Also customer support is incredible it resolves the issue on the spot. It is cheaper then others solutios available in the market.

Sometimes lags when internet bandwidth is poor. It doesn't support copy past text. Otherwise it is perfect solution for access system and troubleshooting.

Customer service is very responsive. They have helped me with the entire process from setting up the cloud computer to installing applications to ongoing questions we have. They have always made us feel like we can ask them anything. Also the ease of use has been very helpful. This is our first time using a cloud service to host our software.

The main challenge i have found is making sure we have enough disk space. Application space adds up quickly. That has been our biggest challenge. Keeping out costs down while making sure we have enough space for applications and data.
