Chat can take a little time to connect. But once a support tech connects, the issues are resolved quickly.

They helped solve a performance problem due to an application installed on our VM's. Once the application was removed, the problem went away.

The demo call offered in V2 Cloud for new user is very helpful as it gives one a clear understanding of how to achieve the most in desktop virtualization using this product. It provides enterprise-grade security to your servers with an antivirus to scan and protect against malware. It also gives reliable backup options for your data to allow you recover accidentally lost virtual machines.

Genuinely i have nothing that i dislike in V2 Cloud. V2 Cloud user-friendly interface ensures ease of usability. The user support is also very reliable and useful.

For quite some time of use in our organization, V2 Cloud always provides a fast, reliable and secure Saas platform for deploying virtual desktops. It ensures the safety and stability of our virtual desktops which ensures smooth and flawless remote access.

I like how this allows everyone to work remotely without compromising security. In a remote company with limited resources, you can't always give everyone their own laptop but you can launch a virtual desktop that is secure. Saves money in long run.

I have not experienced any difficulties while using V2 Cloud. It works magnificently and its very easy to use. There is literally nothing that i dislike in this product.

Sometimes lags when internet bandwidth is poor. It doesn't support copy past text. Otherwise it is perfect solution for access system and troubleshooting.

Customer service is very responsive. They have helped me with the entire process from setting up the cloud computer to installing applications to ongoing questions we have. They have always made us feel like we can ask them anything. Also the ease of use has been very helpful. This is our first time using a cloud service to host our software.

The main challenge i have found is making sure we have enough disk space. Application space adds up quickly. That has been our biggest challenge. Keeping out costs down while making sure we have enough space for applications and data.

V2 has allowed us to solve our network limitations. Building a reliable local network was too costly for our firm. V2 has allowed us to move certain desktop software to the cloud. Our remote team and local team is a lot more productive because of this new network.

Easy to set up and add any memory needed. Basically, you are in control of setting up users and restrictions. The machine is good and performs solidly.

So far I have nothing negative about them. Maybe the price.

It is a very useful remote desktop for the entire work team to easily access the database without problems from anywhere to solve any problem that may arise. It is a stable and reliable platform with which you can manage multiple accounts remotely very easily.

Billing is not per virtual machine (VM) set-up. It is per account. It would be better if generated billing is per VM set-up so that if one VM set-up was not paid, it will not affect the other VM set-up.

Everything is good at the moment. Most of our concerns are well taken care of and resolved at a reasonable time and there is a facility where you can submit new feature requests and vote in for them and V2 Cloud provides updates if a new feature is available. They are also helpful and considerate in our handling our billing concerns.

It's flexibility and security that lends itself to securing data and information.

The best part, is that it works, and enables us to offer cloud services to our clients. But the technical support is beyond great, and is also essential for a product like this. I also am really pleased with the option of my end-users to connect via RDP OR a browser (wenconnect)... that is something that really increases the value for us.

Well, it would be great if local scanners connected like the printers do. The price point of 3rd-party options to possibly get scanners to work is prohibitive. We have put work-arounds into place, but it would be awesome to not have to do that!

We are a software provider, and have been able to offer our end-users a fast cloud option, which we did not have before. It is something that has helped us both retain customers, and attract more.

When I have remote employees log into platforms like Etsy or similar, it's helpful to provide them with a device to use that I can control, and monitor, and it acts as a central computer for future employees to use when accessing certain resources.

We need to use some specialised software for which we have a 3-seat license. By using V2Cloud to create 3 virtual desktops, we've enabled 10+ users to utilise the software as if it were a service instead. Since they only need it in short bursts, and not very frequently, it made sense as a tool for us. V2Cloud's interface is good and made it easy to share.

It might be a limitation of windows itself, but it would be really handy if the users could see when a machine is actively in use so that they don't kick each other out of the software when they connect.

We need to share an expensive software product that installs in windows.

The ease of getting started, up and running with great support in just minutes. You can add users on the fly and give them permissions to only what the need to see. You can add disk space as the company grows. We are a company with 6 employees and being able to exchange data and files without emailing it or using a thumb drive, or having to maintain a server is wonderful.

The RAM offered with the smaller packages really isnt enough to run anything of significance. Even Edge or Chrome will use up the Ram. V2Cloud should increase the Ram available in the smaller packages to a Min of 16gig.

We have offices in 2 states, this allows all our employees to work on the projects seamlessly. We share the same databases and run the same software. I only need to install the software once, and all users have access to it.

Remote Desktops and VDI.

V2 has been our remote desktop of choice to help our staff login and work from home to support our clients back-office needs. While the offering is reliable, what really impresses us is the customer service anytime we have tech issues, whether to install software or address specific user issues etc they jump on it instantly. I also like the Screen Share without Control mode which allows us to spot audit remote staff, an especially valuable tool in highly critical transactional processes in healthcare and finance.

The software is Windows Terminal Server which limits some software being loaded on. But really, apart from that, we have not had any issues.

Remote working staff needed a simple desktop environment with good controls. V2 solved it for us in an affordable model.

The customer service is amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Between the ease of use for the V2 cloud and the customer service, it makes it so easy to use and build your business.

I wish it was not set for the auto bill, but more send invoice and user makes their payment. The app feature, I would prefer to be able to customize and promote my business info rather than the V2 Cloud.

Makes doing SaaS for my application a breeze and easy to manage, it is also easy for my customers to navigate.

So far there are no downsides to using the the software.

It allows me to have more than 1 user for the use of my tax software. I would not be able to have multiple users that aide in preparation of tax returns. The V2 Cloud system provides a platform for my companys growth.

The main thing that got me to try it was that I can access the VM in multiple ways. E.g., Browser, mobile, etc. Setting up a VM is pretty straightforward as well which is always a plus.

I hope they offer a way to charge by usage or something like by the hour. It helps someone like me that wouldn't use the VM 24/7. For an individual like me who is just trying to find a straightforward solution to work completely remotely, that is a really good thing.

My work machine just broke down along with all my files. I currently run an in-house server, if you will. This is just something I set up in my house with a bunch of oracle vbox machines that I could easily access through my network based on what I need. However, cause of hardware malfunctions, I lost it. I've been thinking of moving to a cloud service but just couldn't find something that has a reasonable price or is at least within my budget.
