming only on phone, but it still works fine.
We are a distributed workforce across 3 continents, so allowing us to have a virtual "office" is extremely useful. We will also be reselling these service to our clients.
Top-notch software and inexpensive additional storage fees.
There is nothing I "dislike". If I had to nitpick then I'd like the additional RAM to be less expensive and for the IT team to have more knowledge of popular 3rd party software that their clients install.
I needed a cloud desktop for a team of 6 that didn't charge an arm and a leg for additional features and hardware upgrades. V2 Cloud was the answer.
We love the service's stability and performance. The great experience on high performance didn't change since we started using V2Cloud. The user-friendly admin control panel is also the best feature that gives us complete freedom to set up our virtual machines that meet our business needs.
Customer service on chats sometimes takes a long time before we have their response.
Business data security is improved. The service also gives us the ability to access company applications wherever we are.

All of the other VDesk options I looked into were very expensive and overly complicated for the average SMB user. V2 Cloud was easy to setup, configure, and use. We've been very pleased with the decision to use V2 Cloud for our VDesk needs
I wish that the screen sharing worked in RDP mode as well as in Webconnect mode, but I do appreciate having both options for connections. Web connect makes quick connections very easy!
Or company has moved 100% virtual since Covid, All emplyees are remote now. V2 Cloud allows us to hire from anywhere and not have to invest in costly hardware for emplyees that may or may not work out. Better control over apps and installations as well.
