I use Veed primarily to create short product videos for my website and all associated social media channels. I find it extremely easy to use compared to the other popular alternatives.
Not much really. Perhaps, there could be more snazzy effects and stickers.
Veed seems to be making it easy for common users to create great-looking videos.
The integrated teleprompter and the eye-level adjustment feature to enhance video quality.
The analytics tool hasn't been particularly useful for me, as I mainly download my videos for interview purposes. However, it might become more valuable when I start using the videos for personal or professional projects.

What stands out to me the most about Veed is the extensive array of templates, stock music options, and graphics at your disposal.
Several essential features are currently absent, such as the ability to add marks for timestamps, a precision-focused zoom-in feature for accurate color correction, and enhanced stability.
Faster content creation for personal projects and marketing related gigs
I used VEED to create English versions of the company’s Hungarian language videos. VEED’s transcription tool was surprisingly good. Well, it understood about 85% of the language and typed up the subtitles. There were errors, misunderstood words, but it handled the majority of the work. I was able to download the entire subtitle in text file, allowing for easy correction afterwards. When working on 6-10 minutes long videos, I experienced no bugs. However, with the longer (15+ mins) videos I did find a few times unresponsiveness, glitches, nothing a browser refresh wouldn’t solve. Overall, VEED is a commendable tool. Despite some minor hiccups in transcription accuracy, its user-friendly interface and efficiency in handling the bulk of the transcription work make it a valuable asset, particularly for those transcribing foreign language videos.
I used the AI voice function but was not particularly happy with the available voice options. In addition, there were numerous animation scenes in my videos (without speech), but the VEED AI voice kept talking during those scenes. I needed to edit/cut the voice separately from the video track, but I was unable to do it in VEED (or I was unable to find this option). Therefore, I had to use a third-party software to record the AI voices and I added the voice files to my project. It would have been nice to do all this within VEED and not having to spend time and money on a different AI voice software.
Creating in-house multilanguage videos for our clients without having to hire several voice actor and spend thousands on their fees.
I came across VEED when I was looking for video editing software that allowed me to generate subtitles for our company wide webinars that we host. Once I signed up to have a go myself, I realised there were a lot more features than I realised! The automatic subtitles are very accurate, and don't take long to upload, even for videos that are over an hour long. It is quick and so easy to use. Recently, we have also been using it to create photo montages, and for more company wide comms on surveys to replace a traditional slide deck.
While I like the premade templates, they are quite short and feel incomplete. I don't think using a template is very helpful, other than to give you some ideas. I clicked on one only to be disappointed when it was only one 'slide' and 10 seconds long. I think some of the templates should be made to actually be usable without having to add all of your own content as it is not that easy to use for people who have never used video editing software before.
I used to have to edit all of our subtitles from Zoom by myself, which took hours as the captions were not accurate and never matched up with the timing of the recordings. Now, can have the subtitles done within 10 minutes. They look professional, we can use our own brand font, and it is so easy to use.
I love the transcripts feature, super easy to use, implement and creates a whole new video experience! I've been batch-working on videos to add subtitles, emojis, and effects - I've got such great results on my videos' stats thanks to that!
Nothing that I dislike yet, I feel it's a great and non-expensive tool for making my workflow easier! I use it all the time now.
As a content creator I don't have much time to allow to video editing and this tool help me to gain time on tasks as adding transcripts, editing videos, and having interactive emojis on our videos for social media.
I appreciate Veed.io for its exceptional automatic subtitling feature, which significantly streamlines my video creation process. It's a time-saver, especially for interviews, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The user-friendly interface makes it accessible, enhancing my productivity and allowing me to focus more on content than on technicalities.
Although Veed.io is highly effective for most of my needs, there's room for improvement in its automated translation feature. While it's a promising tool, it currently requires a bit more refinement to achieve the high standard set by the rest of the platform's capabilities. This minor issue aside, Veed.io remains a valuable asset in my video creation toolkit.
Veed.io adeptly solves the time-consuming challenge of video editing and subtitling. Its automatic subtitling feature is a standout, drastically reducing my editing time and streamlining content production. This efficiency allows me to focus more on creative aspects, enhancing the overall quality and engagement of my videos.
I like how easy it is to edit videos and add captions to them. Many other editing programs try to be high tech and fancy buit that makes them hard to use. VEED's interface and tools are simple to use when you aren't a video editing expert. the transciption service is also awesome because it picks up what I am sayin well and if I have to fix what it heard, it's easy to change
I wish that VEED could download a video in 1 click instead of multiple steps to do so.
I needed something where I could edit from anywhere and not have to be on a specfic device. I get to upload a video from my phone through it's web browser or upload/download a video on any device I can login to a web browser form
magic cut, quickly cuts out pauses/filler words and the intro/exit. I would normally pay a video editor to do this, but VEED makes it so easy to do it's done in minutes. Captions are also spot on, I never edit them and they are good to go.
the Magic cut will not work with slides and a speaker. it only cuts up the video of you speaking (so your video would go from 5 min to 4 min) but the screen recording of the slides stays at 5 min. You can download the video and then re-upload it all as 1 file, and then magic cut will work. So not a dealbreaker, just 1 more step.
editing would normally take hours, and adding captions is also a pain. VEED Solves this effortlessly.
What I like best about Veed is that the tools are intuitive. The basic standard ways of creating motion are used with very simple ways to maniuplate shapes and text and add media. And I can use a laptop instead of just my fingers in instagram.
I dislike the price, I think it is expensive and wish it was about half the price. I really love it biut do not think I iwll be able to keep using it because of the price.
I am able to make instagram reels very easily to promote my artwork.
